Without any proper approval plan from kmc she is making illegal construction for last 1 month. I live near Sinthimore, BT ROAD Kolkata..There are a few water taps here from which water flows 24/7. All the taps do not have a closing system..a huge amount of water is wasted on a daily basis.. I had made a complaint before as well..but no actions were taken..kindly look into this matter..The tap is near south sinthi bus stop.
