I stay in kondhwa mithanagar, lane no 7.
This is in regards with the pmc waterworks for pipelines that was done last week in my area of residence. The entire roads were dug for that reason. However after the completion of the work, all the debris, stones is left along side the lanes.Also the roads have not been levelled properly creation puddles everywhere. Rains can be in anytime and this situation of the road is going to be dangerous for school going children and local pedestrians.Its a humble request to please get the roads levelled properly before the the monsoon.

Recently it came to my notice that the property tax is being charged without 40% benefit against sel[censored]sage.

Currently the case is raised on http://complaint.punecorporation.org/. Reference number is W19331. The case is assigned to Pradeep Babanrao Tapase. But in spite of raising the request there is no update provided by Pune Municipal Corporation on the webise.

Can you please help me getting this resolved at the earliest.

Sir/madam,
I am regular customer who is paying pmc tax before 30th june to get discount every year. For this year pmc tax i have paid rs. 69/- excess without any reason.. Stating that last year i have paid pmc tax after due date so 2% charge paying for each month.. Trying to call customer care but not picking the phone.. Try to online register the complaint through web site that web site is not working...

I stay in viman nagar. I come home from office at 4 am in the morning. I travel on my two wheeler. There are many stray dogs near shree krishna hotel and near kesari poonam park society. The dogs are very dangerous and have bitten one of my colleague. Kindly look into this matter and send a dog catcher van in viman nagar for our residents's safety....

I am writing this letter to your notice the bad condition of the kunal icon road-pimple saudagar, pune. For the last four months the road has been almost damaged. We have made several complaints. But the road has been neglected for a long time. Due to this, there is very dust,, and heavy traffic jam near shivar chok and jagtap deri. Please resolve it soon. Please please please

I as a responsible citizen of pune would like to inform you that due to stored water since 1 year now. There has been threat to the people health living in the surrounding due to mosquitoes which are gathering near the stored water in a open tank (Haudh). I have also launched a complaint earlier however no action was taken. We tried emptying the tank however due to the rains it gets filled and the mosquitoes are returned. For making a permanent solution to it please take some action it is affecting peoples health abruptly.

Area of concern: dulya maruti mandir, ganesh peth, laxmi road, pune.

The road from mercedes benz showroom baner pune to vibgyor school balewadi pune has major problems, it is uneven, uncountable pits on the road. It is dug up for the concretization.

In the mahalunge area (Next to vibgyor school) there are many towers (Complexes) are already in operation, many families have been moved there in mahalunge but the commute is very risky especially considering the school in the locality, and in the dark it is extremely hazardous, unsafe.

Requesting to take a quick action and fix the road to avoid further problems for the residents of the area before this year's monsoon (June 2016).

My name is pramod trimbak waghmare. My property is located at dhanori pune, (O/G/06/[protected]. the figure of my property tax is doubtful. i have discussed with regional officer (yerwada). he was also agreed. he told me that he will send one executive at my place to recalculate tax. but nobody has come,
without any action i have got the massage of this years Property tax. Please do the needful. Question is this, why should i pay this tax with faulty figure, and how will be the responsible for this. any how if i submitted that much amount. then are u going to give me cash back.

I am writing this complaint because, there is a big dust bin at Sadashiv peth Near hathi ganpati, Prathamesh plaza and Shree krishna society, all the people who and stay over there are sufferING from the dieases and it smell so badly over there
So plz it's the request to take strict action

Recently came across a news from PMC, that grievances later pay property tax first. In this regard just want to put a question to the concerned authorities of PMC for Property Tax. We are paying the property tax regularly, still the condition of roads is not good, we don't get enough water, for which we have to depend on the water tanker, again a lobby of politicians, then the Electricity is not regularly, for which we have to pay for the Diesel for DG's. So what kind of services you are providing to the common man?
In the property tax the Total Amount mentioned as Rs. 5592/- & against Current demand the amount mentioned as Rs. 11184/-. So what is the accountability of Rs. 5592/- because those are not against any heading.
Please advise on the above.

I am a resident of NIBM Post Office Road. For the last 2 months, the road has been dug up for concretization. It is evident that the planning has been absolutely poor. All the residents of the area are plagued by traffic jams the entire day, everyday for the last 2 months. It is my request to complete the concretization as soon as possible to avoid any problems for the residents of the area.

We are facing lot of issues related to mosquitoes in last couple of weeks and found that lot of garbage has been dumped around our society. The labour appointed by PMC for daily clean up does not listen to us and keep dumping the garbage instead of collecting it. In last two days, garbage has been increased and no one is paying attention to this matter. Adding supporting images with this complaint. Please do the needful.

Iam am resident of indira nagar, chinchwad. Behind double tree hotel, near mohan nagar bus - stop. There is so much dirt in the area, and as i have already informed this complain, i know it is a slum area, but in a slum area still human beings live, so please below given some points for u to consider

1. Children come on the road side gutter and on roads to and this is very awful as the smell is soo terrible and secondly mosiqotes / croclroach and bed bugs have increased.

2. The sweeper comes cleans and goes, there is no washing of roads nor there cleaning of the gutters, only onces a week

3. I beleive the people are very good in bringing the children and make them sit in front of the building... And they sometimes dont bother to hear what is said

4. The dustbin are kept but the good people throw them outside the dustbin
Sir, dont u think some strict rules shoulfd be applied on the poeple who does this thing,
5. Last time i was promised a watchman will be appointed in the area to check on the people but as usual no one is there sir.
6. Well i know watchman is placed only in a posh area and notin a slum area. But if oneday this indira nagar shoud be posh cos, this comes under the pcmc area.
7. Well i blelive the government should have more responsible and care and more cleanliness, thou slum area but no one is worried abt the poor and uneducated people and our area people are the most hard working people cos our area if dull of vadari samaj.. Well pl sir have a look at our conditon cos i dont consider people by what they are but i do see them as human beings,
8. The people staying in the buildings r the best people. They throw all the trash down on the road from top,. And even inside the buildings there is no sweeping done at all from years, please appoint someone to clean inside the buildings also, so that we can all live in a clean area without sickness atall.
9. I believe some strong rules should be maintained in the buildings and area regarding cleanliness, / some awarness programes should be started atleast onces in a month.
10. Some fines should be conformined on the people who send children to do on the streets and roadsides and also who throw dirt from top although 2 dustbins are given to the people to use.
11. There is only 2 latrines, i beleive there should be at least 4 latrines and one for children for which water should be there for 24 hrs.
12. A person should be appointed to watch over the buildings inside and outside the area so that the people may be bought to the senses,.
13. I have informed the in charge, who is outside the roadside, the pcmc office.
14. Thank for considering my case here, i hope action will be taken soon, without delay after all iam doing this for the benefit of all the people along with me there, thank u,

Dear sir,

In flat a-705, vanaz parivaar housing society, illegal construction is going on since last one month, with society permission.
All wall of flat are demolished, which has weaken building and has raised risk.
Also actual area has been changed of flat.
It is also disturbing all neighborhood,

Request you to take immediate legal action.

Parande nagar is getting messy day by day. the buffaloes dung, congested internal roads, parandes house compound blocking the main road, parallel road of parande nagar not allowed to develop by local people, digging the roads for water line and leaving it without sealing properly, illegal chawls/rooms for biharis and other states without proper verification, making the residence area more insecure, unhygienic and crowdy.

No action taken by police although the station is hardly 200 mtrs in parande nagar. illegal rickshaws, creating traffic jams, accidents, in vishrantwadi main road

It's very serious note non of the corporation guy turned up to spread medicine to kill mosquitos . Lots of mosquitos and people are falling ill and 1 died due to dengue.

Please take action on urgent basis.

I am staying at area called Thitnagar in Kharadi i found lot many stray dogs are there, when we pass by they bark and run to attack on us & this happened several times.we are scared to step out from our places. mentioning below affected areas (1) Near Zensar ground Kharadi (2)Near Giridhar Oasis

I am staying in Balewadi phata, Vishveshwar Sahakari Bank Ltd street and have been observing a rise in no. of stray dogs significantly but no action has been taken for the same. I have heard of dog bite cases around and everyday. Also these dogs are a nuisance at night when they bark all the time. Authorities are requested to take some action such as sterilize them and move them to some isolated area.
