There's about more than 15 stray dogs and one particular dark brown dog comes to bit and keeps barking at people when they walk. It's becoming a nuisance, please can you take this one dog from here

I did online payment of water bill of amount 1381 today 13/05/2021 from mcgm portal but i did not get any transaction reference number. The amount 1381 was debited from my account but water bill still shows outstanding amount. My water bill connection number cnn is [protected]@0428653.. Kindly look into the same and do the needful by either acknowledging the payment or revert back the amount for online transaction error.. Thank you

There is a huge group of stray dogs in my area which bark for no reason and also try to chase me. It has happened quite a couple of times and I don't feel safe. I can't sleep properly at night because of the barking and can't go out if there's emergency. I've seen other people face problems because of it as well. I request you to send some help this way

I am prathamesh patil resident of jai bhavani society anadgadh parksite vikhroli west mumbai 400079 near aqsa masjid.

I am writing this for the bad condition the toilet are in our society no one is looking after it, the toilets are in there worst condition just after 2 years of it's renovation.out of 8 toilets only 3 toilets in average condition which is usable for people in the society.the doors of all the toilets are broken, there's no one who cleans the toilets on regular basis, there's water clogging at the front of toilets which can create lots of disease like dengue malaria.people are facing lots of problems because of this, local representative isn't doing anything about this not even visited once after renovation of toilets.
it will be helpful for people in our society as we are already in pandemic situation coz of this risk of spreading covid19 is more.

Requesting the officer related to this to look into this

We would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of our area. Sir, there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. We have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Some of the children got injured when these dogs try to jump on them. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind us in a group and are almost about to bite.

Five of the female -dogs have given birth to new puppies may be all together 25 of them. Now they have become a large gang of dogs which is a threat to our society residents.

So this is our humble request to you to please pay attention on our letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Unfortunately the payment has been debited twice from my account and the amount is Rupees 10557.
I have given a written application aswell on 23rd March 2021 but I haven't recieved my money back.

I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 3, 290/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay using my debit card.
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

We did a water payment payment of Rs.875 for CCN- PNT1290005. However the amount was deducted but never got any confirmation mail or an confirmation sms.
Although we checked BMC app but still we can see the bill status as not paid. We used SBI epayment gateway.
Please look into this issue and revert the deducted amount as early as possible.

My BMC water connection number is SXS9570008. I had made a payment of Rs. 6032/- online on 22/04/2021. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the screen showed ‘internal server error’ after the transaction.
Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
