13 number puliya, yashoda nagar, kanpur is not having sufficient numbers of street light poles and lights.
The street lights near to suraj icecream shop are not working. The streat light pole opposite to rajrani school does not have the led light bulbs.
Please make all lights in working. Please install poles at the places to complete the street lights working in 13 number puliya of yashoda nagar, kanpur nagar.

This is siya from muzaffapur ratanpur near shatabdi nagar. Sir it has been more than 3 years now and still there is no sign of road construction coming year. Along with this there is not a single dustbin or place allocated for throwing garbage. God forbid us. people... If anyone dare ask such basic. Facilities after paying taxes as citizens of India. If you look kindly look into the matter. It will be great help. And if can't.. You guys are getting your salary that's more than enough I guys for you. Who gives a ### about conditions and all.

Good morning,
I am living in k-block barra world bank colony. Here people throw there waste and other dirty stuff in front of our shop and some people have made there dairy on a unauthorised place and they spread to much of dirt and pollution.
So i request you to please take a action against them else it would create problem

Sir, this is to inform you that no sweeper comes in ujiyaripurwa chauraha (Near surya vihar) to sweep and to collect the garbage from last 2 months, i have a dental clinic at this chauraha and this area is very dirty every where plastics waste, cow dung and etc etc, no nagar nigam sweeper comes to clean this area, requesting you to send sweepers here atleast for alternate days, and please make this area clean

My name is anshu shukla. My address is h. No.3/512, awas vikas hanspuram, naubasta, kanpur - 208021 (Near dalanpur puliya).in my locality, garbage has been collected for about 1-2 months and now it's too much. Due to garbage lot's of pig is come. Because of garbage the whole street looks messy. And there is no system of garbage pickup. So please do something and pickup garbage.
This is a very unhealthy and not good for the environment and our health. Because of this garbage our cow mother also eat this, because of garbage a lot of polythene goes inside their stomach. Which is very harmful for them. I have attached some photos of garbage below.

So please please please i request to you take an action as soon as possible and kindly arrange some garbage collector for this area.

I want to say that there is pole near our house in which street light was present but before 3years this piller gets damaged &replace by kesco. But street light was not attached to the new pole.
Then i complained about it before2years in your department (Nagar maeg peaksh..). But no action is taken by you.

So there is no light on the pole since 3years whereas our area is a good area of kanpur.
So i request you to please attach a street light on this pole.

Thanks, as after a so many years you at least planed to do something for us in our area. Now this half hearted planing and execution and half furnish development work is very dangerous to the community of this area. People are getting injured here daily small big accidents are going on. I don’t know how your planing works but here are some of the highlight and you to visit the area to know the deep facts
1. Underground water pipeline :-
No one came to verify that work has completed in good manner and it’s leaking here no body fixing it
2. Quality of deep root sewer line :-
They came at end so they can kill the all the work si dar has been done, so they destroyed gas pipeline.. Small sewer system road warer pipe line to all the other work and made our life to live in hell.. Approx 5000 people lives here and they one road amd # road have # pot hole now irony is one the main and sub culvert are destroyed by your half hearted development without supervision and planing.. Please help us in living... Or spray some position in our area and kill us all at one go why you want us to live in hell die daily.

I wish to draw your attention towards the cleanliness of the locality around our colony. There are dirt and filth all over the place as soon as we exit the colony which has a very bad odor.
Due to the garbage lying everywhere mosquitoes and flies are attracted towards it and this gives rise to the insects entering our colony as well.
We have complained to the local authorities about this matter but in vain. I, therefore, request the higher authorities to look into this matter and take the necessary actions immediately.

Koyala nagar ki main roads se lekar sab gali roads amrat seaver line ki khudaee karne se and usme pipe line dalne me sabhi roads bahut hi buri tarah se kharab ho gye hai... So kanpur nagar nigam is requested to repair main roads and gali roads prepaire newly... I live in h-block, govind nagar, bhadauria park, kanpur. There are many cows and bulls keep sitting and standing on the road around the park. This is creating lot of trouble to the residents of the area. Sometimes they hit the vehicles passing through them. Because of cowdunk, there is bad smell also. The school going children and older persons are facing lot of trouble. Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks.

I would like to bring it to your notice about the followings:

I live in h. No. 180, tiwaripur, tadhbaghiya, jajmau, near tirlokinath jewellers. I have been living at this place from last 7 years.
I have 2 complaints:
1- sweeper comes very rarely in my area. Twice or thrice in a month. When any senior officer is on the area visit.

2- a few days ago sewer connection is completed on the road which is in front of my house. Because of road digging process, there were a lot of soil and sands collected on the road. After the rain, all soil and sands flowed to our society water channel and being blocked. Now the entire water which is coming before my house is collected beside my house and that water becomes full of small mosquitoes. That water channel is became the reason for many diseases. I have 8 people in my family and 3 are sick. Dr says it is because o[censored]ntidiness and food poisonous.

And also there is a factory just after my house. They have also blocked the same water channel so that there passes should be clean. I think this is illegal as per law.

It is my humble request to you sir kindly help us to clean our area.

Roads in gandhigram were dug up for sewer line, but after that there
Was no road construction or maintenance for more than 6 months now.

All internal roads are broken, full of potholes and now with rainfall, all the roads are coverd in water.
It is very unsafe for anyone to even walk on the road, no idea where a pothole or sewer hole can be. The civic infrastructure in kanpur is worse than that of towns and villages.

Please repair all the roads in gandhigram, as soon as possible, before any incident happens.

There is no good response to the customers from this site. My complaints are not resolved and they are marked as resolved. If questions asked they are not answer and even my complaints r not solved. I dint get my money back. Nad moreover [protected]@kotak upi asked me to for checking balance to transfer 20k rs n dey will decline it. Inspite dey took 20k rs and not giving it back

All sevage tanks outside on the road getting overflowing resulting reverse flow of sever wate inside the houses and increasing the intensity of mosquito which may result spread of related deceases across the whole area... This condition has been prevailing for more than a month and in between the socity people approached to nagar nigam office.. People from nagar nigam visited twice but till time we have not been provded any concrete solution.

My cooking gas connection number is 12708 (Bajrangi indane gas agency, kanpur, u. P). I always book gas in time but its a regular practice of agency that they never deliver gas in time, even after calling them several times. I think they must be delivering it to some other people in black. This time we booked the gas on 8 august but till today i didn't got any delivery... Some body told me about this complaint site so i am writing to you... Thanks

I, virendra singh, resident of a-1672 awas vikas hanspuram, kanpur, 2018021, want to lodge a complaint for choking chamber in my house and facing over flood. It has been more than a month since the water logging has occurred. Water from the manhole has reached in road making it difficult for for me. Moreover, it is in front of my house resulting in foul smell for the whole time and has become a home for mosquitoes and various diseases.

Action needed as soon as possible.

Respected sir i rajesh kumar live at 126/8 at block govind nagar kanpur 208006. I am government servent. I live on rent at this address.in my building a mr hands has to many dogs. And bite many people. But mr handa not listen any one problem and keep to many dogs and also give milk to street dog. So please take urgent action against him. Respected sir mr handa is mad. Many people advice him not to keep dog but he did not understand. So please take urgent action and take away all dog from here to live a happy life.
