Sir, We are residing from last 24yrs., using Kachha Road, and requested several time for Pakka Road. As requested i had a talk with Mr Ram Awadh Yadav, Sr. Executive of Nagar Nigam in last Jan'2015, who assured to make estimate & get it done. Kindly look into this and as steps taken for "SABKA SATH SABKA BIKAS" please arrange to provide 'PAKKA ROAD' at the earliest. We the resident highly grateful on Nagar Nigam Kanpur. Thanks & Regards. Sir Iwish to inform you that AtoZ company was collecting garbage from our apartments, but for last 5-6days the said company is not collecting garbage. On enquiry we were told that nagarnigam has taken the responsibility of collecting garbage from this zone. Iam sorry to say that no body from nagar nigam has come tocollect the garbage with the result the garbage is piled up and started decomposing .I as aDocter know that it may cause spread of diseases, therefore I request you kindly make arrangements for collection of garbage from the above mentioned address.Thanks Yous sincerely Dr D.K.Mittal

Dear Sir, With due respect it is submitted that there is acute problem of drainage system due to footpath was slump down (dhans gya) in front of house no. 113/203-A, Swaroop Nagar, which is resulting severe sever problem. Foothpath was slump down because of water locking on road. street sweeper is filling it by garbage and chocking it. Photograph is attached as proof. Please take necessary action and renovate the footpath as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us for any further issues. I wonder if all these complaints are even been read or attended by any of the related assigned officer, anyways this is to bring in consideration to GM of JAL sansthan that Awas Vikas Sector E (starting from serial 500 till 700+)or may be more than that are getting a supply of sewage in their water supplies since January, 14, Mr Ramesh Chandra Jr. Enginner of the area says I cannot do anything, ad he says call or ask anyone who could do that, every week a work has been conducted but still the same sewage water in our home, please check the problem and let us know if this is not a part of swach bharat abhiyan. Dear sir, This is to bring to your Notice that Birhana Road has become a permanent home for street cows and Ox's which is causing problems in traffic movement along with this every day cases of casualties are becoming common . Pedestrians, 2 wheeler riders are being Hit by these Animals . Along with this These animals are coming a major cause of littering the waste all across the road . School students and children are always under threat of being Injured by these Animals . Kindly look into the matter and support us in keeping the City clean and removing these Animals from the roads and transferring them to a place where they actually belong .

plot no 127/863eary is lying vacant since last 45 years, peoples are throwing their garbage in plot as well as in road opp. of the said plot. since i am residing in house no 864 is suffering from diseases you are requested to please arrange permanent sweeper in my area/road, which is not available since last 3 months. Please also send notice to plot holder for cancelling allotment so that some needy can have a house. lying vacant from last 45 years means that plot holder is not having requirement and trying to use this land for getting huge profit on the cost of security of other neighbours. meanwhile please acknowledge and let me know what are u doing in this regard.

Dear Sir,

I am the resident of Maharajpur consitunency of area Shivpuram, New Azad Nagar, Satbari Road, Kanpur. The condition of the road, sewage and water supply is very worst in this area.

Sir, I want to draw your attention towards the poor condition of sewage, water supply and road condition by below points :-

1) In my area sewerage line construction work start one year ago (which is not functional yet) and stop . so whole area is not connect with sewerage line only few of locality is connected with it .There is no drainage system in this area due to the that the open land area in front of my house converted into pond. Due to that people are suffering from so many disease.

2). Same is the condition of water supply, water line is there but not functional yet.

3) And road condition are more worst than any thing due to all above problem.The main road which connected our area to NH 2 highway is worst there are very deep bumps in the road .

4.) There is no garbage dumping zone or area in my area.

Please sir have look on above problems and issues, because due to all above problem it is very difficult for us to live there.

As our Honorable Prime Minster Sri Narendra modi today started swachh bharat abhiyan.

So, I my looking forward for your help to first make our locality and city clean and contribute to our Prime Minister swachh bharat abhiyan.

Sir, The main road from PAC Bypass to satbari village is totaly destroyed. It is in same condition from last more than 3 years but no construction is done here. Due to its worst condition our vehicles are also being disturbed. Many times the persons fall on the road and serious accidents also occure but Nagar Nigam is either making no efforts for this problem. there are very deep bumps in the road which are also causing physical problems to us while road tax is continuously being charged.and the near by area, s specially near my home at yadav chauraha, shiv mandir the road and sewage is not constructed and because of this we are facing many problems.their is no space for dumping of water and wastage and it is causing many health problems... so its my request to please consider my application... Thanking u.

There is no display board from Nagar Nigam which can inform users about the actual charges. Please get information displayed about actual charges or request the operator to get correctly printed slips to avoid confusion and confrontation between...

The above financial year house tax was submitted on line vide receipt id.1102045003810011314001 dt.16.08.2013 through axis bank .But sorry to inform that in current financial house tax the same amount added by nagar nigam kanpur and demanding two financial year house tax. Kindly lodge my complaint and do action against default employee under intimation to me.

In this condition it is confirm that any day a big fire accidant will be occure. The all neighobers are live in dangerous position. A patch of road from back gate of Virendra swaroop school of computer studies Saket Nagar Kanpur to house no 127/884 w-1 saket nagar kanpur is in very bad shape and full of sewage over flow. The road has not been constructed since 1974.The resident belonging to the area are bound remain ill and no officials have taken care off so far. Kindly help us in getting rid off this plight.

We are facing much problem due to in Main Ganda Nala in Back of my house, Ganda Nala is over flowed by wastage. Dogs & Pigs Dead Bodys are over in Garbage, Please swwep & clean the nala garbage, otherwise many disease flow in atmosphere.
