My water bill payment got failed but money got deducted. I made 3 payments each for 2000 on 05-Jan-2021 with SBI card. For 2 payments I confirmation but for one I got internal error message and still 2000 got deducted from my account. Please see attached screenshot of payment. In screenshot 3 payments are showing and the one in the middle is the one got failure message.

Request you to look into this request and reverse the payment or update the bill status.

I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 964/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my debit card in the last week of december 2020.
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. I was not able to see my bill payment on your system. so once again I made the same payment of Rs 964/- by online payment through another account The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.I have received the message from my bank regarding amount debited for the same.

Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

When attempting to pay my water bill online via AXIS VISA credit card, I received an error message and thus I reinitiated the payment.

However, my credit card has been charged twice. Details are as follows:

Hi, I was trying to pay my water bill amount 5435 on 2nd Jan 2021, at 8.56pm using my sbi debit card ending with 1537 but website showed me error. Then I tried payment with BHIM UPI at 9.10pm the payment was succes from my mobile but on website it showed error and both the time receipt was not generated.
Later I received sms around 9.28pm that my sbi credit card also charged for the amount. So please update one payment in my water bill account and refund me one payment as soon as possible

IN OUR LOCALITY MANY KIDS ARE Facing THE DANGER OF MALARIA AS THEY PLAY AND ROAM AROUND THE AREAS OF LITTERED GARBAGE AND STAGNANT WATER. SOME KIDS IN OUR LOCALITY. Some senior CITIZENS who are residents in this locality ALSO, FACE DIFFICULTIES WALKING OUTSIDE due to the garbage being not collected from our area.
I KINDLY REQUEST YOU THAT The garbage and STAGNATED WATER In the drains along the ROADS BE CLEARED, SO THAT MOSQUITOS DON'T BREED. Regular sprinkling of pesticides may also help in this situation. I sincerely wish that problems don’t multiply during this pandemic year and therefore, kindly request you to look into this problem.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Santacruz mansions area nearby Santacruz railway station opp Bus depot. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark almost for the whole night. We have faced this situation since from last 2-3 months. Especially at night these dogs just come in a group and are barking for the whole night. This has been starts after 10.30 pm to till 5am. I am as a pets lover could not able to throw a stone to them, but also could not sleep for the whole night.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

BRAHMA KUMARIS' GLOBAL HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTRE.
My father was admitted to this hospital for fever and lung infection (Covid Negative) on 12th Dec and was discharged on 17th Dec. During his stay he was charged Rs 2400/- per day additional covid care charges over and above the hospital charges. When enquired about the same was informed that these were to provide adequate care to patients wrt covide guidelines. The expenses were levied for PPE Kits, Green Gowns, Fumigation etc.

During our admission, none of these activities were carried out, except for floor mopping which anyways happens in every hospital irrespective of Covid or no Covid.

When stressed high to justify these charges the Admin Head Ms. Pratibha, almost agreed to remove these charges from the bill to which I didnot agree and paid the whole amount so that I carry proper evidence of these charges levied and paid.

These charges are completely unreasonable and should be removed from the hospital and all the people charged till now should be returned to them and no further charges to be levied to anyone.

I stay in Goregaon East and I usually go for a walk in Sai baba complex.

The patch near OM Mart in Sai Baba Complex, has 4 dogs and all are very aggresive.

They have bitten and injured many pets in the area and are very aggressive towards people who are walking with pets.

They attack in a pack and are very strong also.

Kindly help in solving this problem, as it can lead to serious accidents in that area.

Dear respected authority,
I am a resident of Ashok Nagar society, located in Mulund (W). Our society has been home to around 12-13 stray dogs. These dogs are continuous and incessant trouble to permanent residents, visitors, and delivery personnel. They bark, chase, and have occasionally bitten a few of our residents as well as caused some minor accidents. Their presence is a constant threat to adults and kids alike. Leaving our houses early morning or late evenings have become more difficult than ever.

I sincerely and earnestly request to kindly remove these dogs and rehabilitate them at some suitable place other than our society so that we make our society a safe place again.

So I tried by amazon pay and it succeed.but my son seen after week his amount also deducted.
