Also time is not fixed. And other kachra gadi from near by area refuse to take kachra.

The owner/shopkeeper doesn't allow people to park the vehicles on the road in front of his shop and doesn't talk properly to the people. He's claiming on road parking as his own parking and doesn't allow to park most of the time. Please take necessary action.

Stray dogs population is again on the increase in Balewadi, near F residences. Incidences of chasing motor vehicles and pedestrians on the road, barking at all odd hours of the night and being a general nuisance to pets and people alike are so many it has become intolerable. I understand abc rules, but can there be no permanent solution to this problem of strays in Balewadi? Please help.

Dogs are barking in the street like a hell zone. They start at night 11PM and bark whole night till morning. It makes no sleep to the residency and it's a hell for us. Please take care of these dogs and take from here and put in some mad hospital. Please help us.please.
If we don't sleep in night then gow do we do job in day. This Street has many pg's where more than 1000 job holders stay.

Small Children have to go to Schools - BIG TRUCKS & CEMENT MIXERS are on same road . all filled with water & potholes.

Big Holes & risky situation.

Our college is anna university affiliated college...they are charging Rs 8000 for 73% attendance shortage.., Is this the amount charged by the University?

The road on Pawar Ali New Canal in Fursungi village is completely eroded. Therefore, the possibility of an accident while driving cannot be ruled out.
Even after filing a complaint on Pune Municipal Corporation's online complaint system 4 months ago, the work has not been completed yet

The payment was debited from my account on 07/07/2022 but the application status still shows Payment Not Received (rechecked today on 07/08/2022)

Potholes un the subway of pune swargate and in cantonment chauk needs immediate attention.

I am resident of Saket apartment, vidnyan nagar road pune-411021.
I have complaint regarding the garbage picking people of PMC.
We have asked those people for picking up and disposal of leafy garbage in/nearby society multiple times, but they are denying continuously saying that it is not their work to clean up and demanding extra money every time.
Pls look into and resolve the issue because it is creating mosquitoes responsible for spreading deceases like dengue and malaria. Also last month one snake also found hiding there creating real threat to residents and kids living in the society

Pls take appropriate action as urgent as possible

I am a resident of Bhavdan, Pune-411021 There are no street lights working on Vidnyan nagar road since last two days. It is creating problem for residents like threat of road accidents, street dogs bites and threat of thieves.
There is past history of several such incidents in nearby area in the absence of light.

Pls resolve on urgent basis.

Hi I live in Gulmohar city, Kharadi, 411014 area .Here there is a gang of at least 10-12 dogs. These dogs howl and bark at night between 1-4 am.
It is really difficult to sleep peacefully at night. These dogs fight with each other and even run behind small kids and vehicles.
Recently there are so many news about stray dogs harming small kids. I am afraid something like that can happen here also if no action taken.
Also here all the shopkeepers throw the waste and rotten vegetables on the street and all the dogs go into that dirt and make the whole area dirty.
I request you to please take some action against these shopkeepers as well as help us with this dog situation.

There are close to 15-20 stray dogs in Nanded City near d-mart area Pune. These dogs bark throughout night as if some going on between them. They create a lot of nuisances starting from 10 pm and it goes on for entire night. Please take action as this is disturbing a lot.

This is Sandesh Kadam staying at road no 9, survey no 26, munjabavasti, dhanori, pune-411015. This is in response to stray dogs(around 15 - 20) on the street in front of our house. Daily without fail they howl and continuously bark the whole night.This is a complete nuisance to the ears and very disturbing. It is turning out to be a very big pain for everyone around this area.
Also, they run after two wheelers, cars and people going on road to bite them. During this rainy season, when ever dogs will come after two wheeler people will try to run away and that may cause accidents and people may get hurt just because of these dogs.

Request you to please take necessary action.

We, the residents of Vadgaon Budruk would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of street lights in our region.

The street lights in our region is not working from many days causing various issues. The street light on Sinhgad road opposite to funtime, the light near the vadgaon bridge opposite to under bridge garden on the service road(connecting road).

So, request you to please restart illuminated street light, the street light as soom as possible.

For the past few months there are too many mosquito in the Mohanwadi Yerwada -411006, Near Maruti Mahal CO-OP Housing Society, Pune Maharashtra resulting is sleepless nights specially for kids, impacting heath.

I sincerely request Municipal Co-op of Pune to take appropriate action to control the spread of Mosquito is the area.

Since 31st May 2022, there is absolutely no water supply to Maestros Apartment buildings, OPP SALUNKE VIHAR, Wanawadi 411040 - both Utility and drinking water . Tried to call PMC no. Of time but no one answer. Why is this abnormalities - someone of you must visit and resolve the issue . All residents are facing lot of problems even after regular payment of taxes to PMC - very poor state of affairs. Sincerely hope PMC to take positive steps to resolve the issue .

The late fee charges are more than the tax itself dor the year. where is the rulebook for advising tax payers? also the people working in the office are so dumb or greedy(either of these two), they know nothing regarding any rule and ask we the citizen of this region to pay whatever is mentioned on portal. it makes no sense when the tax was 2000 and the interest on tax was 10000 without explanation.

My name is ABHIJIT SUBHASH MOHITE & My property tax number is O/3/05/02462008

My complaint is that property tax of this year is more compare to last year.

Earlier tax was[protected] INR but this year amount is 15162 which is almost 50% high . When I checked with flat owners of mine building, tax was still old ( last year, no extra tax ) for them .

Even I have received backlog amount of 15000 where as my all dues are cleared already .

Kindly explain so I can clear my tax before 31 May 2022.

Sub: Incorrect Order issued by DDR 4 without obtaining comments from Society Committee or other Members & One sided attention to Complaint by a repeated Habitual Defaulter Lt Col SS Nalawade (Retd)

Dear Sir,

I have received a Notice along with 22 other Members of the Society to remove Grill from Car Parking purchased by us. This is based on a single complaint by Lt Col SS Nalawade (a Habitual Defaulter) in this Society.
In this connection, I have the following Observations / Complaints.

Complaints against Lt Col S.S. Nalawade, the Complainant

It is not understood as to how an individual complaint which is not routed through the Ganga Park Co-Op Hsg Committee has been accepted. It would have given the Committee and Members to raise issues about Lt Col SS Nalawade. Thus the Committee could then also include and add Points to be checked in Re Audit.

In any case the Re-audit called for and paid pertains to Financial dealings for the period 2014 to 2016. The subject of improper matters like Grill for Parking would not cover in the Re audit as the points pertain right from Period 1991 onward.

POINTS REGARDING LT COL SS NALAWADE
Lt Col SS Nalawade is a habitual and repeated Defaulter in the Society. His Defaults of serious nature are:

1. He had not paid his Society Maint Charges for over 10 years. He begged for waiving off the Penalty for the delay and the Committee had accepted a reduction by huge margin.
2. He had tampered with Society Overhead Tank without permission and taken a private connection to a Solar Heater. The case was lodged in Court and the Court had issued Orders to disconnect the connection on – this was done and original status restored.
3. Lt Col SS Nalawade /Builder has somehow managed to Amalgamate Two Flats into One – without any supporting documents available with Society. The Brochure of Ganga Park by Builder shows the Flats as Two separate Flats of 1X 1 BHK and 1 X 2 BHK. He now pays Maintenance for a 3 BHK Flat. The Auditor could get into details of this transaction. Supporting documents are not available with individual or the Society.
4. Lt Col SS Nalawade has taken over Common Terrace as a private Terrace which is against rules as it is a Common Terrace. Please get the same verified by the Auditor.
5. Lt Col SS Nalawade has enclosed two Open to Sky Balcony of adjacent Flats purchased by him. It is a similar violation as enclosure of Parking by some owners. Please include this as part of Demolition also in your Notice. Please do not take action on selective Complaints put up by this Defaulter who has hidden the facts about his own defaults while complaining.
6. It is learnt that Lt Col SS Nalawade has been pushing for his complaint to be recorded by DDR 4 your Staff by claiming to be a Senior Army Officer and some Staff are scared of him. He has been coming to the Society Office and boasting that he has contacts with very Senior persons in Govt and would go to any length to get his complaint filed. Please note that I too am an Ex – Lt Colonel from Army and I command the same respect. There are, in this Society, many other Army Officers who are more senior to Lt Col SS Nalawade Lt Col SS Nalawade has probably projected himself as the Sole Army Officer who alone has single headedly defended the Country and we are free only due to his individual Services.
DEBARRING OF PREVIOUS COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
7. The Committee Members who held Office in 2014 have been wrongly debarred from Fresh Elections due now.
8. This Committee did not complete the Audit in 2014 as the New (Current) Committee did not allow the outgoing Committee to hand over the Society after completing the Audit. The Current Committee failed to pay the Charges to the old Auditor under supervision of Mr Tapasvi (Registered Auditor) Neither theis Committee followed up with Mr Tapasvi to get the Audit completed in last 6 Years. Actually, it is the current Committee that needs to be Debarred NOT the old Committee. All this is done due to pressure on DDR 4 from Lt Col SS Nalawade (Retd).
9. Please stop the current Election Process immediately and order a fair Inquiry before taking action.

OTHER POINTS.

10. I had personally brought out the above points in my interaction with Mr IC Savalgi, Auditor detailed by DDR 4. It is surprising that my points were not included in his Audit Report.
11. I had questioned the Committee as to why they had not responded in writing to your Notice / Re-audit Direction once they got the letter from you regarding complaints by Lt Col SS Nalawade. The Committee informed me that this was not done as they had personally informed DDR 4 both verbally and in writing about all defaults by Lt Col SS Nalawade
12. Regarding point by Mr IC Savalgi, Auditor that No explanation was provided by the Society to establish my ownership of the Parking. Please note that the Office File pertaining to Flat G-1, A-Wing contains the Allotment Letter of the Builder. Comment: What Lt Col SS Nalawade has to show and answer his rights over the Parking of his car in Passage for over 20 years – and moreover he has NOT been regularly paying Rent for the incorrect Parking.
13. Regarding Point concerning Ownership and additions on Sale Deed to claim purchase of Car Park by one Mrs Handa. I had personally explained the matter to Mr IC Savalgi, Auditor that there was overwriting and manipulation made in the Sale Deed. The correctness could be verified by obtaining a Copy of Registered Sale Deed from the PMC Office. I am sure you good office can obtain such a Copy for verification. We do understand that in case the two copies differ – it would be a serious case of Fraud punishable under relevant Section of the law.
OTHER DEFAULTERS NOT COMPLAINED BY LT COL SS NALAWADE
14. There are many Defaulters in the Society – besides Lt Col SS Nalawade. Some being:
a. Permanent Rooms constructed on Terrace.
b. Inclusion of Open to Sky balconies inside Flats
c. Etc. Etc.
15. It is requested that the selective pinpointing of defaulters is stopped and action be taken to identify Defaults by Lt Col SS Nalawade and demolition if any be started from his own building.
