I commute thru khar rly stn everyday.Like so many station there are these labour who loiter around the railway stn form groups and pass comments on ladies/touch them and create nuisance.if you tell them anything they fight.We are unable to move around.They are spitting and making the place unhygienic.There is a penalty for spitting .I request the municipal officials to send their officials as they will collect lot of money thru fines and this may at least keep the place clean.I think dustbins should be provided.Besides of late there are lot of beggars,small children who surround you and touch you and beg.

would request the concerned officer incharge of the maintenance of Toilets and Gutter that the condition of the toilets used by the aforesaid residents are totally damaged...the sewage tank is also damaged by the Rodents, which is roaming very freely in the gutter next to the sewage tank.

We request the concerned officer to look into the matter and arrange to maintain our toilet , sewage tank and the gutter before the monsoon.
We also request our Hon'ble Corporator to take immediate action.

The street dogs are causing a lot of menace in our locality (Bangur Nagar). People are affraid of stepping out at night.I have seen 3-4 instances in last few months where these dogs have bitten people. Please do something about this.

The bmc people come to take away the waste from royal challenge restaurant in goregaon east and does not clean the road after that..this road is stinking like anything..we see people falling bcoz the road is so dirty..its becoming difficult to stay here and walk on the road..people who fall gt serious injuries..the bmc people should clean the road before they go ahead..its been more than 2 months and no action has been taken

This is to bring to attention to the problem of street dogs in the upper govind nagar area of Malad East, Mumbai. The whole road is full of street dogs and the numbers are only increasing. They bark and run after the numerous passing vehicles constantly and run after bikers, cyclists, motorists etc. Posing significant danger especially to two wheeler riders, they have often lost balance trying to protect themselves from the chasing street dogs. I am not sure what is stopping the BMC to stock of this situation and I am not sure if they have been vaccinated against deadly rabies and other related disease. I request the BMC to take this issue up and look in to this area of the street dog issue urgently before any fatality occurs.

My name is Amirul Hasan and i would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which Pascal Colony Jogeshwari-(E) area people facing since couple of month, but now we have loose our patience. there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the small school children to bite them and some of them had experince.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the person or childerens who passes from them. One of these dogs have bitten on leg on my neighbours child. so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my complaint and send immediately Dog catcher team to our area.

immediatly we had tranfer our name on Assesment Bill & were paid respectly time to time.
Late in the year 1980s on Assesment bill along with our name some other people's name were mentioned and till now continueing with same.

Sub: Illegal Construction of Lotus builder in fencing of ground, started digging the ground
Re : S. No 40 H. No 3 C.T. S. No 3 (Pf) of Valnai Village, Taluka Borivilee Malad West P/N ward of Muncipal corporation of Greater Mumbai.

I Mr. Stanley Nadar residing in the above said address since childhood, also working as a Press Reporter in Manavta Bharath hereby lodge a complain to the above said concern departments on the above said lotus builder. Being tolerating my/our patience for the last two months, and seeing no positive improvement from the Lotus builder, and landing on all empty promises by thebuilder I have deceided to lodge this complain, from myself and from behalf from all the residents staying in this area.
Firstly the builder has changed many developers and many other people dealing in this SRA project and has taken the signature and many SRA related papers unlimited times stating that the SRA work will be started now. Every time he use to come to us on some pretext or the other and take the papers and say that the work will be started in a month or two , and these documents are to be submitted to MHADA people to speed up the work. Then some time he use to say that we will be giving temporary tent or shifting by way of giving 60,000/- till the SRA Project is completed. This empty promises is been going on for the last three to four years and we have been kept in the dark without knowing what is happening within the builder group irrespective of meetings held in our area.
Finally Lotus builder has started doing the fencing work in his premises with means of iron bars and tin sheets. He has also started digging of the ground which may be around 150 feet approx in length and 150 feet in breath, and 10 ft deep for his building construction work. Part of the mud which has come from the ground has been removed by transportation while the balance mud is still lying on the ground which looks like a mountain in front of our house. Now the work which he has started is not for the SRA project purpose,but for his own project which has nothing to do with SRA. He starts the digging work early in the morning around 7 am sharp causing inconvenience to all the residents and ends up around 9.30 am before the govt offices opens. Due to to the mud digging work and fencing work which he has started, many people have complained against him, but lotus builder however managed to continue his work through his influence and power.
Now the point is that the mud which is stored looks like a mountain in front of our house and the fencing done with iron bars has packed the ways to go out of our house except a two feet galli. I have told many times to removes this mud as the place looks dirty , shabby, lonely, and isolated, but they were least bothered, as if there are no human beings staying in his plot .
Since the place is fenced, packed from all four sides, and and due to the mud looking like mountain the place where we stay totally looks dirty ,shabby, lonely, and isolated, because it is totally packed on all four sides of the corner. Our/my concern is that, under these circumstances, in the night time it looks scary, totally dark, and nothing can be seen from this end to that end because atleast ten houses falls in the end. The place totally looks isolated. Under these isolated circumstances any uncertain incident is hundred percent sure to be happen in the night or in the day. For instance a robbery can take place, or chain snacking can take place, a murder can take place. When womens and childrens are alone, the outsiders, or may be the security guards in charge of the premises can take advantage of the situation. Small children who play in the mud, which is above twelve feet high above the ground can fall down not in the ground but directly in the place which the digging work is done which is ten feet deep, This twenty two deep fall can result in life loss or hands/legs break or any unexpected circumstances. Also since the digging work is near from our houses a landslide can occur . Now Rainy season in near. If the particular palce is full with water , can you estimate the amount of loss which the people has to incur. As it is,, the place is of the plot very low and water logging chances are more in the monsoon, . They have not made proper roads to start their work even they have not done the drainage work.

The builder is not aware of these situations which may arise in the future and he is least bothered. If the builder is doing the work legal then why he has not given us alternative shifting and latter done the construction work and If his work is legal then why is he doing the work slow, start , stop,
As most of the residents are illiterate and scary in this matter they do not know how to place their problems in front of these officials. Therefore I reqest you Sir to please look into this matter and take strick action in this matter.

Please note that this complain is been going on for the last one and half month and the issue is not solved. It seems that the authorities are informing the Builder about the complain being lodged, otherwise the departments would have taken necessary action till now

In Mulund west, on the N S Road Hotel "taste Bird " was illigal. T ward of BMC give notice them and ask to remove all the construction within 15 days.
this MRTP Notice date was 23rd nov. 2012. but till today BMC not Taking any action against this illigal hotel. i written 4 to 5 letter to asst. commissioner of T ward, on this matter but they not give any reply of that.

Since past few days we are getting dark Green, dirty water which is smelling very badly through BMC pipeline. Please get water samples tested and take the necessary action as soon as possible at the below mentioned address:

We would like to thank the Mumbai Municipal Corporation for giving us a Clean and disciplined Mumbai. BMC has always been very hardworking on all the projects they undertake and with lot of loyalty and trustworthiness. Today also we bank upon BMC for giving us good roads to travel and lovely infrastructure, clean water, clean roads and a healthy mumbai. BMC is truly the lifeline of Mumbai.
This is just to bring to the notice of BMC that at Malad (east), Upper Govind Nagar, near Ambika Mandir there are huge craters/potholes which are usually avoided by us while travelling in daylight. But we really feel pathetic and are concerned about people especially those on motorbikes who travel at night. These deadly potholes are a real scene and we could well imagine what would be the plight of people who do not see them at night and drive their vehicles over them. It is our sincere request to kindly carry out these repairs at the earliest so that people travel safely. Even in the daylight if somebody travels or walks over this potholes it is very dangerous. I am sure that as usual BMC will take steps immediately and set the road right so that we have a smooth travel. I am a resident of galaxy heights at link road near bangur nagar,mg road link rd crossing. We are terrorised by the stray dogs in our compound and around the building. They are at least 10 of them who bark and chase the resident when they step out to work. A local club run by swabhiman group encourages such stray dogs by giving them food and shelter.
There are instances of dog bite too in our society .
Numerous complain had been filed to dog squad BMC but no action has been taken.The numbers are increasing day by day and so is the menace. The resident cannot stay in peace at night as the dogs bark at night and fight.
Please help us. All of them are not sterilized. On behalf of all the 500 residents we seek your cooperation to end this menace.
Please help us. This is our last hope.

Full Mumbai needs repairing specially Kondivita Road in Andheri(E) near Seepz.

I daily travel from this Kondivita route to Powai. There are so many potholes that its very difficult for a person to walk. You will definelty get back pain even if you are travelling in your personal vehicle or in any vehicle (car,Autorichshaw,scooter).

The road is full of potholes or I shall say this is not at all a road.

Old age people ,Pregrnant Women,Handicapped people I recommend you please please do not travel by this road.

The structure of this road is not recent one but from June 2011(1st rain in Mumbai). Till next rainy season if they do not repair it, It will become hell in Andheri Mumbai.

Even though road contractor start repairing they will debug and will leave the work in middle because of their corrupt mind. Check out roads in Gujarat State, you wont find one single potholes on road, even in narrow lane, smaller village. All roads are up to the mark. Thanks to Narendra Modi. Modi Please help Mumbai too. Maharashtrian government should learn at least this 1 good thing from Modi. We are the payers who pay taxes for such kind of road :(

In our area there are 3,4 person are involve in illegal construction on bmc service road
Which is absolutely Neglected by BMC officers. This illegal construction shop are used given in Rent.
On same road they are open Saloon,tyre puncture repair,vegetables shop,auto rickshaw mechanism shop, vada pav center, etc etc.
This illegal construction location is siddhanath mishra compound, suhasini pavaskar Road, Gartan Pada No1, Vaishali Nagar, Dahisar East, Mumbai. 40068

so kindly give attention towards it

It is requested that BMC (MUMBAI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION) may kindly take up this issue of cleanliness at the taxi stand outside churchgate station next to Eros Cinema. We board the taxis every morning from this stand to Cuffe Parade and are subjected to walk on the pavement which is dirty and human excreta strewn around. Kindly look into this health hazard matter. Mumbai being very populated and lots of peaple travel across the city to work spend much of time travelling to reach their work places and peaple travel to offer services are always out on roads find it difficult that there hardly few Public toilets in mumbai. It is also increasing the unhygienic working conditions for people . I request for a major campaign to request the BMC to increase the public toilets. This will much of the ordeal to tax paying public.

I request the public toilets to be increased and they are now near few railway station which should be in other places also.

I am Hansa Gada staying at C2B Kala Mandal CHS, 3/307, Om Nagar, Sahar Pipeline Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai -400099, wants to inform you that our upstairs staying Mr. Decosta has done Unauthorized construction without taking any permission , He has cover terrace area into 2 rooms and also construct toilet bathroom in the same. I have complaint for the same so many times. I am doing follow up from last nov.211, till date no action taken. As a responsible citizen I have done my job but it seems like BMC is not interested in taking any action as such. Although Mr. Decosta is taking undue advantage of terrace area as well as not paying Property Tax. Now please suggest me what should I do? This is very disappointing when you are informing govt. dept. again and again but no action is taken.

We the residents of Bunder Pakhadi Road in Kandivli(W), Mumbai, Maharshtra, is facing a lot of hardship and security concerns due to absence of street light along Bunder Pakhadi Road, starting from Ganesh Chowk to Rock Enclave.

This road is 90feet wide and an important road connecting Kandivli(W) to Malad(W). It is used by the residents, a huge number of motorist and Best bus number 246 ply on this route. In the night it is very difficult to travel on this road and a number of accidents take’s place regularly. This is also an added advantage for miscreants to carry out their illegal activities. In the recent past, taking advantage of the situation a number of illegal Auto rickshaw and Car repairing garages has come up. This has made life more difficult for the residents.

Even after submitting an application bearing signature of 1000 families to Mr Subodh Kumar the Municpal Commissioner of Mumbai no action has been taken. We as dutiful residents pay steep property taxes and this is what we are getting in return. Being the richest Municipal Corporation of the country it has failed to even commission street lights in the area. This negligence and apathy is intolerable and unacceptable. Any day a major crime like rape or murder is waiting to happen, is BMC waiting for that day?

I am a resident of evershine phase 4,thakur village,kandivali east. Dogs menace is increasing every night.They run after kids, motorbikes and their barking has made sleep difficult.Please look into the matter and i would request for a dog van as soon as possible.Catching hold of them at night time would may be a great idea...

I am resident of Church Road, Marol, Andheri (E) and my parents live in JB Nagar, Andheri (E). I would like to bring your attention to the dog menance being faced by residents of both JB Nagar and Church Road.

There are several stray dogs in both these areas. Today (December 5, 2011) my father went on his routine morning walk (8 am) to the nearby garden. As he was walking, a dog bit his left leg from behind and ran away. He lost his senses for a split of a second and looked behind and noticed 5-6 other dogs close by - all being fed biscuts by a passerby. He bled a bit and we immediately took him to the nearby CGHS clinic and got him vaccinated and a tetenus shot. He has to get four more shots in the coming few days.

He is really traumatic and is now extremely scared to get out of the house now out of sheer fear of dogs.

There are many small children & senior citizens who have faced similar situations. It has become really unsafe and impossible for us to walk on these roads because of these dogs. Even during nights, these dogs keep barking and continue barking throughout the night.

The number of dogs have increased drastically over the last few years and BMC is not taking corrective actions. This must be addressed immediately and some BMC has to immediately pick these dogs up.

I humbly request the concerned authorities to take necessary course of action and ensure such incidents like my father's does not repeat again
