Sir, I'm writing this letter to bring to your notice regarding the nuisance created by stray dogs during mid nights. They scream continuously during mid nights creating sudden disturbance in sleeps. There are around 8 to10 dogs. They are brutally fighting and barking at people . We may even attacked by dogs if neglected. So sir, kindly please pay attention.
