Dear Sir
We had given the complaint for the excess water bill of the above connection no. to M.C.G.M . P North ward 06 Dec'2019. All the above bills dated 22/11/2019....

Address: avantika bai gokhale street, opera house, outside laxmi baug hall, near marwadi vidyalay, girgaon, mumbai, pincode: 400004.

There is a mad dog sitting at the center of the street and biting everyone on road throughout the day. Especially during night, the dog has tried to bite me and multiple other people. This dog might have rabies and even otherwise needs to be removed from the streets. Please help the citizens be safe and capture this dog.

In neelyog inox cinema, the flush in ladies toilets are constantly running water at full speed due to faulty loose buttons. The flush stops only if pulled very tight, which doesn't happen automatically and most people wouldnt know. So day and night, water is getting wasted. Please take up this matter immediately as they also don't have any attendants in the washroom to check the taps and flush systems.

I am uday j kapadia residing at dahisar east, station road this area is a very crowdy area being its a station road, the main issue is that the lane which goes towards our building (Towards poorna pragna high school and advent neel residency chs ltd) form bharuchs road under the sky walk bridge since from almost 3 months the road which comes to our building is jaam due to unaurthorised parking of two whellers, auto rickshaw etc and some 3 to 4 hawkers keep occupying and disturbing road due to which to get entered form main road to our society is very uncomfortable and in any case if and any resident requires any medical emergency i personally feels like it will be very difficuilt to approch or travel through our building, so i here by request you to declare a no parking and no hawkers zone in this locations pl.

I ma uday j kapadia form borivali west, mumbai here by humbly request to install a speed braker in our area as located below being there is a dangerious accident zone, there are number of times accident took place and records are availabel with the local police station and most importantly its a junction where 2 wheelers and 4 whellers drivers drives rashly so kindly install a speeed brkers at the earliest to prevent accident and to safe guard a local resident as well a peoples walk around, pl do the need full at the earliest.

We are members of shantivan chs situated in gorai 2 near pragati school.
We have menace of cats in our society and it is very irritating for society members to face problem every day,
In our society 1 members had pet cats but when we complaint about same they abuse society members and create scene with all the members and dont pay attention to any of our complaint.
Their cats roam freely in society any where, litter any where, sit on any one's vehicles. Due to these menace and dirty things done by cats many times it attracts various insects mosquito, bees etc, which affects health of children of our society.
When someone ask society member who has pet cats to clean up litter of cats they refuse and say my cat has not done anything it is cat from outside has made this dirty.
Many times cats litter and make dirty in front of our residence door and we have to clean up 3 to 5 times in a single day to have our surrounding clean.

Since six seven months street lights on pole nos. Rdu 002/054 & rdu 002/055, situated opposite maharashtra nagar, near shree sagar hotel, on lokmanya tilak road borivali (West).
(1). Light has not been installed at pole no. Rdu 002 /054)
&
(2). Light is unfocussed on the road but moved & focused towards east side skylines., in case of pole no. Rdu 002 /055.
Kindly arrange to fix the issues.

Stray dogs complaint

Respected sir/madam,

I live in chogle nagar, near shani mandir, opp. Nancy colony, borivali (E).
There are many dogs in our complex and are increasing in numbers by giving birth. The dogs have bitten many people in our area and bark on everyone for no reason. Also they cry so much at night that we are unable to sleep. Request you to please re - locate these dogs where ever possible at the earliest.

That vadapav vala opposite to shagun hotel and behlpuri vala near or touch to shagun hotel are so embarrassed

They people make to. Much garbage on road also having parking problems
And make nuesons and outcry

They are doing illegal work and also not pay tax and income tax gst etc
This are totally illegal

Kindly go for immediate action

Or this case will go more and go to superior.

Recently i visited juhu beach and i found a high shortage of dustbins in that area. I had to walk outside to throw garbage. There were lots of vendors selling food items and people were throwing garbage here and there. So dirty it was. As a responsible citizen of india and mumbai i wish to bring it to your notice. These beaches are our heritage and we should protect them. Hoping you will take necessary measures required as early as possible. Thanking you in advance.

My name is rajiv datta and i reside in mistry park building in mumbai situated at the bhulabhai desai road 400 026.

My complaint is regarding the stray dogs menace at the amarsons garden that is opposite my house. The stray dogs in the garden bark and threaten visitors to the garden and on various occasions chase them.
You are humbly requested to remove these dogs from the garden immediately to avoid any untoward incident, especially considering the number of senior citizens who visit the garden.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of transit camp block number 6 & 10 specially. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this area. They bark even on permanent residents of this area and even at night while we sleep. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as i moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While i moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which i slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

I am complaining this on behalf of the people of kurar village malad east the daftary road
Here, the area from pushpa park highway and mandir jain mandir extended extended till state bank of india the area is congested due to hawkers which are rising from day to day. There is no place for people to walk. The road is occupied from both the sides, making it difficult for people to walk, also the auto rickshaw and vehicles of people cannot find way on the road there are many schools, hospitals in this area. Minor accidents and chain snatching, pick pocketing has become common in this area due to the crowd that take place due to traffic which takes place because of this hawkers.

Some political goons support them because they get monetary benefits from these hawkers. All the residents and shopkeepers are fed up because of this nuisance. The road being the main road which is extended till appa paada and shivaji nagar, adarsh nagaran so many more localities and areas is the main road for the people sitting there and is the busiest road in the peak hours

I hereby are you are you too take immediate action and save the people from more hawkers..

We say that after repeatedly informing you regarding the incident of 2 stray dogs repeatedly biting the residents and children and other person's who are visiting our society you are neglecting and failed to take necessary steps to protect the people, who are being a victim of such dangerous 2 stray dog biting, which is a life threatening incident. These two dogs have bitten more than 10 person till now.
We say that since your department is responsible the protect the citizens staying within your ward jurdiction. Please note that you and yourself shall be responsible for any life threatening, loss of life and damages that shall take place henceforth.
We say that, the 2 stray dogs have created fear in the residents and children hence we have also passed a resolution in the special general body meeting a copy of which is attached herein. Medical certificate of dog bite along with photographs and cctv footage attached herein.
