This is an ongoing issue and for a long time it has been noticed the huge number of increase in the stray dogs which are not only unpleasing but also disturbing the peace of people in midnight. I have my old parents in Padamjee Park and they are unable to sleep throughout the night due to the ever increasing number of dogs and their barking. In Padamjee Park and in the School next to Atur Terraces, opposite city Prep School, in new nana peth.

Request you to take up this issue immediately and act upon the same at the earliest.

For taking sabji is very difficult to us in mandai...pathetic langauge of some sabji wala & where we have to park vehicle they putting bamboo there bcz of which we cant park vehicle there.Now tell me how to tk sabji &where to park vehicle.Problem is what they talk langauge with customer...pathetic & other sabji walas saying due to age they talk like that...I dnt knw hw to poptrait this matter...but for ladies this type langauge. ...really pathetic.

I am writing this broadly on all the construction activities going on in Kharadi.

Everyone is multiplying their buildings with additional floors to earn income from Rentals form IT people working here.

Leaving no space for parking. The tenants park their cars, scooters on the roads as there is no parking space in those 4 storied buildings which were 2 storied earlier.

the pace of contruction is so fast that within 2 months an entire floor is constructed.

Theres no space behind or side ways of the plot in case a fire breaks or there is an emergency evacuation required.

Poeple are using all the space in the length breadth and frontage areas not even space to park a scooter sideways.

Address: akshay plaza building flat num 1, shri ram nagar, vadgaonsheri, s- num 37/32/2a, pune 14.

The above address flat num 1, owners name Mr praful kothari, has done an illigal construction, extending his flat from behind, also raising a slap on it without informing PCMC.

Also to add this is causing serious misunderstanding amongst the society members, as everyones request has been ignored by PMC time and again.

I would request PCMC to visit this site once and get this illegal construction stopped.

From last two weeks roads in Padmavati area ( near tressure park & Kakasaheb gadgil garden ) were digged for their reconstruction, but it is completely unnecesary as these road were already in good condition. Even though they have taken up the task of reconstruction of roads, it is not conpleted even after 2 weeks.It is causing major inconvenienece to local residents due to traffic jam in this area (as it is an important road to connect to Pune satara road & Sahakarnagar) .
I kindly request PMC
1.To take opinion of local residents before digging good conditioned roads
2.Even if they dig the road, try to complete it's reconstruction within 4-5 days so that inconvenience caused to resident can be avoided.

I request you to please look into the matter.This issue is not only related to Padmavati area but many Good conditioned roads across the city have been digged by PMC ahead of elections.

In the surrounding of the soceity the drainage water is accumulated of sun paradise 2 spectic tank lick . And in the surroundings lot of disease occured . So as early as possible Take Action on Sun paradise 2 . for maintainace of there spectic tank .

Below are the illegal constructions done and going on in Shivnagari Hoursing Society, Kothrud, Pune.

1. M-wing - Below wing a storage room is constructed with out PCMC permission.
2. Datta Mandir - Beside Electrical Station a room is getting constructed which is not permitted.
3. Ganesh Mandir - No obvious permission is taken to built this along with the step coming in between of road which can be a cause to major accidents.

Sr. number 71. Woods Royale building, Behind Wonder Funkey, Near Dodake Kusti Sankul, Mumbai Bangalore Highway. Pune 38.

The current service road on the highway has been allotted to highway users. As such we are unable to use it causing us to travel through wrong way to reach above mentioned addressed. This is highly risky. The work has been going on for highway since about 12 months+, There is a route available which if repaired can be used for travelling(250mtrs near Wonder funkey). Kindly initiate the same so that health hazards can be negated. Please take this on priority.

My name is S Shaikh. I am complaining about the old cars and huge garbage that is lying in back side of capricorn apt society (address:-sr no 46, capricorn apt, kondwa khurd, mithanagar). Due to which there is a very high risk of health related problems like dengue and malaria. 7 people from our society have caught dengue as well as chicken gunia. We already complaint about this but no action was taken . Kindly take strict action against this issue as soon as possible.

I am residing at telco colony end in Balaji Heights, Ambegaon Khurd, katraj, as there are lot of pigs and dogs due to garbage in this area, it is very dangarous for children annd old people. Please arrange for removal of pigs and dogs around this newly formed buildings. As there are lot of pigs, which destroy the nearby area and which is harmful to people residing

Dear Sir,
I live in Lane no-4, Jadhav Nagar, Wadgaon Budruk Pune.
There are many pigs let loose in this area by their owners. These pigs eat garbage that is not lifted on time and create nuisense. This causes health hazard as well as traffic accident risk. Please take these pigs away and fine the owners. Animals such as pigs can not be let loose in residential area of the city.

I have phoned in to complain about this in past too. No action has been taken yet.

Road condition near to Jakat naka, Dhanori is so worst, you can't even ride cycle on it. Main road seems to be invisible as there are lots of big whole and pot in between the road. Very difficult to Drive car and bike. If you are on a speed of 10-20 km/hr your car will touch those holes in the between of road.
It is really causing big traffic lines in the rush hours and non rush hours as well.

It is really a big problem in Dhanori and has to be resolved ASAP. You guyz has to take some correct steps ASAP.

I have seen many accidents in few months. I request you to construct roads near to jakat naka, dhanori so that people will have ease in there daily commute.

It is my gentle request to take care of road situation.

I am manoj parihar, my son use your bus service some time to go to tuition or school on the root nanded city to hingne kh, yesterday when he catch bus at nanded city (Bus coming from sinhgad to shiniwarwada at 5:45pm) my son gave rs 50/- to conductor for ticket conductor not accepting rs 50/- and ask him to give change rs10/- conductor has enough change but he told he need more change. And he forcefully get downed my son from running bus

I stay in a society near Seasons mall. From last 1-2 years all the dividers on magarpatta roads are closed. If i am coming from hadapsar and want to go to my society, i need to go ahead till Mundhwa (1 km ahead) and then take U turn to come to society. Alternately, there is a service road (extreme narrow) before mundhwa bridge where i need to enter, take U turn and exit to reach home. This is highly incovenient as that road is very narrow. IF you are not interested in changing the plan, kindly make the service road ONE WAY so that our suffering is reduced a bit. Also please repair and expand the road. Thanks

There are thousands of people travel daily to Hinjewadi for office. So there is huge traffic from Wakad to Hinjewadi. Recently traffic control team started the separate lane by putting railing on one side of road for buses. But the road condition on extreme of the road side is very bad, its worst.
For pregnant working woman like me, it is very difficult to travel on such road even for small distance.
Please work on this, to improve road condition or remove that separate lane for buses.

Please take action as soon as possible.

Hi Team,
I'm a resident of Kamalraj Haridwar society in Dighi, Pune. When we bought the flat in 2015 we were told that the society will have two buildings named Wing A and Wing B and a road from the center of society connecting the society to main road. The same information is there on the registered agreement with blue print and on the official website of Kamalraj groups as well.
But now the builder is constructing another building as Wing C which was never planned and the planned road from center is shifted to the corner to accommodate new building. We society members are feeling cheated. We are normal working class people and so we are afraid of raising our voices against the powerful builder as we don't want to get into any legal issues.
We are also not aware of how and in front of whom to take up this issue.
Please help us asap before the building gets constructed.

Hello sir,
My name is pramod kadam from parijat colony gate#4 near serum company hadapsar 28 and stay on rent. I would like to complaint about the arrogant female employees who collects garbage everyday as they demand for money if we try to put garbage in their garbage trolley. These female employees strictly not allow anyone to put garbage in their trolley who doesn't pay to them. To be honest i am against of any kind of illegal things hence i will never pay a single penny to this employees for this reason. But on the other part i will say sorry as i have to throw all garbage in open space.
I request you to kindly have a look on this serious issue.

This is a serious matter and childern life is at risk. The waste garbage is dumped in the river behind the vpncp school and burnt on daily basis. The garbage contains plastic, rubber like hazardous material which on burning produces poisonous gas.

Similar type of air pollution is carried to so many places in the river bed on sihagad road, but there is no action taken. This will slowly go out of control and more dangerous to human health.

Please save my kids from this slow posioning.

I live in Chrrysalis, wagholi, gat 1420. Our pool hasn't been emptied and cleaned in a year, it is green and full of mosquitoes and insects and stinks. We have complained to the management several times and no action has been taken. My bedroom overlooks the pool and I have to keep my window shut at all times, else the breeding dengue and swine insects will endanger my families life and mine. Please send someone to investigate at the earliest. Thanks.
