Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Non actioning of online payment of water bill of kanpur jalkal vibhag erroneously made twice against bill of Fy 2021-22

Respected sir, I Akhilesh Kushwaha son of Ram narain kushwaha made the online payment of water tax of jalkal vibhag kanpur (A/c No. -14288) Zone-3 Watd No. -24) against 2021-22 erroneously twice. I conveyed the issue to Mr Jainendra Pandey JE kanpur and submitted the proof of payment along with application and he assured me that it will be actioned in next bill. But in the last year bill of 2022-23 it was not mentioned and o told to Mr Rakesh Gupta Saket nagar. He told me to wait till the generation of next year bill. The same is still not actioned.

Please do the needful and resolve my issue as bill is pending.
