Dear sir,

I am living in siddarth nagar, jaipur. I logged complaints by phone about 3-4 times on above subject to the concerning department. Even today dated 31 may 2014, I made complain on control room ph no i.e. [protected]. The person on the other side gave me another no i.e. [protected] of Duty person for the concerning area.When I called on the no the person on this no. treated me and this complain in rubbish manner. Being a civilized person i want to regulate the street lights of that area. I am observing around 100 of street lights enlightening all the time.

I just have humble request to the concerning people to take it bit seriously and look into the matter. Electricity board cuts the lights to regulate the power supply and municipal board forget to made switch off the road lights in day time. In all the subject common man has to pay.

I will be highly thankful to all departments if this complain takes a positive end.

Sir, i would like to draw your kind attention that the overflowing of sewage waste at chak gatore, bajrang nagar near vedansh marriage garden, pratap nagar 302033 is creating unhygenic condition and has overflooded the approach road to bajrang nagar and shiv shankar nagar, i would be grateful if the authorities take the necessary action in resolving the overflowing of the sewage waste. Dear Sir, I, Mintu Dubey, owner of 82/42 in Mansarovar, Jaipur, want to bring to your kind notice that construction of 82/41 is created the threat of stability of the structure of my house. Basement has been excavated and the work has been in progress. To my understanding with logic and technical structural stability following points have been overlooked:- 1 Originally the colony was made as group housing scheme by Rajasthan housing board, Jaipur with an oath to maintain the originality of the plan given and constructed/executed by the lessor (housing board) but lease holder has changed the entire plan by demolishing the old house fully & excavating upto the depth of 9 to 12 feet from ground level. 2 As per the approved/signed/Notarized Rajasthan housing board perpetual lease document clause no 13 all the lessee takes oath as quote “ The lessee shall not without the previous permission in writing of lessor (housing board) and also the sanction on permission in writing of proper municipal or other authority erected or recreated of the house/flats of make any alteration or addition either externally or internally, to such house/flat provided further that in cases where addition of subsequent story is permissible under a scheme the leesee shall follow elevation etc. as prescribed by the board”. 3 Foundation of the original whole colony is only 5 feet below ground level where as the said house 82/41the excavation is done approximately 9 to 12 feet from ground level without setback. Hence the stability of my house i.e. 82/42 is in great threat. While doing so he has undercut my foundation also which has lead to high risk to the stability of the structure. 4 He has constructed the RCC pillar at “0” setback distance from my side in front building offset covering my open space given by housing board which was meant for ventilation & sunlight. Such construction should not be permitted/demolished. 5 As per Rajasthan Govt. Gazette dated 22/02/2010 section 9.7. (1) & 9.7. (4), the owner of 82/41, Mr. R.S.Gupta has completely violated the norms side setbacks. 6 No consent bond ( Chati purti band patra, as per clause no. 9.7.1 sub clause (i) of above said Rajasthan Gazette notification ) has not been submitted since no consent from my side has been asked for by Shri R.S.Gupta. 7 As it is well known fact that Jaipur is coming under category of Zone 2 of seismic zone these pillars strength should confirm the statute provision so that the safety is maintained. 8 The said work in the house no 82/41 is going on without any safety measures like piling, shoring & shuttering. Hence it’s an additional hazard to work force and to the safety of nearby structure. 9 No approved drawing/plan/structural drawings approved by competent person as the whole structure is dismantled and reconstructed has not been shown or kept at the site. 10 The owner of the house Shri R.S.Gupta has excavated his property from last four month and made the shape of the site as a pond and I stay far from this place this matter came to my knowledge three days back. The monsoon is about to knock the door soon the risk will rise exponentially. The safety barriers must be constructed immediately without delay and laps of time. From the above pictorial representation you will appreciate that the basement construction will make the site unstable. I am of hope that no such permission to excavate the basement might have been given. Even if by mistake such permission is accorded I would request you to kindly review the permission & cancel the basement construction of Shri R.S.Gupta & maintain the original status as provided by housing board. From the above, I may be able to convey my concern to your kind self the unlawful & unsafe construction carried out in house no 82/41, Arawali Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, with repeated request with folded hand to take care of my, my family, my property, etc’s safety. Last year, There was severe water logging on the road in front of House No. 4/239, 4/240, 4/241 & 4/242 SFS Agrawal farm, Mansarover, Ward No.26. Even small rains caused almost a foot deep water logging. Several complaints made to NAGAR NIGAM (Complaint No. 9221082 already exist with Nagar Nigam/ JMCJPR), have not been attended. A house originally constructed by RHB (No. 282) in this vicinity is under re-construction by a private contractor/ individual and in the process, an existing concrete water drain has been blocked. This drain is the main exit for rain water logged in the entire locality. This blockage is intentional by the contractor and will be of permanent in nature if not attended to immediately. Expected forthcoming rains may cause havoc in this area if immediately drain responsible for this water logging is not cleaned. Now after so many reminders and telephonic calls from dec 2013 to till date we have not received the refund amount

Respected Sir, There is a sewerage blockage problem in Sector 1 House No. 1221 to 1260 Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and sewerage water is flowing in NALA situated outside these houses. Due to this problem whole day and night there is bad smile in air which effecting adversely health of residents nearby these houses. Sir, problem has been came into the notice of JMC but no result. In 14/82, Near Swarn Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur a housing plot allotted by Rajasthan Housing Board. Mahesh Chandra Sharma purchased above plot in 2004 and thereafter continously running private coaching centre 'Mathematics Classes' from 15/10/2004 and hostel from 01/04/2010 which results into parking problem, dirty atmosphere around the plot and illegal persons came time to time at no monitoring was done by the landlord. I will pray to you for stopping the commercial activities as twice notices were issued to Mahesh Chandra Sharma but nothing can done.

we are resident of shyopur road, pratap nagar, sanganer my house is situated on main shyopur road just beside the open nala that is approx.12-15 feet in width that flows mainly in rainy season. above mentioned restaurents star canteen-3 and n s fast food centre dump there garbage and kachara in front of my house, i requested them personally not to dump in nala but they dont care my warnings and requests .
i posted complaints on line and called on ur call centre no 5110111 i got mr atiq hussain's mob.[protected] he reffered me to JEN, jen told me to talk chote lal inspector on [protected], chote lal reffered to mr aabid mob. [protected] . i called these persons many times but no body bothered to come on site and see the reality problem is still persisting .
sir i pray you to solve the problem permanently by covering the nala meanwhile do the alternative arrangements by putting the kachra peti to dump the commercial wastes.
i hope u will take appropiate action on this geuinine problem

To The CEO Jaipur Mubnicipal Corporation Sir, We are the dweller of Pratap Nagar Sector - 10, (Block-104). sir we have made complaint against the blocking of main drain of sector 10 of pratap nagar, Sanganer one week ago. the drainage water is flowing on road which making the surronding enviorentment polluted and spreading different disease in that area. but till date no action has been taken to solve the problem. the complaint hasbeen made to Mr. Abid Hussain ( mob. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to point out an issue we are facing about trash dumping in an empty plot in our neighboring area i.e. plot no 42, Modi Nagar, Old Octroi(Purani Chungi), Ajmer Road, Jaipur, PIN 302019. Because of this the whole area stinks and may even spark and outbreak of deceases. Kindly look into this matter and provide a solution as there is no trash boxes available there too. It is a JDA approved Colony but there is no road and road light facility install by the related department. This is to bring to your notice roads in pratap nagar jaipur . The roads here are damaged every year because of the rains and get repaired after a long time. This is what the main road position in front of NRIcolony is..the connecting roads inside to apartments like UDB southern heights and also inside sectors of pratap nagar are worse and ever repaired. There is no street light working from the stretch of this main road in front of NRI colony and between southern heights apartment. The divider is constructed to such a height with plantation that u can't see the driver from the opposing side which leads to a lot of accidents. They cut the plants every now and then but there is no effect because the layout of the divider is such..pls look into the matter...we will be highly obliged. Thank you.. Regards

Sir,
With due respect I wish to bring in your kind notice that I was allotted a plot by Jaipur nagar Nigam vide their letter no. 501/PC dtd 15.06.1995 for which the full and final payment was made on dated 05.07.1995 vide receipt no. 31825. However despite of my restless efforts and even after a lapse 18 years the nagar nigam failed to give me the physical possession.
I put forward herewith the summary of my case for your kind consideration please.
1.The scheme Gandhi Vihar was announced by nagar Nigam Jaipur for allotting the plots during Oct-1993. I applied for the plot size of 160 sq.mtr. alongwith desired initial amount of Rs.10000/- vide receipt no.298 dtd 30.10.1993.
2.After about one and half year, I had been allotted plot no.145 of area 160 sq.mtr. vide letter no. 501/PC dated 15.06.1995 with demand note of Rs.99,100/- as full and final payment.
3.I had deposited the full amount Rs.99,100/- vide receipt no.31825 dtd 05.07.1995 well within specified time limit.
4.After about one year of my payment a letter no. FIC PC/96/599 dtd 28.06.1996 was received to take the possession of plot. On receipt of this letter, I personally approached concerned office several times but no proper response was given. Thereafter I requested to the Commissioner (Head Office) vide my application dtd 20.07.1996 and visited personally to get the justice but nothing could be done by concerned authorities.
5.Again I had approached to Commissioner (Head Office) vide my application dtd 30.01.1997 copy to Commissioner (Sanganer Zone) for possession of allotted plot and also made personal request to Commissioner (Sanganer Zone).
6.With my continuous efforts after about 3 years of allotment I had received a letter no. MC/sanganer Zone/845 dated 1.08.1998 from Nagar Nigam Sanganer office stating to get the registry done and take the possession. On receipt of this letter, I personally approached to sanganer office. There I was directed to submit the stamp paper with requisite formats printed.
7.As directed Nagar Nigam, the stamp papers of amounting Rs.8280/- for registry was submitted by me.
8.The Registry was also done on my name by Nagar Nigam.
9.After getting the registry I had again requested for possession and made several visit to Nagar Nigam.
10.In Nov-1998, I visited the site alongwith Jr. Engineer (Nagar Nigam) and I was surprised to see that some private party had made the unauthorized construction in the part of my plot.
11.Nagar Nigam had not done any action to remove the unauthorized construction.
12.Even after my continuous efforts I had not received any response from any authorities I had again put my request application to following authorities:
• Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Nigam Jaipur vide application dtd 11.04.2000
• Mahapor Nagar Nigam Jaipur vide application dtd 06.02.1999
• Hon’b Local Self Govt. Minister, Govt of Rajasthan Jaipur vide application dtd 12.09.2001
• Hon’b Chief Minister , Govt of Rajasthan Jaipur vide application dtd 12.09.2001
• The Supdt Engineer (Head office) Nagar Nigam Jaipur vide application dtd 12.09.2001
• Rajasthan Patrika Help Line Jaipur vide application dtd 24.07.2002
• Commissioner (Vigilance) Nagar Nigam Jaipur vide application dtd 15.03.2002
Since I had not received any response from any authorities than I approached to Consumer Court (District) Jaipur. Consumer Court had given the judgment to give the possession of Plot immediately to me.
Nagar Nigam than approached to State Consumer Court Rajasthan. State Consumer Court had given the following judgments:

Nagar Nigam is directed to give the possession of plot no 145 area 160 sq.mtr.
OR give the plot which is having more than 160 sq. mtr. area and the cost of extra area can be charged at the rate of allotment.
OR if any of above option is not possible than returned the full amount with 12% interest.
Than Nagar Nigam had submitted the cheque for amount and interest in Consumer Court Jaipur.
Then I had approached in National Consumer Court Delhi that I want Plot only and I do not wish to take money because the rate of property is very high hence I can not take property by this amount.
The matter is pending in National Consumer Court Delhi.
I would like to draw your kind attention that this is a cheating to me by Govt of Rajasthan because when the land was not available to them than why they have taken money from me and why plot was allotted to me.
Kindly do the needful and help me to give justice to me

I am also the resident of Devinagar. The condition of the plot is such that it is creating lot of problem to neighbouring people. It may become the reason to spread lot of disease. When the garbage gathered reached to the limit, people used to make fire in it, which become the reason of air pollution. It is very difficult for the people like me, who are the patient of Asthma and heart disease. Very humbly i request your good office to take immediate step to tackle this public problem. We, the people of Devinagar area will be highly obliged.
