This is a complaint against Apollo clinic for overcharging for dengue detection tests.
Apollo clinic Viman nagar is over charging for the dengue NS1 antigen tests. They have charged Rs.1300 for dengue tests NS1 Antigen where as the government capped rate for the same is Rs.600.

When we got the bill for the tests we saw the charge as Rs.1300, and had to pay for the same.

On asking them how can they charge a patient above the rate fixed by the govt . They have stated that no such capping exists and that such capping is there only for govt hospitals.
A patient who has been suspected of dengue has no choice left but to pay the extra amount for the test.
We demand a refund of the extra amount charged and proper action be taken against them.

Would request you to look into this.

Sub - Low pressure water

From two years over there is no improvement of water supply in our society. We have given 4 complaints in written and physically, verbally daily complain ting to water supply department officers, engineers, Corporaters also, but no body can't solving our problems, still we are facing every water problem.
Sir In our society there is 11 flats, every day hardly we are getting PMC water only[protected] lts only, it is too much less, so how can we bear it.

2-3 time PMC officers visited our sight, & physically observed there is low pressure water. And they suggest ours, your water piping is very old and rusty so you can change your piping with new.

We accepted and also changed our piping's with new, still no water pressure. Again we are complaint water supply department officers, corporators but no body can taking any action. Now we are more problem facing every day.
Sir our society is dead end, when water coming from start point to end point in-between there is lot of divides, the water pressure gradually decreasing automatically.

So we need or to change our connection old supply line to new Vimanagar supply line. So kindly take action immediatly.

Sub - 15 years over but still no building completion.

I have purchased my flat in the year of 2002. That time builder has given sum commitment to ours.
1) 24 hrs water supply, 2 wheeler parking, and documents will be hand overing without fail.

Sir in our building 11 flats & 9 commercial shops is there, but builder still not completing any work.
1) water problem
2) no proper lights
3) no compound, gate, drainage, security, no proper plan of drawings
3) leakage in over head & ground tanks
4) no socierty

Every time we people contributing our needs and solve ourselves only, many time we have complaint our problem to builder, but builder no care to ours, you people go any way i am not completing and also fighting with ours. So we are noticing this one to yours.

Sir i have requesting in pmc, what is the time bond/period of any builder to complete a construction in a limit time. Is any law in our country against this type of fraud builders.

So i hope there is help to ours by pmc with physical verification of our construction.
