Sir i hve a complaint i live at moti lal atal road behind hotel neelam n in ur area no road has been built in 10 years there s a plot where people dump garbage and it has gone so dirty that it has started stinking and causing various disease ...so its a request to take some actions as soon as possible as its a tourist spot and does nt give good reputation o[censored]r country .....so plzz take actions asap ..

With reference to our previous complaint no. 9156170 dated 25 July 2012 and various complaints on phone. Due to choking of sewerage line behind plot no. 14-17 of vidyut nagar B, Ajmer road, near to Haridev Joshi Park, Krishna Marg, Jaipur. Road from plot no. B13-B18 badly flooded by sewerage waste water since July 20 2012.It leads to unhygienic conditions because of this .Kindly view to this matter seriously. and help us to resolve this problem as soon as possible. For previous complaint registered in the Jaipur municipal corporation office there hasn't been taken any action.

Street light is not working in the area of chitrakoot at plot no e-1/435 and e-1/438 for the last six months.

This is to inform u that we are facing big problems regarding hygiene,cleanliness at Sector-5, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer. Jaipur. No one can pass through the sector 5 road nallah road,it seems as if no one is taking the responsibility of cleaning that area.Please look into the matter

SUB : Unauthorised Construction completed by House No 38/04 & 38/06 resident of Kiran Path , Madhyam Marg , Mansarover , Jaipur and Nagar Nigam Head Office, Zonal Office traveni Nagar, Encrochment Officer NNJ and other senior officer not doing anything to STOP this unauthorised construction when the regular complaint lodge in the department and acknowledge copies received.

Sir,

This is my humble request to you that please look into this matter and take necessary action on such encrochment . if you see my mail you will find that at the time of construction this unauthorised building My House also Demolish by the 38/04 House Owner Mr Thakral.
Sir,please give justice and inform the Nagar Nigam office to take necessary step to SEZE the above mentioned Two Buildings at the earliest.

We Have not received any reply of my mail from your side, also your N.N.J Traveni Nagar office doing anything for seizure of the said two premises situated at Mansarover ,Jaipur House No 38/04 & 38/06.



We are unable to understand why the delay occurred when the truth is lying at site, why your officials not visited the site to see the encroachments. In our earlier letter to you we attached all the relevant papers for your consideration but regret to state that you have not taken it very seriously.



You are again requested to please look into the matter and arrange to collect the fact report from your N.N.J Traveni Nagar Office. And if the constructions are against the bylaws ,kindly arrange to make arrangement for seizure of above mentioned encroached premises at the earliest date.



Sir, your early action is highly required ,since your traveni NNJ officers ( JEN/AEN & XEN ) protect the encroacher and they started encroachments without any fear, because they know that N.N.J Traveni Nagar all officers not demolish our premises because they already paid the bribe to the officers for encroachments & unauthorized constructions.

Respected Sir,
I am a resident of House No. 69/01 in MANSAROVAR HOUSING BOARD colony. I am doing some construction work in my house. I have submitted ny Green file in Jaipur Nagar Nigam.

My house is of south-west corner, and is being alloted to me by Housing Board with an additional cost being of CORNER plot. Along my SOUTH wall and on VT Road some people have encrochment on
GOVERNMENT LAND OF CRORE RUPEES.
.
They not only have encrochment but also Interfere in my day to day construction work.Because of that encrochment many accident have been occured due to invisibility at road corner.
The encrochement place has become a center of accumulation of NON- Social elements as well as non social activities such as ALCOHAL-CHARAS-GAANJA drinking, CARDS PLAYING .
The life has become miserable for local residents.Inspite of many verbal complaints to Jaipur nagar Nigam, they did not turnrd up and encrochment is growing in its shape.

Therefore you are kindly requeste to see in this matter and direct the Jaipur Nagar Nigam officers to vacate the GOVERNMENT LAND of crore rupees by encrochee .
