[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — amount debited from my account but not credited to kmc | |||||
Please note I had paid Rs. 15210.90 twice on 09.07.2018 from my Axis Bank Savings account for payment of Outstanding LOI for Assesse No.[protected]. However, on both the occasions the amount got debited from my account but not credited to KMC. I have checked several times at KMC website and the amount is still not credited. I called Axis Bank and they informed that the amount has been released from my account on both the occasions and the transaction is successful at their end. I couldn't understand what to do now as whenever I am trying to pay this the same thing is happening. I can't pay the amount online whereas my money is getting deducted from my account. Please refund my money (Rs. 30421.80) immediately.
