i want to inform that jarauli fase-1 karrahi main road near water tank road is pilled out and no patch work is done for last 5 years.so its a humbel request to you take an action for maintinance of road. The road has several damages due to which road is full with mud and mud powder all the time and in rainy season condition get worst. this is a main road so please kind attention...

Sir,

I like to draw your attention towards the encroachment problem in Shakti Market, Fazal Ganj, Kanpur. Here shop owners has dump their truck parts on the road. That results 40 feet wide road now left 10 feet only. The road condition here is worst and has also damage the sewer condition.

The living condition here becomes so inhuman,

Request you to take some action on this encroachment problem and help the local residents.

Subject: Correction of House Tax Bill for House No. 111/313 Harsh Nagar , Kanpur , Property Identification No. [protected] . Year of correction 2009 to 2012

We would bring to your kind notice the following facts and circumstances under which the House Tax levied on us is not bona-fide and also not in the spirit o[censored].P. Municipal Corporations Act, 1959.

1. We were regularly paying House Tax to the Nagar Nigam Authorities as per the demand notice raised on us for previous years (upto year 2008), without there being any delay on our part and your good self will appreciate the same.

2. Kanpur Nagar Nigam had suddenly raised an abnormally high demand for House Tax starting financial year 2009. This demand was erroneously assessed our house under commercial usage though we never conducted any commercial activity in our house during that period.

3. We are already plead Nagar Nigam Authorities for necessary correction of House Tax Demands and raise correct demand for House Tax in line with the demands raised upto financial year 2008 . This will help us in immediate discharge of all House Tax liabilities.

We are a responsible citizen of Kanpur and always want to discharge all tax liabilities of Government agencies with in permissible time limits. We request you to please consider our request sympathetically and raise corrected House Tax Demand.

This is to inform you that I Shyamlal Agarwal on behalf of "THE KANPUR GUNNY TRADERS ASSOCIATION" would like to complain about unhygienic condition of roads in DHANKUTTI,NEAR COLLECTOR GANJ POLICE STATION ,KANPUR-208001. There is also impermissible usage of roads i.e some people are breading cattle which causes lots of inconvenient to the people having office and those living in this area. The cattle has occupied whole road so its very difficult for the commuters to ply and because of the same there is lot of dejection on the road which makes it even worst by attracting many diseases.And if we ask them to leave the place they not only abuse but threaten to destroy our property.So I would like you to take strict action against these people and make sure that at least the roads are cleaned and can be used for the purpose they were made.

for your kind information h. no 12/129 gwaltoi kanpur nagar have residense 5 families(pawan chaurasia, santosh jha, raju chaurasia, santram chamar, suresh sharma). those were not consumer local authority ( kanpur nagar nigam/ jal sansthan) & they are using illegal sewar connection & and connect sewar connection to open water drain(nali) system . bcoz of such illegal act locality of gwaltoli is highly polluted & it may cause to epidmic disease like diarrea etc.
so I request to u plz take strong action & destroy the illegal sewar connection.

There is a huge problem of sewage discharge on busy street by house no. K-665 near 17 no. pulia ,Yashoda Nagar ,Kanpur,UP. Due to sewage discharge it is so difficult to survive in that area as the there are many disease causing bacteria spreading disease all over a sophisticated society. Sir please take action as soon as possible.

most of parks in shastri nagar is now well equipped with trees.flowers, fountains etc but the park behind old 10 shops in front of 79/2 is awaiting an eye of nagar nigam for greenary . a mandir within park is now shelter of non social elements, local resident can not walk in morning/evening, instead of playing kids in park senior cricketers of more than 25 years of age played cricket whole days in sundays/vacation on account of money as a bet/gambling . no one of nagar nigam, local authorities is taking noices of it, they are waiting of any major mishappenings, severals complaints from residents of surroundings areas of parks lodged but nothing happened. hope is alive

BONOUT ALONG WITH MY DRIVER i.e IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE MAIN GATE.

NO BODY FROM NAGAR NIGAM IS CARE ABOUT THE MOVING FREE ANIMAL LIKE PIG, BULL AT B BLOCK PANKI AREA. I GOT NEW LIFE AFTER SURVIVING 12 DAY PAIN OF STITCHES ON MY RIGHT YEAR.

LOT OF ANIMAL ARE MOVING IN B BLOCK ARE AND OLD AND CHILD ARE ALSO VERY UNSAFE FOR THIS.

Sewage Chamber of 39/E/3 Dabouli Kanpur (residence of Mr. Ashok Tomer) is broken and dirty water is overflowing to bottom line level of submersible bore well of same house which is installed by the side of chamber and further it is spreading to all bottom levels in area around and all nearby residents are compelled to receive the dirty water from their taps.On request Site was visited by Shri Kailash Pal (Area Parshad) also bot No fruitful result is achieved.Nagar Nigam is requested to take the initiate the repair of sewage chamber.

It is to complain you that Mr. N.C. Nigam of A block has digged/damaged 50 metre road unauthorized in middle of the road & put a sever line in the middle of road.
Has he taken permission? If not a prompt action may please be taken for damaging Govt. property.
I hope for an immediate action in this regard and a fine may also be imposed for repairing the said road.

I regret to inform you that the sewage problem of kanpur city is becoming damn annoying these days in am living in "127/134 'S' block juhi gaushala kanpur.".due to the sewage problem the surroundings are gradually becoming unhealthy water from the sewage started reaching our rooms and due to it the more and more mosquitoes and breeding day by day resulting in their increase in the pollution .3 people in our locality are presently suffering from malaria and it can result in more suffers if the prevailing conditions continues .people are finding it very hard to continue there daily routine work with ease and it is gradually slowing down the speed of their work all our exposed to it.

we had registered the complain in the near by office for about three time but they are ignoring us like hell from about last 2 month. i will ask the concerned authority to please look in this dead-full matter .

sir this issue is very tipical cos in my area we having 3 to 5 handpump but no one is in good condition even we don't have a single drop of water n we don't have more mony to spent on submersible pump n sir kindly take it seriously n pls. I have received my property tax bill almost after 3 yrs and with dues. In fact I have been paying my property tax well in advance and regularly. I am now being told that as this is a computer generated bill and therefore there are errors I guess computerization is done to avoid errors and provide better services to the customer

How will this bill be rectified is a big question now, luckily i did not make an online payment on...

The main road from Shastri Chauk , Barra to Vijay Nagar Chauraha is totaly destroyed. It is in same condition from last more than 5 years but no construction was done in actual. Due to its worst condition our vehicles are also being disturbed. Many times the persons fall on the road and serious accidents also occure but Nagar Nigam is either making no efforts for this problem or the tenders are continuously being given to wrong contractors knowingly. there are very deep bumps in the road which are also causing physical problems to us while road tax is continuously being charged.


Please take some necessary action for this corrupted and careless work.

The road approaching to our house no 128/124 k block kidwai nagar kanpur-208011 zone-3 is fully damage from many Years.Several times complaint lodged but no action till date.
Road side nali is not there.
