I have recently purchased a new flat in Ambegaon Budruk. I have got the tax for the first time. However I have got the penalty on the first bill. I want to raise a complaint against pmc property tax department for penalising me for no reason.
My property id is - O/D/04/04714002

Last six months we have lower suply of water. Even new pipe line given to mohanwadi of areas but sufficient supply not given, we are daily doing the complete on phone to wallmen, supervisor & engineer for sufficient suply, but they are after notified aslo not given supply.

Pl do the needful or new pending connection, because we have not given our old connection which was.

Secondary our society have in the last side & higher level, so we are not receive that pressure.

Garbage collection vehicle near to our area i. E. Near niramaya hospital, s. No 50/1/1 pune 411014, indira nagar colony, wadgaon sheri neither coming regularly nor collecting garbage. Also the guy is very rude and asking unnecessarily money every time. All the people staying nearby leaves the garbage in front of my building on vacant plot. Due to this we are suffering from diseases and lots of mosquitoes and other flies. Please make some garbage arrangement in our area on regular basis. Please consider this my sincere request and take action accordingly.

We live near of public toilet. They are too much unhygienic. Ladies are throws their sanitary pads in toilet. Because of pads all toilets are get block. Because o[censored]nhygienic there are lots of mosquitoes, krocroch are produced. The place between our house & public toilet wall too short. We were continuously call them for do clean that toilet but no one come. We also gave them application about that. The odour is too much dangerous. We can't breath. Because of that odour we can't live in our home. Ladies have their private washroom in their homes. We provide video related information.

Dear sir/madam,

There has been tremendous water problems in our area at mahipradha residency, (S. No.121/2/1a - flat no-201, shevkar vasti, ramtekdi, hadapsar-411013. We're having serious problems in the building. Our flat is on 2nd floor and we can't lift buckets from ground floor to the 2nd floor. Motor is used to pump water but only first floor occupants get water first and we don't get

Some society members have build illegal storage tanks and taken illegal connections. Also there are some who are using personal motors in their flats and no one is taking action.

The reason given is that we have short water supply. Can you please urgently look into this as we are facing concerns since many years and with the ongoing pandemic of corona, there is no sufficient water for cleanliness

There r lot of masquito n lack of proper cleanliness in our Ixora building all road which r in delopement.no body come to sprey in pestiside or any other sprey.n no swiper come to clean road due road under construction which is muddy.hence we cannot sleep at night due mosquito. N many Dogs r there who bark all the night. So pl do needful.

We have been very mosquito here; Mosquitoes can cause dangerous diseases like malaria and dengue; We are not being hit by any medicine or shovel;

I am a senior citizen residing in C35 Gulmohar habitat phase 1 since 18 yrs
In yr 2016 my neighbors above us C40 Chandrani made some reconstruction of bathrooms and kitchen after which the problem of seepage has started.
It has been 4 years now and nothing has been done yet, I have requested them several times.plz help urgently

Inspite of putting creams. Machines to prevent mosquiotos.
Mosquiotos are not at all finished.

Dear sir/madam, it's been a week the usual plying of garbage truck has stopped at 2 church path, agarkar nagar, camp. St paul's church has been collecting garbage and no disposal has happened for a week now.
We have been approached by private players who ask enormous money to dispose garbage for us.
Please guide us on what should be our next steps. We are very concerned about hygiene of school children who are attending exams in our premise. Please help by sending trucks to collect garbage so that it is cleared before some bad repercussions happen due to garbage collected for days now.

We are leaving at serve no 33/7/1 Aher patil nagar Dhankawadi Pune Maharashtra, in this area Aher patil developer has built shiv shree and shiv sakshi unauthorized building, by providing unauthorized prepared paper, which submitted to PMC and had accepted it by illegal way in it Aher developer had added Nala in his plot land and now claiming money to PMC for leaving this land for road this is huge corruption
Also other side road land he has added in his plot and same way PMC approved it illegal way and same way he is claim money to PMC to leave road land
Aher developer is using muscle power and money power to harass people and acquire their land by illegal way and even through government land also
For the same we have given complaint to NGT but they also not take and legal action againt him for their self interest
Please stop this corruption and black money work

We are leaving at serve no 33/7/1 Aher Patil nagar Dhankawadi Pune Maharashtra in this area Aher patil developer had built shiv shree unauthorized building by providing unauthorized prepared paper which submitted to PMC and had accepted it by illegal way but after some days they realized that they had submitted incorrect document so they issue notice to Developer and surrounded people that measured a land to government authority accordingly we apply for it but they refused the application in pressure of Aher developer we go the information from that office Aher Patil developer do not want to measure the land because he know if it will measured the all his black process will open and it will problematic for him so that Day by day Aher Patil developer partners are increasing harassment of surrounding people
Developer is using muscle power and money power to harass people they are block roads, miss behavior with women, girls, eating guthkha and spitting in front of surrounding people door
Developer knows he is build building unauthorized and the surrounding people have authenticated document which is submitted to PMC and with help if it document PMC provided lighting poles but PMC is ignoring to take action because they are also involved in this corruption
In pressure developer any surrounding people will attend suicide or developer will create accident of him for any human life lost Aher Patil developer and his three partners are responsible
Surrounding people harassment is happening because PG portal and PMC are sharing all complaint regarding information to Aher Patil developer
PMC is also supporting them what to do sir

There is water leakage at road side main pipe due to crack in the water pipe.
This water leakage is happening since two months.
Surprisingly no action is taken in spite of several complaints to the pmc of water department and customer care

Every morning a person from pmc who releases the water to streets ignores it.
The water leakage is near shirke company 2nd gate

Today is will go for home this time one truck stop in front of me i was back side in truck this time one police will come and photos of my vehicle and told me u will wrong side but i will stay in back side of truck then i was told in police what is the problem.. Then he told me u r wrong side but i will stay in side of road
.. This is he told give me money i was told me no money this time he will show fine... This is wrong fine.

Illegal construction going on since last 2-3 years owner's name is vaibhav appa pore, because of this illegal construction we all are facing many issues, problem. And they are always use bad language when people ask about it's construction. There are also shopkeepers who takes their (Pore) shop on rent, also facing many problems. All construction materials is on road and front of the entrance of their shop. So i request you to take action on it

Garbage burning in hadapsar handewadi road area the entire night everyday it's causing alot of breathing issues.
Societies like runwal seagull, aashiyana, ashoknagar, acp vastu, and many more are burning garbage every night.
I am personally suffering from bronchitis due to this burning.
Every one in my family is also suffering from the same.
This kind of daily burning can cause people to develop cancer and die.
Kindly look into this matter asap as i will be attaching this complain in the news paper if not resolved.
Pcmc is responsible for people falling sick if this is not attended to.

Dear pmc,
I would like to register a complaint regarding burning of garbage on west avenue, along the road next to udaan biodiversity park (Straight up from mhada colony bus stop, past the signal intersection, after the kaccha rastha).

The pmc workers who come to sweep the road and collect garbage are burning garbage such as plastics and lots of dry leaves. This is causing lots of smoke which is filling the air, causing breathing problems. The smoke is also travelling to the neibouring housing society and is going into the udaan park, causing problems for people in the park.

This problem is not happening on the main road (Adjacent to lunkad skyvie and lunkad heritage) because the green pmc vehicle comes to collect the waste which the workers collect. But the vehicle doesn't come to this side road intersecting the main road, next to the park.

Please notify the local waste management dept about it. Thank you.
