Shop No 1 at Gardebn Apartments has illegally covered the place and made a enclosure in front of the shop and also has put up a roof which is not allowed . He is a repeated offender, he has covered a garage of teh society and taken it in his shop and also illegalled modified the interior taking a lot of common area inside his shop .

Drinking water is being wasted due to some leakage. The overflow pipe is hidden in a storm water drain and hence not noticeable. The spot is outside Marinagar Gate, Opp. Mahim Rly. Station West. Despite numerous complaints nothing is being done and water is wasted. I am an alert citizen.

The rotten waste materials emanating bad smell thus making the people of the nearby area to wear a scarf around their nose. If the same condition prevails for few more days then there will be a chance of spreading disease. The condition is becoming worse day by day.

Still covid is not out of maharashtra. But plenty of people arent wearing their masks and roaming freely in palces like chembur ghatkoper andheri and many places like these. Please fine them rs 200 which will generate revenue for thr government. If you travel from dadar to marine drive there is lot of security and people also wear masks and obey the rules but from dadar to borivali side is becoming a mess day day which is very bad. Please try to clear the beggars specially in traffuc signals and food joints. They also dont wear masks and touch many people which isnt safe these days. I understand that they are poor and cannot afford but we have to see safety first also. Let the government give food to each and every beggar if possible.

I paid Rs.15, 190 water bill using Bank of Baroda Rupay card . Amount got debited but I got error message and no receipt. The error message was "Sorry unable to process your request. Please contact to administrator and try again later". I got no receipt. Below are payment details. I waited two days but no refund.

This is with regards to the complaint filed with the MCGM ([protected]), There has been a constant nuisance on the road. The hawkers receive the goods (fruits, vegetables, consumables, etc) and store them on the road, there have been 10-12 people who receive the goods at odd times and create nuisance in the area, these people throw all the garbage on the road side and misbehave with other.
They might not even have the valid permits to carry out such businesses. No precautions in this pandemic.
Please take necessary action against them. Do not allow the vehicles to be parked on the road.

Sir I am resident of 620 Moosa House, Room No 16 Haines Road, Mumbai 11. Room No 25 above me has constructed illegal bathroom whereas the entire Building has common bathroom. Leakage is there from his room. I have been pleading with him to repair the leakage. He says he will not repair go and complain to BMC, any one. I am not bothered. He feels Law enforcement agency cannot do anything to him. Sir as custodian of legal development u are our only hope for getting justice. Besides not taking action will lead to more people breaking law. I appeal to your kindself to intervene and get me justice.

I made payment for my water bill twice.ONE from my credit card and one from my debit card..The payment got deducted from both..so i compalined about that so the bill was paid as i got in mail..now the second problem is that the payment from debit card which was deducted has not been refunded again..the payment was rs 1663

I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 1, 368/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my credit card.
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.
