Hello sir iMohammed Urooj siddique the resident of Plot no 267 Sanjay gandhi nagar SRA CHS near dindoshi court, Film City road malad east mumbai 400097.

We are facing huge problem with street dogs by biting children and sr citizen in our society they tear the seats of the parked bike sleep on the top of our cars as well as litter in the stairs which is spoiling the society and effecting small children playing in the same area. we are even scared of going out in the night as they are in the group of 10 to 15 dogs at a time so for a single sr person or a child is to difficult to pass from them as one dog barks they all start coming together. sir its a humble request from sanjay gandhi nagar society to Munciple corporation to help us solve the problem which is increasing everyday.

I Kiran Nanji Gala, resident/occupant/Owner of Room No.7, 25-D, Keshvji Naik Road, OP No.53, Mandvi Estate, Bhat Bazar, Mumbai-400009.I am residing /occupying in this premises since last 28 years. BMC officials, Assessment Inspector, B-Ward are harassing and pressurizing us to vacate tenements. In due course BMC has declared our building as dangerous for human habitation and is in dilapidated condition and forcefully compelled us to vacate building without providing us permanent alternate accommodation. It seems conspiracy between BMC official and those person who are having vested interest in property as we have obtained report from authorized independent structural engineers in which building structure is certified as safe & stable for human habitation.

Please save us from DADAGIRI of BMC Officials as they are not responding to our request, No one is listening at BMC. We are at mercy of BMC officials.
Please save us….. Please help us……Give us Justice.

The roads in Vile Parle West are been digged now and than
Some reliance wiring is work every 2- 3 months
The roads are left uneven
Dr Annie Beasent road near Parle West station
Vallab Patel road
Bapubhai Vashi road
Bajaj Road
All roads need to be done properly
There is too much of Problem in travelling
The foot paths are made new now and than which is not required and the roads are left with uneven levels
Even the s v road of Vile Parle West is been digged from 2 months and still left out with half work and holes and uneven levels
Please check it and make the road proper it's very poor
And don't allow company's to digg the roads now and than or else take proper fine and Penalty from them.

Drainage muck which was removed 21days back & dumped on road no 13 tilaknagar starting from hanuman temple to ladies hostel (Saraswat co op bank) is still lying on road and waiting to go back in the same drain as soon as rain start
Making it in-effective drainage cleaning.

Road is also blocked because of this muck & public money is wasted
Responsible official need to wake up & take note of complaint

This is complaint is regarding blocking/chunking public road by Tin Shade between Durga Nagar to Gokul Nagar by Akash Developers Builders/Developers Rampal and Vasant Sethiya. The address is Near Gyan anga School, Akurli Road, Kandivali (East), Mumbai - 400 101. The Builders are constructing building in SRA project and for their benefit they have fully blocked the public road by tin shade due to which public can not use the same. The said road is used by the public from lost more than 30 years without any disturbance. The Builders are saying that BMC has permitted them to block the public road.

Pl clean roadside drainage as early as possible it's creating a problem for our society members v have already locked d complaint n waiting for last 4 day's kindly take immediate action...
Hopefully u vl look forward to this mail coz drainage system is out of order...

This is to bring to your attention that the dog of Mr. Jocelyn Warner living at house no. 120 Kalina village, Santacruz East, Mumbai 400 029 is made to defecate on the road which is causing terrible dirtiness in the locality. All the people in the area are being inconvenienced by this menace which is a big problem and even though he has been informed this man is deliberately encouraging his dog to make a mess on the road.

Also he has kept around 5-6 stray cats which are not being fed by him owing to which they are entering the houses in the vicinity to steal food.

It will be appreciated if you can assist in getting rid of the above menace

The said illegal structure was demolished by bmc b-ward on 20-3-17 but local goon shahadatali salamat sardar rebuilt it & forcefully reoccupying illegal structure beneath staircase of jubilee mansion, navroji hill road #1, mumbai: 9 on sunday 7-5-17, which was demolished on 20-3-17, after two final orders u/s 351 having ref. No. Aebf b-ward)/d-3934/351-3605/15-16 dt 29-3-16 & aebf b-ward/d-3934/351-3605/ 15-16 dt.18-8-16; we summoned police by dialing 100 but in vain as said goon continued the work till it was finished! We also made complaint on bmc 24 hrs. Complaint telephone no. 1916 & we were given complaint no.[protected], but instead of providing immediate help to stop said construction & forceful occupation, we were told that matter may take a month's time for resolution. We tenants of the building are running high risk fire & other calamity with potential of loss of lives, which had prompted bmc to demolish the said illegal structure. We request complete demolition with permanent relief as earlier demolition was partial & was done to complete mere formalities. Will someone show concerns to our prayers to persuade bmc & police to do their duties honestly & relieve us from local goons responsible for the same.

Street dog complaint

My name is ravindra sawant, residing in c - 401, saptarshi towers, mhada csr complex, near bhoomi park, malad west, mumbai 400095.

My room is facing road side, it is sub way road to babarekar nagar. I would like to bring your kind attention on problem being several numbers of street dogs. There are so many street dogs bark and cry near by 12am and there after whole night on every day because of this we are unable to sleep properly at night after i coming tried from work. Even my family is suffer from this problem every day. And my small kid is scare when dogs barking and crying at night time. We can not do anything because they are on street in several numbers and also in building construction area. I am very frustrated
About this. It is my humble request to send dog catcher team in our area and solve this issue permanently

I am resident in BPT Colony, Tejas nagar, Reynolds road, wadala east, building no 9, 10, 11. In this building surrounding there is black dog this dog is very dangerous. When the bike is pass from near by him he run for bite and also come for bite walking people. Some time he is come to me bite and also run when I pass the bike from him I request you please catch him as soon as he is very dangerous.

In our bhatwadi ghatkopar west area someone doing illegal construction of tent with metal sheet walls... Now applying for electrical meter... Kindly look in this matter as sra serve on there will directly legalization of this tent will be their.

As the area is vacant also who constructed it have illegal work mastermind, by his top contact he manages to approve the tent also he manages our chawl and society member by pressurising

I would like to bring your attention for road being dug outside national park recently & few weeks before road is filled up.

However it is not done properly because of which there is traffic congestion as vehicle avoid to drive above that uneven patch. Attached pic.

Request to kindly make the surface even so bmc efforts are greatly appreciated.

We are the members of society residing at : 4th floor / shree shraddha gruhnirman society, g. D. Ambeker road, parel village, mumbai - 400012. Here want to launch the complaint against :

In our society member mr. Shankar sakaharam pawale who residing at : 411 / 4th floor / shree shraddha gruhnirman society, g. D. Ambeker road, parel village, mumbai - 400012 - who installed window air conditioner at society's common galore / balcony / place. This may be caused hsse issue in future due to below reasons :

1.in our common balcony / place there are 10 to 12 small children are always playing may be they get shocked from this ac. May be because of this in future it may be get serious accident due to the installation of ac at wrong place and even though height of installation is wrong.

2. When they switched on their ac all hot air threw out in society's common galore / balcony / place. It is very dangerous for society's members health issue (It's hsse issue).

3. Regarding this we had launched complaint in our society chef members / police station they already given them notice for remove the ac but yet they neglected this notice and they yet didn't remove the ac.

(In future may be because of this it may be get serious accident due to the installation of ac at wrong place and even though height of installation is wrong).

It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest / seriously as there may be possibility of serious accidents.

Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

Dear sir,
I'm a regular traveler from kurla to BKC but sorry to say after stepping out of kurla station it doesn't looks like we are in Mumbai.

It's roads are encroached by hawkers and auto drivers feel very tough to drive in 6ft wide road till BKC which is almost 2 kms

And in the morning the auto drivers don't have their auto stand where public can catch the auto

It's really shame to the people of kurla to maintain such a shabby place they thrive in

One skywalk is really a need of the hour.

In our society there are 4 Dogs which are very aggressive and dangerous for people who are coming in building.

They come from back side and bite people's and childrens of society while people are going out or coming inside the building.

Till now more than 25 peoples are being biten by that Dogs in our society. We all society people are very tens and in Danger situation regarding this issue.

Plzzz send your Dog cell squad to catch that Dogs as early as possible. As it a critical issue for people of society.

Sub : request for taking action against illegal construction.
This is regarding illegal construction in new hanuman nagar, rahi vasi sangh, co op housing society, khar, danda, khar west, mumbai, maharashtra.

This is to notify you about the additional constructions being made to the existing property, without the consent and permit of the legal authorities. Many people in that society have built 3 storeys and some are building it (Ongoing project) as per the regulations of building operation act 1958, any unauthorised construction will be reported to legal authorities, and a prior notice will be sent by the court in order to attain justification of legal documents to support the construction to prevent demolation. Construction of multiple storey's is strictly prohibited. As the construction may obstruct and hamper the lives and wellbeing of the residents, residing in the same locality, it is highly recommended that a prior consent of no objection to construction is obtained from the residents, and a legal issued construction permit is obtained from the municipal coorperation.

This is to inform you that street dog opp old S I E S college sion(West) sindhi colony near Print Shop Bite my son in leg very badly bleeding (on 20/04/2017) we had to rush him to Dr B K Shah who prescribed 5 Rabipur injections with titenus injections.He is in lot of pain & burning in wounds & he is in shock.Dr shah & bharat chemist also told that we get daily dog bite patients from this area.There areapprox 20 dogs on this road biting specially vulnerable children & senion citizens. So i Request u to remove these street Dogs on 24th road sion west near sion sindhi colony mumbai 400022.

I had got married on 8 December 2015. I had to add my wife's name into my exsisting ration card. I had applied to add my wife's name in November 2016 at KANDIVALI WEST.
Till now the ration card office is always giving me dates that this day it will be done, but till now it's been 4 months now it's high time. That person has always been giving some or the other reason his name is Wankhede. I and my wife have our jobs we cannot leave all the day and come and visit him just to hear that there has been no progress. In this digital age it never takes 4 months just to add the name. This few people who are working there at the office in Kandivali West are creating a bad image for the BMC. Give me a solution or take action.

I am Rudraksh Birje staying at Bhiku building, veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 25 . There are many street dogs which have recently come to our area and are highly dangerous as they are most of the time behind everyone and have also bitten many kids n adults which is not safe at all. Please look into it. Please make available for the dog catchers . Hope your cooperation at the earliest. We all are scared to go out and always have to take our steps carefully.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of my area. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity about 15+. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally faced this situation every day when I come from office. Already women's are not safe at night and now have to be aware of dogs as well. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon and be safe.
