This is inform you that an illegal construction is in progress at following location.

Location: sr. No. 29/3, shri sai samarth colony, balwantnagar, shivnagari, chinchwad, pune – 411033.

We kindly request you to take necessary action against it for following reason,

1) all construction material is being delivered on road causing inconvenience to the neighborhood.

2) no side margin kept.

3) illegal construction
4) no sanction plan.

5) damage done to our temple
6) threat of life to devotees and temple people as debris and other material keeps on falling from different floors to the temple side
7) bricks and other construction material has fallen more than once on the body of devotees risking their lives.
8) no sunlight as illegal construction of 4 floors without proper approvals.
9) windows and bathrooms at 2 feet only creating tremendous inconvenience and threat everyone
10) stench, bad smell constantly emanating towards our temple and creating lot of inconvenience and harassment to the pure temple and devotees.

I have already informed about illegal construction which has in progress since one month on mentioned address.
I have not seen that any inspector has been visited or any legal action has been taken by pmc against illegal construction. Still construction is in progress & construction material has laid on road which has become road blockage to citizens.

3) illegal permission.
4) no arrangement for vehicle parking area which can cause traffic jam situation due to the unauthorized parking on road after sold by owner.
5) construction site has three big trees which will be cutting by owner illegally in the future.

Respected sir/madam,
I the undersigned resident of s. No 74/1b/219, building name:vaishnavi vihar sahakari gruharachna sansta, sector:katraj doodh dairy second outlet, bharati vidyapeeth, pune, maharashtra, 411046 near rajaram gas agency. Would like to submit burning problem as below and request your help to overcome from the harassment facing to society members.
I our society there is a fast food restaurant name:-r k chinese house shop no 11 owened by mr. Anand shatriya he had illegally constructed toilet & bathroom on society land which is not in plan & constructed shed in front of dp room (Transformer room) illegally which may cause major accident as happened in kharadi. Constructed toilet & bathroom is on the way which society was using it for entering into society i am attaching photo for your ready reference & also another illegal stall is there named nand kumar flower mart which is also illegal constructed in front gate. Society want to demolish all this illegal construction & want to make entrance for society.
It is a high risk factor & encroachment of pmc so kindly take appropriate legal action. Society had already raised legal return complaint to pmc office but still no action taken.

Charges 10 rs for parking 2 wheelers just for an hour & 20rs for 4-wheeler.

This is not at all appreciable as common person cannot afford this much of charges.

Especially students studying have to keep their vehicles for at least 12 hours for a day. That means (12) x (10)= 120rs /per day
Now, 120 x 25 =3000rs / per month.

It will be appreciated if student get special concession.

I stay in bhawani peth next to my house there a garbage bin which is always dirty and when bin not there people are throwing waste which overflows till the road.. Just next to the bin there a school and hospital too and due to this uncleaniness a lot of diseaeses spread i request that the garbage bin area should be changed.. The government sweeper is not collecting the fallen leaves on the street. She is giving false excuses of the tiresome process of dumping the garbage at the allocated place. The leaves are collected in gunny bags by society members and the garbage collector does not even carry the gunny bags of leaves to the allocated garbage depot. Due to this the citizens are forced to burn the dead leaves adding to the pollution.

I live in kailas park society opposite poonawala buisiness bay, airport road.
There are illegal constructions around or society and they are dumping the trash in our society premises along with sewage water which is causing a lot of hygine and saftey issues. They are threatening to fight if we approach them. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I stay in regent park baner. There is a plot behind our society where burning of dry waste corrugated boxes clothes etc is done on daily basis.
It releases hazardous fumes and gases which are being inhaled by residents regularly and which is a serious health hazard.
I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter immediately and save us from these toxic fumes.

My property was in rural area, when the 23 villages mearged with pmc in 1997-98, our property was reassed from gram panchyat to pmc. We were overcharged by the then assessing officer which was brought to the office in the following year. At that time, the concerned officers changed overnight.
In 2003, we met the dy comm. Andpromised to rectify the mistake - again. No results.
Then we followed up with the subsequent concerned officers with no conclusion. Represented our case to lok adalat no:25 in 2008 and online complain no: e868. No results. Finally mr mungse and santosh alhat compiled the correct tax and put up to mr suhash mahapari, - but no result since past 3 years. Mailed to the pmc comm..
We want to pay tax but your dept does not need it. Kindly close my case as soon as possible and stop harrassing an honest tax payer of pune.

I stay in pebbles 2 society in bavdhan budruk. On pune bangalore highway service lane there are street light poles but lights are not working since last 6 months. It is really unsafe for women and children who comes after 7 due to darkness.

Also it's really dangerous for travelling in the night since there are many blind spots on the service lane.

Alot of times several men were seen in groups and consuming alcohol right out in the open.

We have started living here in manjari bk., keshav nagar, pune - 412307 and came to know after someday that there is garbage dump yard nearby operated by poonawala. Manjari grampanchayat says that they have no right to burn the garbage, grampanchayat has only permitted them to dump the garbage but they are is burning it everyday which creates hazardous smoke and left us in suffocating situation... No one is here to address the issue... Ideally we should have been happy to shift in new house but this everyday trouble is not letting us be happy.

We have no issue with dump but burning it is making our life hell... Please address the issue before it takes life of any innocent.

I have recently shifted to manjari bk., keshav nagar, pune - 412307.in my locality there is an garbage dump yard operated by adar poonawala and the garbage is burnt on daily basis which creates hazardous smoke.

This was also highlighted in the times of india newspaper

I request you to look into it and just asked them not to burn the garbage.

In front of our gera greens ville main gate, opposite side of the road, some dry waste including wet waste is being burnt regularly which is causing concerned due to hazardous/prohibited smoke. These are being done on regularly basis and our society members are complaining for it airing.

Please instruct residents around it or catch up persons who are involved in it.

There is too much plastic waste lying over there.

Kindly solve the issue as early as possible and make arrangements to pick up the waste lyiing over there.

The street lights of kondhwa road near welcome hall lane is not being operated since past 3 days after multiple times contacting the respective person. Kindly look into the issue and get it fixed asap. Please make sure the street lights are always operational.

Drinking water tap behind home at tatya tope society plot no35 opp shivarkar garden wanawadi 411040. Shishir and savita keep tap open while they are at home or not. Hundreds of letters water get wasted everyday. Because of that i'm having shortage of drinking water. If you take an action for the subject problem we are really helpful for that. Thank you.

There are stray dogs in our society. On 17th october a little girl was attacked by two dogs and was left severely injured. They have grown in number. We complained a lot of times but got no response from your side. They also bark at night. Kids are afraid to play in the society as the dogs attack anyone. So please kindly solve our problem as soon as possible.

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of roads and lights in our locality.

The roads in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria.

Besides, most of the street lights in our locality are out of order. Only a few street lights are functioning. It is darkness in the locality. It has caused a spurt in the incidence of crime in the area. People do not find it safe to go out of their houses with the prevailing of darkness. There are frequent incidents of chain snatching in the evening hours. Particularly ladies are unsafe in coming out of their houses in the dark. Snatching, burglary and theft have become the order of the day. The hooligans after committing crimes take advantage of the darkness and safely run away.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads and street lights.
