Please look into the stray dogs in Chaphekar chowk area....whole night they are causing nuisance , also they are running behind the two wheelers...Kindly do the needful....

At PMC no body is taking care of On Line Complaints lodged by local Tax Payers.The details are as below:
1) No.[protected] dt. 17/10/2011,(2) No.[protected] dt. 24/10/2011,(3)No.[protected] dt. 24/10/2011,[protected] dt. 4/11/2011,(5)No.[protected] dt.21/12/2011,(6) No.[protected]dt.28/12/2011,(7)No.[protected]dt.17/08/2012 pertaining to UN-Authorised and illegl alteration done by a flat owner in Lokmanya Nagarby extending the Plinth Area by 10 ft and constructing Brick wall and Aluminium Windows.Even a letter was also handed over to the Commissioner's Office on 19/03/2012 complaining about this but no action is taken by the concerned Dept.Understand that about Rs. 25,000 bribe collected by the concerned Officer for Not taking any action.
Since no action is taken other two flat owners also started extending the plinth and grabbing more area.Thus if all ground floor flat owners starts extending similarly what will happen to the total Societies?

on 19th I visited Mandai ( Laxmi Raod ) pune and parked my car in Mandai car parking. When I returned after 1 hour 45 minutes I was asked to give 30/- to which I objected and demanded something to be produced in writing to which I was told that nothing is there and I should pay 20/- ( 10/- for each hour ).

Further I asked why the same has not been displayed the person collecting cash misbehaved. May I expect that proper display is being done and no other person is cheated and if at all the parking is costly there the same should be increased but should be displayed. Why the consumer is left to the mercy of illiterate people.

at this address ( hotel is running in godown area ) illegal hotels and shop have acquired land resereved for paking by builder. And these people are running
illegal business like vadapav stall , fruit stall. Even they
have covered area under balcony and utilizing area as part of shop.
Hotel is creating debris and nuisance around apartment which is hazardous and injurious to health of residents. Several complaints againts this is done pmc but no action taken.

Few days back hotel was using domestic cylinder for making food
got fire . Fire brigade and police come to recover the fire but no action was taken. This needs fir against hotel owner but no action taken by police eventhough using domestic cylinder for hotel is crime.

I beg help from pmc and police to remove this all illegal business. Is there any one who can listen from comman man in india.

I stay in Kharadi Pune, Near Tuljabhavani Nagar ( LandMark Urban Nirvana). I wish to bring it ot the Authorities notice, that the roads are completly broken and water is collected in all the potholes.The roads in this area are in urgent need of repair. I urge the autorities to kindly take this task on priority.

I am staying in Hans Garden, Dhanori- Lohgaon road, DhanoriPune.

I have a complain about the street dogs in our area. In recent days the number of dogs have gone high and can see 10 -15 dogs roaming around .

It is threat to us and small children as couple of them are dangerous and attacks on us.

In night time there are bin bags kept outside these dogs tear those bags and spread garbage all over the apartment.

We need help on this to take them away or control them. Can somebody help us here.

There are at least 20 stray dags roaming around in Balewari gaon area ( near Kunal Regulus). They chase motorcyclist and pedestrian in night. So far 4-5 injuries already happen. Dogs bark all night and it is tough to sleep in night.
This is a real danger in the society and I request concern department to please look into this and caught stray dogs asap.

Hadapsar to Loni Kalbhor road conditions are impacting lives of all residents surrounding the area and also impacting all people commuting through the road. Its a very narrow, heavy traffic busy road which is a major cause of some life taking accidents happened in last couple of years. Pune corporation should take a look/observe this patch and take some immediate actions to make these roads wider and safe.

Recently PMC has started dumping waste in front of our society nearby railway track in Hadapsar. Because of these whole area is under the bad smell. which is not hygienic to stay at home .
We even can't open a single window of our home. This is the problem of whole area of sasane nagar. People feel nausea and vomiting due to this bad smell.

beside our society there is a big school called "New English School". This same problem those thousands of children also.
Please do some necessary steps to prevent this dumping waste and provide healthy and hygienic environment back to us.

Reason: Parking vehicle in a "No Parking" zone
Incidence happed at: Kalyani Nagar, opp. Kalyani Veg Restaurant.
Time: 9pm onward

Collection done by: Zonal office
Collection “officer” (so called) from: Hadapsar zonal office

Incidence: I parked vehicle in a "No Parking" area after 9 pm. Immediately within 2-3 mins 2 guys came and locked my vehicle using Jammer.
Said: this is a no parking area and you have to pay fine for this. No Parking board is placed by PMC office so they can collect the fine…
His colleague said, “don’t fight sir we will do settlement”.

I asked for his identity card. He shown me the one (something kind of fake - xerox) his colleague doesn’t have any ID proof. They had a pink slip fine book with them.
I am not sure whether they are allowed to collect money against Traffic Rules and if yes then what are the timings, what is the exact fine?

This guy forcefully collected Rs. 100/- from me to remove jammer and threatened - if not paid then your vehicle will be towed to PMC office.

Fine they are charging:
For cars
At the spot: Rs. 500/-
If towed to PMC Premises: Rs. 1500/-

For Two-wheeler
At the spot: Rs. 200/-
If towed: Officer was unable to answer

Settlement Amt.: Rs. 50 – 300/-

Though it is not acceptable, I believe Pune RTO is charging reasonable fine…

Where I should raise a complaint?
PMC should spread awareness using hoardings or advertisement in newspaper, etc.

In model colony,shivaji nagar,drainage waste keeps on getting mixed with the drinking and bathing water and we have to bear with it.Infact last year PMC(Pune Municipal Corporation) were so ignorant that we had to drink and bathe with that disgusting water for more than a month.

Please look into the problem as soon as possible and stop PMC from playing with innocent lives.

Hello, We Are Facing The Low Or No Water Supply From Last 2-3 Months And So. Pune Municipal Has Planted New Water Lines On Both Sides Of Road Out Of Which They Have Started One Side Line 15 Days Ago And Providing Excellent Pressure For The Same. But On Our Side Neither The New Water Line Has Been Started Nor They Are Providing Us The Water From The Old Line.There Are Around 15-20 Residents From The Same Side Who Are Facing The Same Problem And Asking For The Solution. The Baner-Pashan Link Road is a major road which connects Baner Road (from opposite Hotel Mahabaleshwar) to Sus Road (near Balaji Temple). New streetlights were installed on this road last year and after following up with PMC they were finally turned on a few months back. However, streetlights on the stretch between Hotel Mahabaleshwar to Paranjape Camellia apartment aren't functioning since the last 3 weeks and this entire stretch is drenched in complete darkness. This road sees heavy traffic in the evening during peak hours and accidents have become regular due to non functioning streetlights. Also, it is impossible for pedestrians to walk on this stretch after 6p.m. We did call the PMC Aundh ward office a number of times but there has been no response. Putting up this issue on this Consumer Complaints forum with the hope of getting some response from the authorities concerned in PMC.

De activating the net card connection
M/s Reliance have presented me a bill for RCIL account No RIS[protected]; Bill No[protected] dt 22-4-09 for Rs 407/-. I have paid the same vide Andhra bank, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam Cq No 665427 dy 27-4-09. The Cheque was dropped in their Cq Drop Box at their office in Visakhapatnam on 28-4-09. Despite the fact that the payment has been made; they have de activated both incoming and out going. As per their bill I have a credit limit of about Rs 1800/- still they have taken a previlage of disconnecting both the Incoming & out going calls. This is Height of the behavious of M/s Reliance and Dictator ship. Either they have to change the procedure of receiving the Cqs or they should make some alternate arrangement.

Since the level of harrassment is coming to heights; I was forced to take an alternate net connection from BSNL paying huge amounts.

Please help me to get rid of this harrassment. I can manage with other net connections. It is not Reliance alone in India.

Since I have paid huge money for the Wireless card from Reliance ( during 2007) let Reliance pay me back my money so that I can permanantly get rid of this connection and use other connection.

We have purchased Office Space K503, K504, K505 in year 2005, located at Megacenter, Hadapsar, Pune - 411013. However, we never received the property tax for the same. Whenever we enquired at PMC, they say that they have not received the handover letter from the builder (Magrapatta). The builder says, they did send the letter and give us the reference number. PMC does not accept this reference number. We have been shuttling between the two for long with no results. I am afraid, finally, it would be us who may have to bear the fine for all those years for no fault of our's.

We are staying in a Shree Hans Galaxy society in the Bhairav nagar, Pune 411015, for which we have completed all the completion formalities, but from last two years we havent received the Property Tax for which we have enquired the local office also could you please help to find the responsible person to solve the problem.

I am a resident of Bharati Vihar Society at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Katraj, Pune 46.

My Property is self occupied. Same is conveyed to Society office as well as local gharphala office in wriiten.

But somehow I am not getting "Revised <Reduced> Propery Tax" statement. Property Tax levied for my flat is double as compared to Most of 2 BHK Self Occupied Flats in same building.

No doubt PMS will slap me fine if i dont make payment by mar 08. This is a dead lock. Seeking assistance.

I am resident of aundh. My house is located in Vidhate Vasti Behind the very famous Medi point hospital....It slightely comes under Baner area. The area is quite low densely populated n it is exactly like village side. You may be surprised to know that people here are not having clean n hygenic toilet facilities.. This creates a lots of problem for the residents in that area to go through that route... It smels very aweful while going to our houses... Here on one side v want to develop pune n on one side u may find such a crowd with non proper facilities for farmers, watchmans in our area.

one request to u is that sir please do check for the very very pathetic conditions of road n its dreadful conditions .. Kindly take the proper measures to develop this side of pune.... Otherwise wat's the use of developing bthe already developed pune...
Also when Bill Gates came to India for the place to launch his company he did not prefer pune because of poor road conditions. Hope U'll understand the problem & find appropriate solution to this.
