We are staying at Shiv shakti niwas, Devipada, Borivali (East) Mumbai - 400066. We are facing the problem of very less water supply in the society. Water is not coming in the houses of people. Water supply flow is so less that we can not get water from the tap inside home. Please speed up water flow. The life has become very miserable. Request you to please pay attention & solve this problem.

This is to bring to your notice that there are a few society members who had started feeding the stray cats an year ago which has resulted in increasing their count drastically.
There are N number of cats in the society who keep littering all around and ugly crying on our roof tops during day and night times. In the event when we work from home, cat sounds are heard in our meetings. We have senior citizens staying in the society who get affected due to this.
Needless to say that the entire society smells foul due to the litter done by cats. When asked to clean, the ones who feed them deny being the owner of those cats.

My concern is, if they cannot train them to stay mannerly and on toilet habits then they shouldn't be feeding them as well.

We also do consider it inauspicious of cats crying near our houses .

It is my humble request to please take a strict action on this at the earliest.

I have been paying water on regular basis, however the bill amount is doubling without justification, and bills are not visible on site

Since last one month our neighborhood building water pipe is either broken during night leakage of water flow completely blocked our our 43 Batul Manzil building entrance and adjacent area full of mix water from house gully is very disturbing for family to walk free also it's very serious healy issue,
Kindly take prompt necessary action

Dear sir please let us leave peacefully and don't mess with the roads by giving permission to each and every project at each and every part of mumbai specially in central and western suburbs. The road has been blocked with some construction work near model town since 24 months and now the sab tv lane is also closed. The traffic has increased by 70% causing pollution and also time and money of the common public is getting wasted. Please stop this mess as soon as possible. If the above road is blocked then the lane from citi mall to star bazaar andheri west must be cleared completely and no work like ones outside rto signal and opposite star bazzar shall be continued if you are blocking the parallel road in model town. Like travelling to school college and classes by rickshaws have become very expensive due to this traffic. Please don't disturb the common public and clear this sewage project at the earliest possible. Beacuse in mumbai there are many projects coming and going creating pollution and weakening the road strength all over mumbai. Lot of mess has been created every corner of the mumbai streets. Why is south mumbai free from this construction mess and why only we middle-class people have to suffer. If this construction work continues like this then people will die at the early age as it's creating lot of pollution and wasting lot of money.

Hi, I am Rishabh Jain from Mumbai, Maharashtra. I had applied for online registration of my marriage certificate on 06.10.2021 and got the appointment for the same on 08.12.2021 at S Ward - MCGM with Receipt No[protected]. (Online Marriage certificate Number [protected]) I went on the appointed date and submitted all the required documents and completed all the formalities. I was told that I will a link for payment via email within 15 Days. I have been constantly following up since than, but no indication from their side. I have even tried to contact on their landline number[protected] but have not received any reply. I have even visited their office multiple times but every time they ask me to wait for some more time. Its already been almost 3 months and i need the certificate urgently to apply for passport. I am very disappointed with their laid back attitude. Kindly look into the matter and expedite the process.

On terrace of B wing of Gambhir Industrial Estate, Off Aarey Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai -63, there is a structure being built to play turf cricket. There is no legal authorisation to this construction. The building is too weak to sustain the load.
Kindly take urgent action and demolish the erected structures.

Building o.c and assessment was not clear then the owner of the building was a tapping a connection by B.M.C worker giving him bribe according this in our chawl the water pressuer was low plz solve our problem I was stay in front of building

Why doesn't BMC look into roads getting encroached. Isn't it thier job to stop such encroachments. Bikes and cars parked on roads which are being widened by taking pvt land owners like Coop hsg societies and businesses. Guttka shops near schools are illegal. All bridges, above and underneath are encroached with BMC officials support because of the hafta thy don't stop these.
Andheri east outside station, east west footover bridge and footpath around it. HFSociety road near Amboli crossing. But across mumbai the condition is same.

Will we see action? Taxpayers will keep paying taxes and yet continue to suffer the nuisance.

From last few months it is getting very dangerous to try moving out from society at any time, after 6pm situation is worse.

There are around 15-20 street dogs which are sitting at our society and they bark at each and every person irrespective of whether they are residents of society. They come closer to bite and situation becomes very scary most of the time.
One of our society member provides food to those dogs and keep them in society area though entire society is against it.
These dogs are becoming more dangerous day by day.
Most of relatives of members in society have experienced bites from these dogs.
In nights, they suddenly start barking when a late working person returning home.. it is very dangerous situation for all o[censored]s.

Children are scared to go out for running/cycling as dogs chase & bite.
Senior citizens are scared to go out even for walking.
Stray dogs menace is growing very fast and has impacted L&T Crescent Bay at Bhoiwada Parel. Need your urgent attention to save us.

I had filled complain to BMC vide no [protected] and [protected] but no reply.
I have paid all rentals uptil November 2020. The rentals were approximately Rs 1500/- annually. When I went to pay in November 2021 i was informed that outstanding is Rs 29767/-. When i enquired i was told that arrears is from 01/01/2014. I got a letter from Estate department that because of Circular vide AC/Estate/19703/A.O.(A/C) of 28/01/2014 rentals has been increased by 5 times effect from 2014.
1) When the circular was issued in 2014 why was it was not implemeted in same year?
2) Why MCGM did not inform us about there is incease in rent. ?
3) Can MCGM demand rent from retrospective effect?
4) Is this justified. ? Was MCGM sleeping from 8 years?
I am ready to pay increased rents from 01/11/2021 till date but not from retrospective effect from 2014.

MCGM should consider my case and in pendemic it is very difficult to shell out huge figure of Rs 29767/- .

Problem - there is a black stray dog that starts barking every night around 3:30 AM till 5 AM and doesn't let anyone sleep since the last 6-8 months. There are senior citizens and verybyoung children who are being affected by this. Please attend to this immediately

I am a resident of Gayatri Satsang, Thakur village, Kandivali east. Street dogs menace has increased a lot.

They are howling and barking every night and it's difficult to get a peaceful sleep. Their numbers are increasing (13+ dogs) and they bark and chase every bike and car.

Please relocate these dogs to a shelter or city pound.

Resident of here see the condition not even Nagarsevika doing anything about it not even BMC members...

Would like to bring to your notice that there are 6 to 7 dogs in our area who create nuisance and danger to the life of the society members by barking, chasing and biting the people.

Since this is dangerous to life, we request the concerned authority to take care of the same on top priority.

My office is at below mentioned address in Mulund since 2.5 years, since 2.5 years we are facing serious garbage collection issue by BMC garbage collection department. The garbage collectors of BMC do not collect the garbage till the time the occupants / residents pays them hefty sum of money demanded by them only in CASH & they do not issue any receipt against the same, reason they give that as every society of Mulund pays them so even we have to pay them the demanded amount or else they will not collect the garbage even if BMC instructs them.

The money demanded from us by the BMC collectors is minimum Rs.7000 for 2 bags of garbage, infact due to our garbage piling issue we paid them for few months against which even after resistance by collectors we manage to took there signatures on few payment slips as proof. But suddenly they started extorting money in the name of Diwali / Holi & increased the charges from Rs.7000 to 10000 for every month collection, when we opposed the same they threw garbage of other places with foul smell on our office entry due to which we have to pay them the demanded money.

When told them that we need to raise our voice & complaint BMC dept. against this extortion they told that even there seniors gets money out of this & there will be no result in doing the same.

I request for intervention against this illegal extortion of money & help us to avail. our bare min. service requirement by BMC as tax payers.
