Municipal Corporation Of Kakinada — property tax bill issues

Dear sir/madam,

We have received property tax notice where i have raised my concerns previously however it was never addressed.

Charged drainage charges where no drainage for our premise/street and i'm paying taxes for nothing that is been used for 5-6 years.
Charged water tax where no water/water taps were provided to us.

Could you please advise on what basis have you charged this to us and should we really require to pay this for which government officials never addressed?
