Hello sir,
I am Pooja Mundhe. I live in Shri krupa housing society, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Pune.
I have recently rented a flat here so I was unaware of the fee charged by persons who collects garbage.
So this is incidence of of last month where I was giving them my dustbin to get empty but they demanded me 60 rupees as monthly charges for giving our garbage. I denied to give them money because I know municipal corporation pays them and it's illegal to get paid twice for the same work. They also denied to take my garbage.
With due respect sir,
60 rs for a month might not be the big amount.
But please consider my following calculations.
There are around 250 houses in this Shri krupa housing society including rented flats as they charge 60rs from them as well
So
250 houses× 60 = 15000 per month
If we calculate for a year
It could be around
15000 /month × 12 month = 1, 80, 000
One lakh 80 thousands and that is big amount.
I really want this to stop.
Residents of society who wants to save money are throwing their garbage on the road. Roads were flooded were with garbage. The motto that we are keeping for cleaning the environment is not fulfilled anyway. I have attached the photos of the same.
One more note here I want to add is,
All this money is handled in cash only so that there will not be any record or proof for complaint.
I request you to look into this matter as early as possible. We sooner want them to collect our garbage for free.or if you want us to pay them then please stop their salary. We will pay then happily.
Their arrogant, corrupted nature is spoiling the environment already.
Please clean that garbage first and then do the needful in this matter.

I had put a compliant about garbage accumulation on the road in front of our house compound, I was glad that some one from PMC spoken to me & assured of resolving the issue. To my surprise complaint was closed without taking any action after some time. The issue remains unresolved. Garbage accumulation is happening on the main road. Dogs are fighting for their possible food from the garbage in the morning hours. Children, morning walkers, residents use this road. Bad smell resulting out of accumulated garbage can cause disease & more than half of the road in the morning hours is occupied by garbage causes severe problem for children & near by people who travel on this road. Need to provide the service at their to the people who throw the garbage in the main road or need to provide alternate avenue away from residential areas. Without addressing a issue my earlier complaint was closed with just a phone call. Govts are spending huge amount on advertising swatch bharat & levying taxes to implement the same. But ground level is far away from requirements. Complaint was closed without any corrective action shows the ground level actions about swatch bharat. Pls treat this as an escalation & resolve the issue.

Want to report a noise complaint from Row house is Kumar City Vadgaon sheri - Kalyani Nagar adjacent to Kumar Kruti. They are renovating their house n renovation work continues entire day which starts early morning at 8am till 8-9pm in d night.
The high voltage civil work its creating lot of nuisance in this residential area which does not stop between 2-4pm or even after 7pm.. Kindly look into it soon..
civil work creating high noise is being carried out even on Sunday in Kumar city Row house. Causing lot of disturbance in peaceful residence of Kalyani Nagar.

The complaint token number is T15331 n C45416 @PMC but still no action.

Not able to work from home n its creating mental disturbance.

I and my husband were going in closed car with masks. My husband has sinus issue for a second he drop down his mask and immediately put on again in the closed car. For that, traffic police asked us to pull over and fined us for Rs 500/- in cash. We tried to tell the police woman but she did not listen and took the fine from us. She argued in very bad way. This is financial harassment of normal people.

Nowadays we see that there are tapris coming on the roads on Someshwar wadi road. Those Tapris are illegal and there is lot of nuisance spreaded in the surrounding. People in the night are drinking smoking at those places which is not good for the families around and small children
I see there is a Tapri in Samrudhi Apartment and a person sells ManikChand and cigarettes in lock down and sometimes drinks
those tapris have light from where are they getting the electricity .
Are they paying electricity bills... everything unathorized

We would like those to be removed

Please send a squad which catch stray cats. Our society have more than 10 cats which causing noise at night. Also they are creating health issues due to their potties in common area.

Cats are staying in our society in parking are or on terrace..

As Childs are fear from these cats when playing in front of doors or playing in societies play area.

Please send the squad as soon as possible.

I have pointed out that the PMC website for property tax bill generation online is not working correctly.

When I enter the property details, the site does nothing and just clears the fields and then no bill is generated.
I have written to their email id but that did not help.

I request PMC to quickly fix this issue with the site.

Hello to whoever concerned in PMC for developments in Balewadi area (DMC Zone 2),

My name is Shilpa Vyas and I am a resident owner of a flat at Favolosa Apartments in Balewadi.

It is 4-year-old building but the builder has not yet transferred ownership to residents. The builder is Abhilasha Developers.

There is an interim committee but with no decision making powers. The builder is also shrugging off responsibility.

We are facing issue of illegal construction by residents in the building. Due to absence of any formal committee, residents are doing any kind of work without any permissions.

This is trespassing FSI provisions. We tried raising a complaint on PMC website too, but it showing technical error.

We request the right PMC officials to come and visit the premises to check for illegal constructions.

Please find attached below pictures that I sent to the builder today for illegal work done by A104 (Favolosa Apts). This was done in our parking when we were away for some days.

It is an urgent appeal that PMC officials take the right action in this time.

Tenant are staying on the upper floor in my building and doing so much noise so that senior citizens & patients are facing lot of problem. In the afternoon & night.
So many times complaints are given to security but this can not stopped.

Near my opposite to Ram Temple drainage is leaking and most of the time complaint is being made to baner PMC office but they had done temporary work and then after few days it starts drainage leakage and then afterward complaint was made Aund Office and they made a temporary work and then after few days again drainage leakage has taken place. So please it is request to Hon'ble Sir that please take into consideration and the work may be done under your guidance.

I am a resident of flat no. 801, c-wing, swapnalok society, khadki, pune– 411003.

I stay in my flat with my family. I wish to inform you that my family and i have been facing problems due to the illegal/unauthorised civil work of permanent nature done by the owner of flat no. 702, c-wing in our society.

The list of illegal construction of permanent nature carried out by the owner of flat no. 702, c-wing which has caused problems/issues to me and my family are as under:

1. The owner of flat no. 702, c-wing has illegally extended the dry balcony, due to which the duct is wrongly covered causing obstruction to the easementary rights i. E. Natural light and air in the duct for other occupants. Further, such illegal act of extending the dry balcony is very risky for the functioning of the building especially for critical repair work and fire related acts.

2. The owner of flat no. 702, c-wing has also illegally installed his water tank above the dry balcony area of flat no. 702, c-wing which is bulging out above the ground level of 8th floor, in the duct, which is supposed to be an open space and it is right opposite to the dry balcony area of my flat. This illegal act of the owner of flat no. 702, c-wing has caused and is yet causing not only irreparable harm, damage/ losses to me and my family but is a serious issue as it is blatantly violating the privacy rights and is a big threat to the safety and security of my family. Due to water tank being installed in such a manner, there is a gap through which any person could climb up and without any restriction can have an easy access in my flat i. E. Flat no. 801, c-wing from 2 (Two) sides i. E. Kitchen, 2 dry terrace and a terrace (Adjoining the master bedroom). Due to this, it is quite easy for a trespasser to commit criminal offence of theft/ robbery and other offences by entering my flat which is of high risk to my family especially, my young daughter and my bed ridden elder brother. Also due to installation of water tank, there is a huge problem of mice. The mice have damaged my furniture and the interiors of my flat. The mice have bitten off electrical wires and disturbing the electrical supplies many times and i have had to incur repairing costs for the same. I reserve the right to claim damages/ losses that have arisen and may further arise in future until the illegal and unauthorized constructed work by the owner of flat no. 701, c-wing is demolished/ removed.

3. The owner of flat no. 702, c-wing has extended his terrace area, adjoining his living room, illegally by affixing aluminium sheets with support of iron bars and filled the same with concrete.

4. The owner of flat no. 702, c-wing has constructed a permanent wall in the duct area adjoining his terrace of master bedroom blocking the natural light and ventilation space for other adjoining flats including my flat which was originally provided in the sanctioned plan.

5. The owner of flat no.702, c-wing has also installed iron bars along with aluminium sheets illegally on the refugee area of the building which is also a cause of grave concern. Due to such installation, people of the building have also started misusing the refugee area for their enjoyment purposes which leads to accumulation of dirt in the refuge area and the common passage on the 8th floor.

6. The owner of flat no. 702, c-wing has illegally occupied 16 square feet of passage space in the life lobby by extending his enterance.

Due to all of the aforesaid illegal and unauthorized civil work of permanent nature being carried out by the owner of flat no. 702, c-wing, the structural stability of the building is also in danger.

It is further submitted that recently the covid-19 lockdown has been lifted, due to which the owner of flat no. 702, c-wing can resume further work at any moment and continue with his further illegal activities without thinking of any consequences that may follow and also causing further nuisance, damage, losses, costs, etc. To my flat & my family.

Hence, i request you to please take a serious note of the matter at the earliest and demolish all the illegal/unauthorised civil work of permanent nature done by the owner of flat no. 702, c-wing at the earliest.

There is an illegal erection of huts and shanties on plot that is directly below a high tension wire. Please take note of this and stop it before people come and live in these huts as it can cause danger to the lives of people staying in them. Also no permission is taken by the constructor/owner of the plot making it an illegal construction. Please stop this as it is against the laws of legitimate construction.

Aranyeshwar padmawati road. Near maulana azad zopadpatti. Near navjeevan society.

In 18, queens garden, camp this area is a government resident area (Government quarters) where the workers carry massive garbage burning in public area everyday which causes huge amount of smoke in the area which stays for 24 hours and causes health problems and makes breathing difficult, and huge smoke causes air pollution, this is done by a women who is a household worker working in the quarters. Its a humble request to please look into this matter as soon as possible as it is causing major health problems.

In our garden, there are 2 trees coconut & supari more than old 50 years ago. They are both dead trees & both trees are broken down.
Please see attached photo for your quick reference.
Need your permission & help to cut down of both trees to avoid accident & property damage in the future. Also there is an electric power supply line going from only 4 to 5 feet. Please help us asap.

I am a resident of kondhwa pune, and applied for issuing birth certificate of my son born on 4th july 2019.the employee of pmc handed me a certificate full of spelling mistakes and wrong address even after submitting all the required attachments as many times as he asked me to. His name is
Amol Indapurkar. He was very rude after i asked him to provide me with a corrected certificate and demanded me 20/rs charge for that certificate full of spelling mistakes. I want to know danding 20rs is under pmc consideration and does pmc allows or permits the person to talk to us in such a manner. The birth certificate office is in Kondhwa Rd, Guru Nanak Nagar, Mayfair Eleganza Phase II, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411004 .hope i will be satisfied with positive approach.

There is a huge increase in number of stray dogs in Hinjewadi Phase 1 area. Blueridge to be precise. They keep barking all night and all day! And it's more like a roar than bark.
Also when we go down, they come running at us barking. It's scary!!! What if they bite someone??? Nowadays we can't go to hospital also due to covid. Please take care of this nuisance. Their numbers are rising. And they act crazy!

There is a Driving school (FS Driving School) below our apartment who has parked a vehicle from last 3 yrs without moving a single time. As we live on 1st floor, we face lots of issues related to rodents, pests & mosquitoes. We requested him to move the car but he strongly refused and said do what u can, I don't care. As we are senior citizens, can you please look into this matter as early as possible.

This is a complaint from laxmi park colony navi peth pune-30.. After giving multiple complaints the garbage still lies everyday right infront of my building gate, i stay on the ground floor horrible smell invades our house so much of dirt and mosquitos, rodents and various other problems. When complained to the the staff they abuse like anything speak about our character and # like that.. Ask us for money! Y shuld we pay.. We r paying the government of india y pay anyone extra without any reason... The light pole in front of my buildging gate has become a garbage point.. Plz remove the garbage point itself by taking necessary action asap.. Ive previously complained so many times but no action was taken.. Hiv positive patients work in ur cleaning staff n shes pees right there.. Wat if we r infected by the same r u liable for taking our reponsibility? No smoke machines ever come to mosquito repellent! Arent we humans? Kindly take a necessary steps as soon as poosible.. We r sufferin since years now
