[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — money deducted from account but transaction failed | |
This is to inform you that while trying to renew my Trade Licence online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to KMC a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked KMC website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Please see the details below. Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end. Jul 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved My money Got Credited to the Municipal CE automatically after 2days and i was able to download my CE paid receipt online, and now no dues are being shown... i did not receive any call or email from the KMC ...
My issue has Been solved, i dont know who did it but as long as it is solved im HAPPY...
