Their is a chawl in kamla raman nagar Baiganwadi Ward 132 Behind Royal multi electronics showroom. This chawl is in bad condition from 1 and half year due to blockage ahead no one is coming to make it up so i am raising a complain here we (chawl members) visited many time in Nagarsevikas office but they didn't responds us what to do now i don't know

There is blockage of gutter and toilet along the building premises. request you to please clean the chamber as soon as possible
I request the responsible authority to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible. due to this we have no passage of toilet water from our bathroom

We are continuosly facing alot of issues with the potty gutter.inspite of many complaints there is no in detailed actions taken. it has become frequent now that the bmc gutter gets full and we public face problem.
Kindly consider and highlight my complaint and take further action.

My name is Srinidhi, I live in Hiranandani.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Hiranandani particularly around the Silver Oak, Maple, Richmond and Hiranandani International Schools area. There are about a dozen street dogs here, often actively fed by other people, who are creating a noise, health and safety hazard to the residents.
There is an everlasting worry they will bite us, especially our young kids when we are being actively tailed by them especially when we return with groceries in hand. They are getting in the way of two wheelers posing a safety issue. And finally and most importantly the incessant and non stop barking starting 9 pm until early morning posed a sleep issue especially for the young and old, that this is happening in front of a school and that no measures have been taken makes it worrying as a public health risk. The issues with their poop everywhere poses another significant health risk to all people as well as pets who are typically better trained and safer around the general population.
I request this issue be taken up as soon as is convenient but keeping the larger public safety in mind. Thanks a lot for your support, and continued services. Warm regards, Professor Balasubramanian

Request you to send someone to clean the Drainage Gutter it is totally block. Because of this we are suffering
from mosquito & dirty drainage water. We request you to arrange person to clean the Gutter.

Please take action as early as possible.

My name is Girish Dhaku Toraskar. Residing at 007, Shivsagar CHS, Shivsena Nagari, Jerbai Wadia Road, Sewri, Mumbai-400015.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Shivsagar CHS. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Some one stole Square Manhole 2 days back from Our Building.
Kindly Replace it.

A suggestion:
Allow vaccinated travelers with a booster shot and a negative PCR test travel to Mumbai without restrictions. These are the safest and most careful travelers. After 2 years of difficult situations, it is high time that we show some relaxation for vaccinated ones with a booster shot. There can be a need of an extra PCR test at the airport on arrival. But apart from that they should be given relaxation of home quarantine.
Please consider and apply. Much appreciated.

I have paid the property tax of MW[protected] on 31st December, 2021 which amount to Rs.14065/-. The transaction was successful and that amount has been debited from account. But the dues are still showing pending. Kindly look after the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. BMC managed garbage collection vehicle is playing music too loud beyond permissible limits . This is causing harm to older people. Music is too loud for older person to sleep in the morning,

This is regarding stray dog barking, running behind the vehicles and getting seriously dangerous for public safety at night. I did not mind the stray dogs on street untill today when I was traveling on my scooter with my 4 years and 6 years old daughter and 3-4 stray dogs started barking and ran behind my scooter when I was passing by the Govind Nagar street. The bike was in motion and the incident was so scary and dangerous that my daughter literally started crying. There have been 4-5 instances in past but this time the number of dogs on street and the aggression were high.

We would request you to send dog catcher van (If possible in night) so easy to catch..

Please look at the attached video and photographs the construction has broken all the underground swage system and open drainage Nala is passing right next to our compound wall.
That is not all the construction workers spray water on the constructor building to strengthen the structure and this water collects in the basement level causing mosquito problem.
In the video you will be able to see this.
Also the sewage water is channelized through and open Nala next to the construction .

Please assist at the earliest there is a serious mosquito problem.
People in our building are suffering a lot.

This might start a pandemic, as it is Dengue is on the rise.
Please assist and send someone to inspect the site at the earliest and we would request you to please ask the developer to kindly folow mosquitoe treatment protocol.
At this construction site in past sooo many years we have not seen them doing any fogging or any pest control activity as is mandatory for any construction place .
Nor are they controlling the water collection by pumping out the water from the basement with the help of submergible pumps . Construction work has lots of water collection since 2 yrs now n it is now completely covered in Algae.
Please assist, we have had to stop sending children down to play due to increase in dengue nor can we sleep peacefully at night even having jali on the windows mosquitoes flood our house at all times and we keep loosing sleep and health.

Please take strict action against this construction at the earliest and assist us.

Respected Sir / Madam,

I really need help with this as it seems the Asst. Comissioner in BMC C- Ward is least interested in solving this issue. We have approached several times in BMC C-ward Office but instead of looking in to the matter and visiting the premises or sending someone to check, we are being told again and again that, this is our personal issue. We've also tried to to attend PG meetings but we are not being allowed to do so. I fail to understand how much time would it take to demolished all the Illegal construction that is giving us problems and weakening the building structure. Below are the details/ list of complaints which has not yet been taken care of since more then 2 months.
1. Misuse of already undocumented shade (chapda) by constrcuting huge board of Delhi Zaika, the board approximately measures around 3 1/2 to 4ft in height and 17 to 18 ft in length which has covered our window.
2. Occupied and Kept a huge water tank of around 5000 litres in building chowk area which does not belongs to him.
3. One of his hotel meter was already confiscated and but still he is able use water from source we are unaware of, and we are facing water shortage as well.
4. Have installed his hotel chimneys right at the back of our house which has a washroom, which is making difficult for us to even use washroom due to the heat, smoke and the smell.
5. Running gas and cylinders without following proper fire protocols.
6. Has installed most of the A/c compressors in building premises which is again creating heat.

We request you to please take a strict action against those who are trying to delay the case purposely and the Hotel Delhi Zaika that is being run by Aamir Siddique.

Since last 10 to 12 days we are facing a problem of severe water shortage due to inadequate water supply. Wr hardly get water for 1 to 2 hours in a day. We are facing hardships due to this prblem.

I had visited P North office today but in vain.
Kindly look into the matter and give us a relief.
