Our society main drain line overflow regularly during rain. The water is not passing even after rain stops.

Bldg च्या BMCमंजूर planEB/7871नुसार तळमजल्याला फक्त चार shops आहेत त्याना मेन्टेनन्स applicable आहे पण कैलास लस्सीवाल्याने अनधिकृत बेकायदेशीर बांधकामकरून संस्थेच्या मालकीजागेच्या मोकळ्या जागेत पाठीमागच्या जागेवर फुकटात hotel थाटले असून जिथे kitchen मध्ये LPG चा वापर करून बटाटा वडा, समोसे इ पदार्थ शिजविले जातात तसेच एक मजली शेडपर्यत गोडाऊनचे बांधकाम केलेअसून सदर जागेत 15 ते 20 मजूर रात्रीचे राहतात.सदरचे बांधकाम हे बेकायदेशीर अतिक्रमण असल्याने सोसायटी ला मेन्टेनन्स दिले जात नाही सोसायटीला त्यांचेकडून एकही पैसा मिळत नाही पण सोसायटी च्या पाण्याचा वापर ते करतात. सदर अतिक्रमित शेडमध्ये AC, refrigerator, air cooler, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, seperate bathroom, आणि toilet block व cctv camera सुद्धा install केलेला आहे. तळमजल्यालाBMCमंजूरPLAN-EB/7871अनव्ये KAILASLASSI, AZADHOTELचेअवैधअनधिकृत अतिक्रमित शेडचे बेकायदेशीर बांधकाम हे त्वरित तोडणेत यावे व अद्यापपर्यंत माझ्या तक्रारी च्या अनुषंगाने काहीही कारवाई bmc अधिनियमानुसार संबंधिततांकडून झालेली नाही. तरी आपणास माझी नम्र विनंती आहे की तक्रारी ची दखल घेण्यात यावी

Subject : Longstanding continuous leakage in Building 18, Room No 955 o[censored]ndersigned from top occupant Room No 964.

Sir,
This is regarding the ongoing leakage in my Room No 955 from Room No 964, the top occupant’s WC, Toilet and bathroom area. The dirty water is dripping continuously on my kitchen platform, through the bathroom and kitchen beams, which have become weak and corroded, and this leakage has spread from my bathroom ceiling to the beam outside, ceiling and side wall, as seen by the water marks during your visit.
In the visit from Society Contractor to our premises on July 6 and their Engineer on July 9, 2021 have communicated that the repair work of the bathroom beams ceiling can be undertaken only after the water leakage from above to my house beams and ceiling is stopped.
Also they have highlighted that the top tenant’s entire toilet bathroom needs to be repaired properly with change of old MHADA drain pipe, water proof flooring, etc. as it is not repaired at all since last 60 years. In case this leakage continues, there is a possibility of the bathroom beam collapsing in couple of months weakening the building structure also.
Also their overhead tank water overflow has seeped through their loose kitchen tiles weakening my kitchen ceiling, making it porous and rusty.
The leaking dirty water and top tenants rough use and banging on the floor, makes the loosened paint and ceiling powder to fall in my food, is affecting my health and well-being

There's this hotel named Golden Palm on S.V. road, opposite Malcom baug, Jogeshwari west.

Now, in this hotel premises a tent has been built on the backside, where they have kept some 35 to 40 goats since the 8th July 2021. It is between 2 residential societies. Our peace and tranquility is completely destroyed by the wailing and crying of these animals. Our society is full of senior citizens and this has taken a toll on our health. Will some authority in K west ward take the necessary action and stop this illegal activity. How can such a thing be allowed in residential areas.

There is a very old water tap in the society next to us. So they install a machine to fill the water from 10 in the morning to 6:30 in the evening and the noise of the machine is so loud that it bothers us a lot. I’ve been asking them to repair the machine since last year, but they’re ignoring it. Please take action or suggest a solution.

Hi, I am staying on rent in the sujata society, Mulund East. There is a stray dog who comes in my building and bites any new person coming in. I have started staying here since a year now but everytime I come in or go out it comes behind and causes trouble. Can you please catch the dog as soon as possible?

Fews month back Bmc worker did some work and dig the road one side block,
After the work done they have not fill road block properly
Due to In balance of road surface bike can’t stand proper, water get logged in rain .

We had lodged a complaint of Subha zircon, chakala, sahar road, near p and t colony, Andheri East Mumbai 99. The drainage of the sewer connecting is choked and smell emit from the building A complaint no [protected] has being lodged on line, but not attend .

We would like to draw your attention towards stray cats in our society compound. As there are many small kittens as well as cats it has become hazardous for cars to move in compound. We constant fear that we might crush any small kitten or cat under our car.

I m a resident of vaidhya house, mankhurd railway station road, near parag wines, mankhurd east, mumbai 400088.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Mankhurd Gaon as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. They even gang up and torture stray cats. they even bite them, there are many cases where the cat gets severely injured and i had to take them to the nearest vet for treatments.These dogs barks on residents and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially during night these dogs just keep Barking all long and even gang up and scare the residents walking on the streets .

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

My name is Utkarsh Patil. Residing at Sector 1, CGS Colony, Antop Hill 400037.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Sector-1. There are 30 nos street dogs in the colony.

They bark even on permanent residents of this area. Residents had faced the problem where these dogs barks on them and come closer to bite. Several residents succumed to an injury.

Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.
