According to government rules gym are closed untill lockdown. But this guys open gym from 6am And there is rushed at gym and they break all rules and regulation.Please take some strict action on that gym.

Hello sir,
There was a place called Bhiwandi wadi in our area, there were lot of trees in that area it can't be counted a huge number of trees are being cutted down in that area, the property belongs to a man called bhushan gharat, he had recently bought the property and he started cutting emensive amount of trees and no other tree plantation have been taken place in that area
I request you to please take action immediately or else the whole area is being cutted down for construction purpose

I am a resident of sector 3 new panvel.
There has been anti-social behaviour happening in the sector-3 area cidco garden of new panvel.
First of all no good care is taken of the garden throughout the day. Currently every couple of days there are some people hanging out in the garden late night hours. Usually after 9 pm and are there until 2 am at night.
They have been smoking, drinking and making a mess in the garden and disturbing public harmony and peace.

I would request you to please take some quick actions to stop this behaviour.

Dear Sir, I reside in Sector 19 near Reliance Fresh. There are 10-15 stray dogs in this area which keep on barking at night from 10 pm onwards. I cannot make this as a habit as I have recently shifted in this area. Also these dogs run after cars bikes and bark a lot. An immediate action is highly appreciated. Else, I will not be left with any other option but to to take an action voluntarily.

Tree in my area is about to fall to prevent an accident please cut that tree as soon as possible

First of all i shall like to appreciate the nmmc regarding environment & cleanliness maintained by the entire team of nmmc for upgrading of navi mumbai.

Sir, as a resident of navi mumbai vashi from past 4 decades. Recently on a visit to a building named b3/1 apartment owners association, sector 4, vashi, navi mumbai in a reputed society named angarika co-op housing society reg no. Where resides our family friends & colleagues.

Observed that the heavy leakage due to blockage/damage drainage system between the pasage of 2 buildings - b3/1 & b3/8 apartments from past 6 - 8 months which was the primary duty of the building associations to get the repairs done that shall have been neglected / mishandled by the apartment association.
As understood!

Thus observed its a health hazard threat to the residents, residing at the ground floor of building no. B3/1.in this monsoon along with covid-19 session. Which shall create a big mishaps to the health & environment to the other residets also.

Being an obedient citizen, shall like to request to the nmmc concerned department to visit, observe & take neccessary actions at the earliest. That shall help the residents to stay healthy along with providing clean environment to the city

As the due date is approaching, I paid the property tax through online mode on 26/6/2020 and it is showing temporarily unavailable and the amount got debited from the account.
Kindly, look into this matter.

I have been trying to use this link for payment of property tax (https://www.nmmc.gov.in/property-tax2). since apr 1, 2020 till this day 15-jun-2020. Link is not working.

There is no other option to pay online viz. Paytm, etc. Why are they not concerned to rectify to collect the taxes? Are they so lethargic to rectify the revenue generation connectivity?

Please forward this concern and arrange to rectify the same at the earliest.

The loudspeakers play loudly all day disrupting daily activities and event simple rest for the residents.
It's been happening for a few weeks... And the sound is continuous and disturbing. It leads to unrest and headaches (Within the household).
There doesn't seem to be any public gatherings at the venue and yet the loudspeakers are on often post 10 pm (And start around 7 to 8 am in the morning).
Please take note and resolve as it's become very difficult.

Here, around plot 43, sector 40 seawoods west, the dogs have become violent. There are some 7 dogs here which charge up and chase individuals. Constantly barking at the night time. The children are scared and are in freight to even get out and play as when these dogs are charged up, they get inside the society and starts barking and hounding on anyone they see.
I request you to solve this situation and put us out of our misery.

I had made a payment of rs.163/- against property tax on 23/04/2019, but its showing as outstanding, again i made payment of rs.163/- for two times on 27/04/2019. Now its showing as outstanding -171 instead of rs.326/-

Kindly look into the matter

Either refund to my credit of rs.326/- or outstanding amount should be shown as -326/- instead of -171/-.

Every day there is loud music being played in the Diwale village, CBD Belapur resulting in noise pollution and disturbance to the residents. The loud music continues through the night in case of marriage or some functions. The time limit for playing music is not adhered to. Sometimes the music is played even if there is no function at all. There is also some music band which practices in the evening in Diwale village. I am not sure if any complaints were registered before. But this problem of loud music has been since a long time.
Kind request to look into it.

This is to complain to you against the encroachment of the footpath by fruits sellers, vadapav hawkers, etc. On nerul east staircase oppsite to mahek sweets and the staircase which leads to nerul railway station (Jagadguru chandrasekhara saraswati marg road near master naresh chowk) especially on evening and morning time.

Due to this, there is heavy traffic on road.
There is more probability of rush at peak time over road due to this encroachment of hawkers. There is no space at all on the footpath for the public to walk over. Hawkers have occupied entire lane.
There is lots of problem in commuting as well as approaching towards home and office too. Sometimes, the public has to bear late going in offices due to this.

Kindly prevent these hawkers shops from encroaching public places, public footpath using the existing law.

I have full faith in your official’s sincerity and competence and hope that necessary action will be taken by them at the earliest.

Stray dogs near kartik heritage chs ltd, plot no. C1+e3+e4, sector-19/20, cbd belapur, navi mumbai-400614.

This is regarding increasing problems due to stray dogs in sector-19/20, cbd belapur, navi mumbai. It has been observed that number of stray dogs are increasing and causing too much problem for residents of area. They are barking and fighting all the night making it a nightmare to sleep in the night. Also, it is getting very difficult and unsafe to walk out in society area as there are probable chances that these dogs will attack and bite. Day by day this problem is getting worse and making area unsafe for public especially during evening/night. The dog menace has increased horribly in our society as many children have been attacked earlier. Last night i was also attacked by the group of 5 dogs.

Always we people and our kids are in fear to walk around the local area,

Request you to kindly help us and mobilize the dog catcher team in this area in order to make area safe and nuisance free.

Please help us... Citizen life is more important.

The problems are started after conversion of web address from www.nmmconline.com to www.nmmc.gov.in now who will be the responsible if we could not pay it within due date because administration is ready to blindly impose the penalty knowing the fact. Please help to resolve the problem as early as possible or do not penalize the customer....
