I paid MCGM water bill of amount Rs.15045/- on[protected] https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used BHIM UPI
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

    Would like to bring to your notice that we are staying in MMRDA Colony, Poonam nagar, Andheri east and here so many stray dogs are there who are harrassing people who are passing by and also they bark whole night which is a disturbance to all the the residents. Also they are ### all inside the soceity.

    They are increasing every 3 months.

      My name is ASHISH RAMESH MANKARI Residing at 143 Samrat ashok nagar Near ambedkar nagar MC CHAGLA MARG VILE PARLE EAST MUMBAI 400099.

      I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by pepol living in samrat ashok nagar.
      Sir there are two three street dogs in this vicinity.They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and bitten me and my friend and his dad two time, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my hand as I moved a step back when one such dog was trying to jump on to me. While I moved one dog bitten me in my hand. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

      So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

        Respected sir,
        i a member of poonam kirti society like to complain about the stray dogs in our society. Sir there are many stray dogs in vicinity and they are increasing in numbers day by day. Sir they keep barking whole night and day. We are not able to sleep in night.Late night at 3 pm they continue barking.
        Sir when they see anyone they start barking and start jumping on us and try to bite our legs.We cant go for a walk at night after eating food.

        Sir i request you to please help us to be safe from these dogs and get rid of all these stray dogs. We all society members hope that you will help us and will look after our request as fast as possible.

          I paid my water bill of Rs 24, 305/- on 13th of Jan at around 6:15 pm through https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/ website.

          I used my HDFC credit card (registered under the name of Swapnil Parab) to pay the bill and the money was deducted from the card but the MCGM website gave an error message saying "transaction failed" and I did not get any receipt of the payment.

          I am attaching the screenshot of the message that I received from HDFC stating that the amount of 24, 305/- was deducted.

          Please arrange for either the reversal of the transaction or provide the bill payment receipt at the earliest.

            I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 3, 680/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my Internet Banking.
            The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.

                I was paying MCGM Online Services under Online Payment to MCGM Application Number :[protected], Collection of amount Rs.66254/- using Google Pay UPI. Amount got deducted and post that i got an internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to My Bank Account.

                    I was born on 9.12.1979 at home in Bandra West area. I approached the BMC authority in Bandra West for issue of birth certificate. I also submitted my tenth leaving certificate and other relevant documents in their respect. They give me a form which I filled and submitted along with relevant document. The firm is enclosed herewith. Then they tried to search the detail in computer but my details were not found by them and the details were not available in there registers too. They sent my form to hear office on 19.3.2020 which is mentioned in the application also enclosed here with and now as I start in Nagpur I sent one of my representative today and they told that nothing came from there and that you have to apply in court. How court will entertain without Issuing any certificate from BMC. They are misguiding and not telling the exact procedure. Previously also when I was there in Mumbai for some with I visited there office twice. When no record of mine they found in there records both at zone as well at head office then they should issue NC to me based on the document submitted by me to them. So I request to please coordinate with them so that the necessary NC is issued to me by them so that i can proceed for the further procedure

                    At present I stay in Nagpur, so it is not feasible for me to visit Mumbai myself for such a small reason. My mobile number [protected] and my form is enclosed herewith, so I request to please coordinate with the BMC officials and help me in getting the necessary certificate. I will send my representative to collect the same in there office

                      My water bill payment got failed but money got deducted. I made 3 payments each for 2000 on 05-Jan-2021 with SBI card. For 2 payments I confirmation but for one I got internal error message and still 2000 got deducted from my account. Please see attached screenshot of payment. In screenshot 3 payments are showing and the one in the middle is the one got failure message.

                      Request you to look into this request and reverse the payment or update the bill status.

                        I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 964/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my debit card in the last week of december 2020.
                        The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. I was not able to see my bill payment on your system. so once again I made the same payment of Rs 964/- by online payment through another account The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.I have received the message from my bank regarding amount debited for the same.

                        Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

                          When attempting to pay my water bill online via AXIS VISA credit card, I received an error message and thus I reinitiated the payment.

                          However, my credit card has been charged twice. Details are as follows:

                              Hi, I was trying to pay my water bill amount 5435 on 2nd Jan 2021, at 8.56pm using my sbi debit card ending with 1537 but website showed me error. Then I tried payment with BHIM UPI at 9.10pm the payment was succes from my mobile but on website it showed error and both the time receipt was not generated.
                              Later I received sms around 9.28pm that my sbi credit card also charged for the amount. So please update one payment in my water bill account and refund me one payment as soon as possible

                              making payment on 1st Jan 2021 6.22pm using my HDFC credit card and payment was not success but now in my credit card it was showing charged amount 5435, so now 3 payment was done, so please refund my 2 payments.

                                        My BMC water connection number is [protected]@0279345. I had made a payment of Rs. 10, 000/- online on 9/10/20. The said amount got deducted from the payee account but the screen showed ‘internal server error’ after the transaction. The person who made the online payment on my behalf thought since the money is deducted I should ignore the error message and wait for a month or two to see if the payment is reflected in the BMC portal and...
