I live in h-block, govind nagar, bhadauria park, kanpur. There are many cows and bulls keep sitting and standing on the road around the park. This is creating lot of trouble to the residents of the area. Sometimes they hit the vehicles passing through them. Because of cowdunk, there is bad smell also. The school going children and older persons are facing lot of trouble. Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks.

I would like to bring it to your notice about the followings:

I live in h. No. 180, tiwaripur, tadhbaghiya, jajmau, near tirlokinath jewellers. I have been living at this place from last 7 years.
I have 2 complaints:
1- sweeper comes very rarely in my area. Twice or thrice in a month. When any senior officer is on the area visit.

2- a few days ago sewer connection is completed on the road which is in front of my house. Because of road digging process, there were a lot of soil and sands collected on the road. After the rain, all soil and sands flowed to our society water channel and being blocked. Now the entire water which is coming before my house is collected beside my house and that water becomes full of small mosquitoes. That water channel is became the reason for many diseases. I have 8 people in my family and 3 are sick. Dr says it is because o[censored]ntidiness and food poisonous.

And also there is a factory just after my house. They have also blocked the same water channel so that there passes should be clean. I think this is illegal as per law.

It is my humble request to you sir kindly help us to clean our area.

Roads in gandhigram were dug up for sewer line, but after that there
Was no road construction or maintenance for more than 6 months now.

All internal roads are broken, full of potholes and now with rainfall, all the roads are coverd in water.
It is very unsafe for anyone to even walk on the road, no idea where a pothole or sewer hole can be. The civic infrastructure in kanpur is worse than that of towns and villages.

Please repair all the roads in gandhigram, as soon as possible, before any incident happens.

There is no good response to the customers from this site. My complaints are not resolved and they are marked as resolved. If questions asked they are not answer and even my complaints r not solved. I dint get my money back. Nad moreover [protected]@kotak upi asked me to for checking balance to transfer 20k rs n dey will decline it. Inspite dey took 20k rs and not giving it back

All sevage tanks outside on the road getting overflowing resulting reverse flow of sever wate inside the houses and increasing the intensity of mosquito which may result spread of related deceases across the whole area... This condition has been prevailing for more than a month and in between the socity people approached to nagar nigam office.. People from nagar nigam visited twice but till time we have not been provded any concrete solution.

Pls help.. Help... Help...

My cooking gas connection number is 12708 (Bajrangi indane gas agency, kanpur, u. P). I always book gas in time but its a regular practice of agency that they never deliver gas in time, even after calling them several times. I think they must be delivering it to some other people in black. This time we booked the gas on 8 august but till today i didn't got any delivery... Some body told me about this complaint site so i am writing to you... Thanks

I, virendra singh, resident of a-1672 awas vikas hanspuram, kanpur, 2018021, want to lodge a complaint for choking chamber in my house and facing over flood. It has been more than a month since the water logging has occurred. Water from the manhole has reached in road making it difficult for for me. Moreover, it is in front of my house resulting in foul smell for the whole time and has become a home for mosquitoes and various diseases.

Action needed as soon as possible.

Respected sir i rajesh kumar live at 126/8 at block govind nagar kanpur 208006. I am government servent. I live on rent at this address.in my building a mr hands has to many dogs. And bite many people. But mr handa not listen any one problem and keep to many dogs and also give milk to street dog. So please take urgent action against him. Respected sir mr handa is mad. Many people advice him not to keep dog but he did not understand. So please take urgent action and take away all dog from here to live a happy life.

My problem is that some people closed road side nali in front of bima hospital street near new building apartment due to this road has been broken many people had been wounded on that road people are facing many problem so solve this issue quickely.

In the area of nai sadak and chaubegola there are lots of dogs here and they bite children.. And bark alot in the nights.. Please do something in this matter.. Almost 5-6 dogs are present in every street of nai sadak and chaubegola... Sometimes they are very irritating and disturb everyone.. They bite and bark at everyone in the streets... Please send transport to take them..

Dear sir,
The service lane next to house no. 8/212, sbi bldg, aryanagar, stinks a lot due to leakage of sewer line since last one year. Despite of earlier complaints, no action has been taken so far. It's very unhygienic and causing diseases in the surrounding areas.
It's my humble request to intervene into this matter and do the needful in this regard as soon as possible.

Sir, i from ward no.29 ompurwa, kanpur.. Sir i would like to draw to attention towards choke of sevar in my area... It has been now 7 months fro. When we are facing this problem... Human excreta and everything is flowing on the road.. We are ynable to go anywhere many else are suffering from deadly diseases like diarrhea... Students are unable to go to their schools... And the system here is doing nothing... Conditions are worst than flood... Please help sir... I[censored] can in any possible ways... Pls sir personally i have lot of hope in system... I live in general ganj near prabhat hotel, there are a lot of cows and dogs roming around, the cows many a times hit the pedestrian and people going in two wheelers and the dogs run behind and along with the cars and two wheelers and some times the pedestrians.
They also dirty the streets and roads which causes a lots of slips and falls of people on bikes and walking. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem and danger.

Road is not repaired yet. I had complained last year july 2018 one year has been completed but problem is not solved yet.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i am a resident of vidhut colony, govind nagar (Near cti nehar), kanpur. As we all are aware that it's a festival season ganesh mahotsav is going on and you can see loud speakers at every corner playing ganesh ji songs but these people tend to forget other people are also residing near by them and students have to study for their exams and they play songs at such a loud voice that it becomes impossible to talk, forget about studies. They play these songs non stop from early morning to late night. As per the rules loud spekers are banned in public places and in open area but still we can see them playing in every corner of our city. Kindly look into this matter very seriously as exams are very near of almost all school kids.
I would request you to please keep a check on this and please visit this pandal of vidhut colony, govind nagar, near cti nehar. Please respond as early as possible because it is now untolerable, and highly disturbing.

Roads are badly damaged in kanpur i have already complain so many times but nothing happened. I have also use there govt app but still one month completed no one has resolved this issue.
Please repair the roads of gt road as rawatpur station to cardiology hospital and the worst road is keshvpuram petrol pump to awas vikash road.
So please take action and repair all the roads of kanpur

We are facing problem in the supply water. We have complained many times since the last three years but problem not been resolved yet. There is sewage water leakage in the waterline. When we complain strickly so they send their vehicles to suck the water of sewer chamber. This problem has been restart as before after a month. Kindly take strict action on them to check leakage of the pipeline.

A person call me yesterday and asked about the complaint i made in this and introducing himself as indian army customer service and after a discussion they ask me my gpay mob. No and the msg received to that number and finally they are asking for my upi pin and telling that i am not asking your personal information like card no, cvv, what the duck are they doing, it's another type of fraud making, what a website and that to have complaints which aren't solved. Iam shame of our indian cyber crime department and these frauders who make others money as their earnings

The sweeper is not coming since last 1 month to pick the garbage from our locality. As a result the people are throwing their home garbage at road. Then the street animals spread the garbage everywhere. Because of this mosquitos are increasing day by day.
Now before the situation gets worsens, its a humble request to you that please sort out all the issues of the sweepers so that they may come to pick the garbage.
And we can also contribute to swach bharat abhiyan.
