Dear Sirs/Madams,

We, the residents of Navin Shree Mangal CHS Ltd, are being deprived of our sleep and faced with mental torture due to loud noise (till late in the night) emanating from the blowers and other machines installed in the Mcdonalds outlet in Mansarovar Building, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai (pin code 400703).

Numerous complaints in writing has been submitted in the past by the residents to the owner of the said outlet but it has fallen on deaf ears. The situation is same since many months.

This has taken a huge toll on the health of the residents of our building which also has many senior citizens.

Therefore we impress upon this forum to make the owner of Mcdonald's outlet (Mansarovar Building, Sector-17, vashi, Navi Mumbai) to either rectify the machines or shift the machines to some other location whereby we are not tortured incessantly.

I purchased some jewelry from Arundhati jewellery witch is a reputed jeweller shop of Odisha... During payment I made a part payment of Rs 10230 /- through Paytm UPI. Which has successfully debited from my bank account, I got message both from my bank & Paytm regarding successfully payment of the above mentioned amount, but the Jewellery shop denied to accept regarding the transaction. Even after 5 months passed away the Jewellery shop owner not cooperating with me also not refunding my money.

This is to bring to your notice that Taloja Phase 2 has been suffering the problem of water shortage. There is no water supply for the last 3-4 days.
We are using tanker water which is barely enough for all the society members. Sometimes I struggle to get tankers also.

We do not understand why there has been no water supply for 3-4 days. Also, we are not informed in advance when there is no water supply on particular days. Resident living areas prepared themselves for this situation.

I, therefore, on behalf of our area, request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary steps to restore the proper supply of water on a regular basis.

I am a resident of Vastu CHS plot no 42 sector 1 koparkhairane. We have been facing serious water shortage issues in our locality since past year. Earlier we used to get 1 hr water supply in the morning & evening. The same has been reduced to 20 mins now & this is insufficient for 24 flats in our building. We are forced to buy tankers which has caused serious health problems too.

Therefore request you to please help resolve this issue with urgency.

Hi,
I am a resident of Vastu CHS, Plot no 42, Sec1, Koperkhairane. Since few months there is intermittent shortage of water supply. Earlier days we used to get more than one hour water supply in the morning and evening which has been curtailed to half an hour or 20 minutes each in the morning and evening. Came to know that there is diversion of water supply and also there are very frequent maintenance activities. Same problem is faced by nearby buildings. Request to increase the water supply timings immediately

I am resident of Vastu CHS sector 1 Koparkhairane, there is issue with regular water shortage at our place and even after follow ups no remedy offered till date. At one hand NMMC says they are water surplus corporation and on other hand residents like me has to suffer due to water shortage. This situation to be resolved by the corporation at earliest.

What is the solution for it?

I am writing with respect to the captioned problem that we the residence of Khanda colony, new panvel (w) are facing on daily basis.

I dont know why the vegetable vendors are not yet given a dedicated location to do busines of which they are acquiring local footpath area and parking space to their business.
Of which car owners are facing huge problem are getting multiple parking fines for the same.

Kindly assist on the same at the earliest before the issue might become a big issue between car owners and vendors.
