Our colony Aghadi Nagar is situated in K (East) ward at Pump house Andheri East Mumbai-93 and consists of 9 Buildings. It is really very unfotunate that no pest control is done in the colony and in the vicinity for quite a long time by the municipal corporation and all the people are facing health problem. With the spread of Malaria in the city, we are afraid that it may spread here also.Therefore Pest Control must be done immediately.
Secondly rats in the colony area and ground, have also created a very big problem for the residents. A timely action will highly appreciated.

There is huge deposition of water, dung, household & bio-waste near Pancharatna Apt, Adjoining to Bhutta School, Old Nagardas Road, Andheri East.

Due to the same, large number of mosquitoes are breeding and have resulted into lot of malaria cases and lot of possibilities of dengue cases as well. BMC has done nothing to prevent the same.

Would request to take corrective action.

This mail is in regarding the increasing amount of filth,dirt and garbage which has been making life difficult of the residents around.Since ourgarbage bin is located exactly opposite to our building LAXMI NIWAS,it keeps on polluting the fresh air affecting the ventilation and keeps on stinking all through the day.Due to this the residents hav to keeps the windows shut.The reclocated garbage bin which is currently in the premieses (parking)of thane railways station(east) .Also this is affecting the health of small children.Despite of requesting several times to the railways authorities to relocate the garbage bin to some other place no action is till been taken so far.We request you to kindly consider this issue and remove the garbage dump and relocate.We would be extremely thankful to you.

Dear Sir,
We are resident of Siddharth Nagar Goregaon (West). There is some redevelopment work going on. The builder has demolished some structures which he has bought. the debris are lying there only. Due to which the mosquito menace has grown like anything. As per your rule any builder who flaunts this rule will be punished. Kindly take action in this matter and make them clear the debris or they should nbe held responsible forthe outbreak.

I have recently started a small business and have taken a shop on rent. I applied for the Shop and Establishment Certificate and had two people from the BMC come to inspect my premises. They asked for Rs. 2000/- after completing the inspection and said that I will get the certificate only after I pay this amount. Please advise.

I m prashant, staying in the locality of kurla(west), mumbai.Recently we are facing the problem of drainage leakage in our locality, few days back BMC official came to have a look and opened the drainage cover.But they have kept the drainage cover open,all the manhole covers are kept open, so early which was a small problem of leakage has turn into over flow. We have local tutions in which numerous children come for their regular tutions,having a greater risk of falling down

So i request u to do the need full as early as possible

I had applied for adding my wife's name in ration card in September 09di to Ration card office in Kandivali (W), the officer has accepted the application and confirmed that the Ration card officer will visit our house to verify the facts. It's almost a year since that application but my wife's name is still not added. We are a regular tax payer (salaried), if government can set process to ensure the tax returns are filed within the permissible time or else penalize me for the delay. I ask why does not it apply to their office ? Post independence 60 years we are still at mercy of government, today also millions of Indians don't have basic requirement available Water, Food, house. In most of the cities especially in Maharastra there is power shortage of approx. 8 hours a daily and this has been going on for past 5-7 years. Food prices have been spiraling and even after good monsoon the prices aren't going down, and tonnes of production is going down in drain due to poor storage. When will this all end, when will people stop tolerating and protest such corrupt government.

Need an solution.

NO FREQUENT WATER SUPPLY
I am staying in Bhandup West (Janta Market Road, Near Cosmos Highschool) this week & last week we are facing water problem.
we are having problem from last ten days. It’s not happen with my house only other people in our area facing same problem. We are staying in Mumbai (economical capital of India). But we are not getting water
It’s really disgusting for us.
Please take that issue on priority & resolve this problem as early as possible

Hello, We stay in New india Staff quarters at andheri juhu lane barfiwala marg since many days one part of the road is closed for metro construction or skywalk constrution they have digged the other side of road where these days water ozzes from gutter and there is no way to walk pls do something this is the only way for us to coomute till andheri railway station every day.

Our bldg consists of Gr + 3 floors. Tenants staying at 1st floor is facing water problems whereas 3rd floor & 2nd floor tenants hv a seperate water connection.We dont hv a seperate water tanks like the other buildings. BMC water flows straight to our houses.
Recently we hv noticed that there is no force in the water due to which we are unable to fill our personal water tanks fitted in our house. This can be due to the dirt in the pipe line which need to be changed or cleaned, since its been nearly more than 3 decades.

Request BMC officicals to kindly look into the matter and send their personel (plumer) to our building for assistance.
Would appreciate your help at the earliest.

Hi, i stay at vile parle east , opposite to domestic airport at dayal das Road.
the BMC People has done some work on the road and later on they dint filled up the blocks properly!
Because of this, whenever a Large Vehicle passes through, it makes Hugh Sound which is jsut like a Metal Scrap Dropped from Top Floor!
People in our area cant sleep because the Garbage Vehicles pass through the road in such a speed that it...

I am writing this letter on the behalf of all the people who are facing problem of toilet drainage water which comes from Khanna Compound, L.B.S Marg, Near Beena Auto Parts, Opp. HDFC Bank, Vikhroli West Mumbai 400079 to LBS Road.
It is very difficult to pass from this area because of this water which flows towards the main road and all the passerby has to go from this dirty and stinking water. Small childrens who donot know about this water they just goes on playing with this dirty water which is very harmfull and injurious to health.
I request you please solve this problem as earliest.

I stay at Chunabhatti in a building (S.S Sao Building No.165) that is more than 100years old and is declared to be vacated as it is not safe for people to stay in such a building

The tenants are on "Pagadi". The owner of this building never allows anyone to Renovate their rooms...
These rooms are very small rooms
I want to know whom to contact in regards to this as there are builders who are interested in constructing new building there,but due to a huge wish list from the owner they cannot take the offer for construction

though i had lodged complaint with the F/south ward officer against a juice vendor (Complaint Nos.[protected] dt.31,3,10, [protected] dt.17.3.10, [protected] dt.24.3.10) no actin has been taken to remove encroacher from the footpath. likewise the footpath opposite bhagwan bhuvan, dsp road, dadar east, mumbai 14 has been occupied/encroached by the stall owners because of which pedestrains are constrained to walk on the road. if any accident or mishap occurs, f/south ward officer should be held responsible entirely for this. there is also one stall which is functioning without a valid license because of the grace of the f/south ward employees (shop estahlishment dept). though the employees of f/south ward are always taking rounds of the roads but no action is taken against the erring stall owners. best known to the ward officer of f/south. being the head of f/south ward, he should take rounds in his ward and not just sit in the air conditioned office and should not say that i am unaware of the situation. bmc staff are govt employees and they should take care of the people instead of allowing such business to flourish under their nose. action be initiated at the earliest and site kept under surveillance permanently.

who is responsible for unauthorised construcation which is going in mumbai area.
ward counceller, bmc asst.commissiner or assit.engn.
bmc officers taking bribe & give oral permission to landshark.
bmc officers are blaming on complainer because complainer are openning bmc officers illlegal activities.

I am reciding in Mumbai, Malad(w), Malwani Colony Area.
I want to complaint about water supply in our area.
In our area many of the people are having illigal taps in thier houses and we are having legal one.We are not having water supply & the illegal tap owner having the water supply.And if the water comes that is all drainage water nor can be drink nor can be used for any thing. Plz we are facing this problem from many years & this is very severe as we have to buy water from out due to illigal tap owner.
And above all these people does not pay any bill due to illigal connection so to that particular plot we have face the burden abut the bill.This is a lot. Plz it is a request to take curtain steps.

We are staying at Plot no. 56 Prasannajyoti Co. Op.Hsg. Soc. Gorai Sector 1 Borivali (W) Mumbai - 400092. We are facing the problem of very less water supply in the society. Water is not coming in the houses of people. We have to arrange water from outside. Water supply flow is so less that we can not get water from the tap inside home. Please speed up water flow. The life has become very miserable. Request you to please pay attention & solve this problem.

Horrible Road condition at the junction of Tatya Gharpure Path and Jagannath Shankar Sheth Road.

Municipal D Ward Officer may have been noticing and observing daily that the BEST Buses, Transport Trucks, and other vehicles plying on Jagannath Shankar Sheth Road have to bump their vehicles very badly making huge sound as well as getting their vehicle damaged as far as the spare parts such as Suspension Kit, Shock Absorbers and Knuckle Joints. Heavy traffic of Loaded Trucks and BEST Buses further damage road due to bumping action at this particular junction, the nearby old buildings shake to a great extent and one can notice and feel its seriousness at night. I did make complaint through letter (which is attached herewith) to Local Councillor Mrs Meenal Juwatkar, however she has not bothered to look in to the matter.

Through your good offices, I hope D Ward BMC Officer will take action to inspect the Road Junction in the subject and see that smooth surfacing is made at earliest.

Due heavy traffic of Loaded Trucks and BEST Buses due to this vehicle damaging depressed bumping action at this particular junction, the nearby old buildings shake to a great extent and one can notice and feel its seriousness at night.

If you, yourself wish to experience this serious vibration feature, you may visit my house which is just a walking distance from your house. I really wonder as to how this existing horrible road condition is kept as it is since long… .. which I am observing since last more than two years now… I did tell your party worker Mr Khedekar and he could manage to pour some Tar- metal but this was just a temporary Patti Job. And within a month only, the road junction comes back to its original damaged shape.

I had lodged complaint about this Bad Road Junction over Internet with MCGB but I get computerized reply stating

I did not bring this defective Road Junction to your notice purposely…. Just because I wanted to see how seriously you are observing the surroundings and nursing your constituency with your own initiative.

I am attaching here the Photograph to make you know and understand the horrible condition of the Road Junction.

You may show this photograph to BMC’s Chief Engineer Roads –in-Charge as well as to other concerned authority like D-Ward Officer, Municipal Commissioner and Hon’ble Mayor Mrs Raul. Jagannath Shankar Sheth Road is the main road with heavy traffic plying BEST Buses, Trucks, Dumpers, School Buses, Water Tankers (throughout day & night), Private Vehicles and Scooters etc..

I would be very happy to invite BMC’s Chief Engineer to stay in my house for a night and experience himself the horrible noise and vibration that we are experiencing.

The only remedy is to make the road in proper shape and in level removing all the trace of any ditches, depresssed u shape channels and distortedly crooked road surface.
I humbly request you to look at my suggestion and please see that “This entire rectangular patch as marked be scrapped properly and re-tarred with proper application of pressure roller. “

I am a resident of Tagore Nagar Vikhroli and being staying since last 30 yrs. Previosly there was open drainage system in our area and BMC used to regularly spray pesticides on it. But recently these drainages were converted into closed system and covered with concrete lids. From the moment it was closed pesticide spraying by BMC has stopped leading to growth of huge mosquito menace in the entire area. We have complained many times to BMC corporator & officers but no action has being taken.

I am a resident of old Golden nest,Phase 3,Mira bhayander rd,Thane 401103.There is a too much of nuisance created by the shopkeepers here. They have extended their shops outside the area alloted to them & made it exactly double.They also have increased the height & are planning to put a roof on it.They have already got the rods put up to put the roof.We stay on the 1st floor.Due to this roof there will be too much of trouble to us. Mosquitos will increase,all the dirt will be accumulated & will enter our house cause top floor people throw all the garbage down.We have made a complaint to the Society but no action has been taken as of now.A letter was sent to them but still the rods have not been taken out.I'm sure they will put a roof in the rainy season to protect the grocery because they have kept all the grocery outside their shop.
I have read the byelaws of the society & have know that they cannot extent the height nor their length of their shops.I do not find any one from BMC coming in the interiors for a checking this.So they are taking undue advantage.
