I was trying to do online transaction of water bill of Rs.999/-. After transaction got the server error and payment was failed but the bill amount was debited from my account. I was tried thrice and got the same error. So total 2997 amount debited from my bank a/c. Please request you to look into this.

Hello am Sylvester Fernandes residing at Kurla West A ward Christian village near kothari jewellers next to Shamiana apartments mumbai -400070.
I have a complain of an adopted street dog and not so responsible owner of that dog.
The dog is young medium sized black thing dog with a neck belt given by the owner herself. The owner's name is Flory Gomes who is a widow lady staying with her daughter's. None of them is taking responsibility to control thier pet but just left open to bite and harm other people on street at any time of the day. I stay near by and while I was going I have been attacked 3 times in last 2 days and the dog has damaged my clothing as well luckily I had a stone and my shoes to throw at the dog to stop from been attacked the 3 time when I was attacked I have complaint to the owners as well so the owner specially miss Flory is not willing to take any responsibility but says and I quote "if my dog bites so what you will not die right away nothing will happen and if something happens so am not responsible for anything so if you want any money cover for dog bite or so ask the dog not me now go away" these are her words on my face everytime I have complaint I have no other option but to roam around with big stick or something it has alredy bitten my house servent as well on the same way where I am been attacked and so many others. I can't upload the photo of the dog as am scared that I may get attacked again.

Please sir immediate action are required because even the owner is not taking any responsibility it is become difficult to come from work at night after 9pm.

I am society committee member to complaints again stree hawkers hatgadi to cover our society Neerabai opp. Skyline building village road, Bhandup west, so problem for daily entrence for society members.
So please take action for unauthorized stree hawkers hatgadi wala's .

Out sider People throwing garbage in govind nagar open plot area and building construction waste is not clear by society officials
Stones iron roads and house waste mixture is ideal for rats and cats dogs this type of waste make strong odur and heavy dust

Unauthorised and illegal construction of a Room is done in Modern Shashi Tara CHS premises, SVP Road, Borivali West. Irony, it is done by their newly elected Secretary Mr. K. K. Padechia, residing in Flat No. 4. along with this Room, he has also constructed Two (2) additional gates on Northern-East wall of society compound. Where there is only provision of one (1) gate on mentioned side. For all these construction, there is no official permit taken from BMC. Also it is not in interest of all other members and residents of society and it is done without following any CHS protocol. Now that room is provided as "home" for our building watchman and his family. Kindly intervene and eliminate this unauthorised structures at earliest.

Unauthorised Extension of Flat No. 4 in both Living room & Bed room is done in Modern Shashi Tara CHS at S.V.P. Road, Borivali West. It is can be seen from outside the floor has been extended and have encroached society's premise. As this flat is on ground floor, any unauthorised construction can leads to serious threat to whole building. Already there complaints from higher floor flat owners of cracks in columns and beams of building. All Building facilities are under danger because of this construction. BMC Mumbai Should take stern and quick action on this defaulter. Many lives are under danger, which can be clearly seen from outside the Buliding. BMC should interfere and restore the original building floor layout.

The Sewage line on Waroda road Bandra (West) from 7 Waroda road towards Bob tailor is blocked since about a week.

There are about 10 stray dogs in our society which are very aggressive and making life difficult for family members..please do something at the earliest..thanks in anticipation

This complaint is regarding a gown seller on road in front of my shop. She is situated herself illegally and when I asked her to vacate the spot, she fights with us and assault us. She position herself around 6 pm in evening.
Please look into the matter at the earliest and help me in vacating the place.

There is extensive unauthorized parking menace on both sides of the road between Pop Tates restaurant and Mayfair Hillcrest building. The problem is so acute that even emergency services vehicles (Ambulance and Fire brigade) are also not able to pass through.

Repeated complains filed with police authorities has also not yielded any action.

I had attempted payment of 2 water bills on the website using credit card but I got error multiple times. After few attempts bill was successfully paid. But the amount was deducted for each attempt and I haven't yet received the refund for failed attempts.

I paid water bill online for connection SXV6121008 on 19 Nov 2020, but could not get any confirmation message. The amount is deducted from account but not reflecting.
Kindly do the needful.

I have made payment on 19th November 2020 of water bill number 2021HEW0138302 in connection with CCN GS$0393993 through BHIM UPI on PhonePe App. The said App shown payment successful but error shown on the mcgm portal for the same. Kindly guide regarding steps to be taken to claim that amount.

passage common toilets full. human waste not getting flushed off/ need to remove the blockage clear drainage outlet urgent need immediate action, despite several reminders issue not resolved

we do not have any other provision of toilets . we are unable to use the toilets. no bmc staff addressing the issue, this keep happening every time. its very urgent. please send the workers with immediate effect

I have paid online on google pay against my bill of ₹ 2916 in upi id of MCGM (sbiepay.[protected]@sbi).
I have attached the payment receipt of payment.

But my bill is not paid.

Paid water bill cnn sxz7010008 by 2nd nov by online but could not get confirmation message sent email twice but no response pls do needful

I was paid MCGM water bill of amount rs 3, 274/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my phone pe bhimupi id.
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.
