Hello sir,
We live in Chery Apartment, Near Nagar Road, In front of victorious kids school, S no 58 Kharadi pune - 14
The footpath is captured by so much of new enchrochers like Puncture wala, some have made tea stalls, its causing our family unable to go on walk even though its footpath.

so many vehicles parked in front of our society like buses, cabs etc its not a parking spot and it should not be allowed.

My request is to please remove the enchrochment from the footpath and illegal pan wala's where people smoke.

Dear Sir/Maam,

There is continuous seepage of sewage water in our store because of the chamber being blocked. This issue has been going on from the past 6 months. As per the local corporator, a new sewer line is to be installed.
The sewage water is really harmful and is resulting in to health issues for the complete staff.
Every single person invloved in solving the issue is aware of the problem but they keep on telling me go to different departments n complain.
Now no one is even ready to come n see the present situation

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am residence of Pune in B15, Upper Indiranagar, Bibvewadi. Our Drainage Line need to change as it get s choke up every 4/5 days & all the drainage water enters into the kitchen. I have already told about this problem to our area corporator but no action has been taken as the complaint last for more than 10 months and we are really fed up with this situation. So i request you to take this complaint as personally and take a step to solve this problem as soon as possible as it is resulting for sickness of our family members.

We are living at vadgaon BK, near Dyandeep English Medium School. Garbage collector trucks are not coming regularly here. Also when they come they stand behind some wall or far from our homes. One can not find the trucks.
Also when we asked them they demand extra money from us about 250 rs per month from each o[censored]s. Also from four months roads are not cleaned. We all are regular tax payers. Please do the needful.

This is Abhay Goel, a permanent resident in Lohgaon.

Since the last monsoon the roads condition in Lohgaon area are getting worst day by day. I have complaint it about in local area panchayat office but did not get a single response.

Today's condition -
1. There are around 15-20 deep potholes in this road.
2. About 70% road is broken.
3. Around 8 accidents have had happen since 3 months.
4. There are two water leakages on this road which are causing the shortage of water and also the water logging is causing Malaria & Dengue.

I am a daily commuter on this road and truly speaking it is very hard to go through this road.
"It would be a great help for Lohgaon residents if you can please contact the concern department and ask them to take strict action on this problem".

Myself anil pradhan staying at survey no.37/1&2, palazzo, balewadi, pune-45 for last 3 years. I am working as senior staff member working at amol balwadkar bjp sampark office at balewadi who happens to be general secretary of b. J. P. Party yuva morcha pune city. There are more than 200 stray dogs who are surviving on waste food thrown by nearby hotel's and taprivallas doing business till midnight. These dogs which are multiplying day by day keep on barking during night and disturbing sleep of all the residents approximately 55, 000 to 60, 000 in no's. I therefore, on behalf of all the residents of balewadi (Survey no.32/33/34/35/36/37 area) is forwarding my complaint with a request to send someone to take away these dogs and help all residents to have a sound sleep. Reconstruction of the internal road of Rutuja Park, S No 11 1A/1, Opposite Karve Sanstha, near Cummins college, Karvenagar, Pune 52 is on progress and during digging of the road, the main water supply line is damaged on 28.11.16, it was informed immediately to the supervisor of the contractor to restore / repair the main water line but till now i.e. 29.11.16 at 5.00 pm the work is not done and as per his feedback it may not be done today also. There is no water available for daily use and drinking also due to digging on the road the water tank can not provide the water. It is at most urgent to repair the water line and restore the water supply.

New roads were made in our area i. E. Rasta peth (Postal address 242/b, rasta peth) and ever since the flow of water is obstructed and gets collected in form of a puddle right on our door steps. It's been months since we are suffering and inspite of repetitive complaints with the local authority got no response. Every member in the families residing at our building has fallen sick during some part of the month or other due to the mosquitoes and other insects. Would request to resolve the problem at the earliest.

Stray dogs barking daily late at night right upto early mornings
Dear Sir/ Madam,

For last two months stray dogs numbering around 5-6 atleast are constantly barking in our area ( Paramhansnagar, Lokmanya Colony, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune) between 130am and 530am. It has become absolutely irritating to citizens living in the area and since stringent laws for animal rights protection, we are requesting you to take these dogs to animal shelter homes or to PMC shelters if possible to avoid further nuisance.

These dogs have tendancy of chasing vehicles, barking on people and scaring people walking in our area.

I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary action in this regard.

Open drain flowing under the culvert infront of Gera Green Kharadi bypass road kharadi is emitting foul smell due to sewage discharge from adjoing colonies.It is requested that the source should be found out and plugged immediately to prevent health hazards to sky villa residents.
There is also danger of outbreak of epidemics like jaundice and typhoid since borewell water can also get contaminated.
There are lot of construction activities in this area and and if sewage mix up can cause havac.
Kindly inspect this Nalha infront of Gera green main gate to resolve the problem.

I stay in Amber Building, Nyati Empire, Kharadi Bipass. There is Columbia Asia hospital immediately next to Nyati Empire boundry wall. From quite some time residents of the buildings facing Columbia Asia Hospital are facing sever issue due to Hospital's Drainage system. In last week I have registered a complaint with PMC Grievance portal but still the foul smell can be experienced some times. As per the night watchmen assigned to main gate, the smell is strongest at night after 2:00 am i.e. time when most of the residents are sleeping without a clue of what's happening next door (i.e. at Columbia Asia) drainage system. But interestingly the smell disappears if someone personally goes to Hospital and report this. Since it is very difficult for people to keep on giving repeated complaints to hospital a permanent solution has to be arrived upon. If this foul smell issue is not handled with urgency we will have to reach out to senior members of PMC to get something worked out. Request your kind help in getting this expedited.

I am a resident of pratiknagar, vishrantwadi Since past few weeks the problem of stray dogs has increased significantly. During the day and night there are many stray dogs that come in our area. There are already some owners who have pet dogs. This results in a barking match and ugly fights between the pets and the stray dogs as well as among the stray dogs.

1-Night sleep is disturbed. Awakened by loud barking and fights
2- Even during the day there is a general disturbance due to frequent barking/fights
3-Dogs follow and run after pedestrians as well those on vehicles
4-Some stray dogs are either sick or injured and can be dangerous to the nearby residents and visitors

Request you to please take immediate action

I recently joined tcs pune located at hinjiwadi, midc have a sanctioned road to go to hinjiwadi phase 3 via sus gaon, this road is in a very poor condition and talk in a very negative way about the infrastructure about pune.

The road after nande get even more worse where in there is no road left.

Pls repair the road or lay out a entire new road.

Yesterday night the dogs roaming in my premises started barking at 4.00 - 4.30 am and i suspected some one unknown people running through my premises and when i roamed my premises last night all the street lamps were perfectly working but just today 4 lamps two on the other side of the road of my premises and two on the side where my premises entrance is they have stopped working. just last night i had a suspicion of someone entering the premise and today the light went off. We people in veerbhadra nagar baner are facing a problem of menace created by stray dogs. There are about 20-30 strays dogs in the area which constantly keep braking at night which enables us to sleep. Also these dogs attack people coming late at night and hence it is becoming difficult to walk on the roads after 10 PM. They attack each and every person, sometimes on the bike riders since the work of road is going on there are chances of skidding of bike while dodging the incoming attacks from these dogs.

Please look into the matter before someone gets hurt.

Please solve this stray dog menace for us. The number of stray dogs have increased on the road passing through Mantri park, Kothrud Pune. They attack anybody walking on the road after 10 pm. They chase people on bikes and cause accidents, Its getting severe day by day. Please send your dog catching team and take away all these stray dogs.This is a urgent request to you.

I live on Bhaktimarg, Law College Road. There are about 10-15 stray dogs in our lane and a few have made our building their residence. It is very risky to get out as they are wild and often pounce on people walking by them. I have called the dog catchers but their priority is to catch 1 dog near our local corporator. Please there need to be an urgent solution to this.

We are not able to walk on roads/footpaths due to obstruction from tree branches. Also light from the lamp post is not reaching upto road/footpath. This is a hazardous situation and can lead to accidents.
Our Mohalla Committee has given a letter to Garden Dept. on 16th August. Mr. Sonavane from Garden Dept. came for a survey on 2nd Sept. He promised to complete the work after Gaenshotsav, i.e. after 15th Sept.
After regular chasing he informed me on phone that unless he gates a truck he cannot do anything. He gave me cell no. of Ms. Preety Sinha, Garden Officer.
I am doing regular followup with her. But no use. She does not answer my calls.

Mr. Govind dayama & mr. Raju dayama encroached in front of "tara arcade" building gate. There is a lot of suffer for walking & working for building tenants & shop owners. It is happen everytime. We had given application to pmc vishrambaug wada, pmc main bldg. & dy commissioner of encroachment pmc pune many times.

So please looking the matter seriously & take action to the same encroachment and mr. Dayama brothers.

Early action is required.
