Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Cow Roaming on roads creating problem to nearby locals

I am resident of A -block, FCI Road line, Shyam Nagar, Kanpur. We have so many cows on roads that causing accidents, diseases and filth on roads that is creating problem for the residents nearby. There are some people having cows, buffaloes in their houses illegally that are freed during most of the time on roads. These should be removed immediately. I believe their are clear instruction from Mayor as well to move away these animals from cities. Please look into this issue with an immediate attention needed on this.
