40% property tax discount issue.
PMC had issued me NOC in February 2020 that all dues are clear of my property ( ID : O /4/14/[protected]. At time of transfer of ownership why were given NOC ?

But in October 2021 got retrospective notice that I don’t use the above said property. *( We genuinely stay in this property only which can be verified any time )* and arrears of 46000 are demanded.

Where is survey report ?

Who told PMC that owner is not staying ?

We have a gas connection and we stay in this property only with our whole family @ Property ID : ( O /4/14/[protected].

Street lights are not working since last 2 weeks behind Dmart, laxman nagar road lanes.
1st it started flikering then they have stopped working all together.
whole lane is without street lights since a week and it's not being safe for women to roam around after dark.

This is to inform you that I am residing on about that address and we are suffering from Garbage problem because Municipal Corporation do not provide us a well surveys a garbage band do not come every day it come once in a two or three days and and even it come once in a 2 or 3 days then also do not come on time.
Hence I am requesting you for a good service regarding this garbage problem as soon as possible please increase your manpower and provide us garbage Van everyday to collect your garbage and please send garbage Van on a fixe time.

I stay in Pathare Wasthi in Wadgaon Shinde Road and every night, almost 10-15 stray dogs howl whole night and it gets difficult to sleep after a tiresome day of work. It has been almost a month with this issue and it's getting unbearable every day. Please do something to get rid of these dogs.

More than 15 stray dogs are getting aggressive and keep increasing everyday somehow. They are biting and barking at people running after kids and vehicles causing accidents as well. A dog was runover recently as well. Open garbage dumping is also a cause for them multiplying. Need quick relocation for these dogs as they keep barking all day especially at night.

PMC has created roadside parking facilities on FC road. However no parking sign has been put on a stretch of parking area in front of Hotel Vaishali.

Why this stretch has been prohibited for parking when the public money has been spent to creat parking space? Why such a preferential treatment to Hotel Vaishali only? If PMC intends that no vehicle should be parked on this stretch then why customers of hotel Vaishali are allowed to park their vehicles at that spot? Are these signs been irrected by Hotel Vaishali illegally or the spot has been purchased by the hotel?

Kindly make this stretch available for parking to common people by removing no sign boards.

Dear Team,

As you know winter season is going on. Due to extreme Fog, visibility becomes very less. In such conditions, if the street lights doesn't work either in wee hours or early morning (where visibility is zero till 6.45am), it may lead to road accidents.
I can see people walking in the Sangamwadi road connecting Sancheti Hospital & Sangamwadi Corner. It's really pitch dark in some zones, where we are finding quite difficult to drive. We cannot completely rely on our vehicle lights, as it covers only few meters.

Request you to kindly look into it and resolve the same at the earliest.

None of the Street lights are functioning on the Mumbai-Pune highway connecting Punawale to Wakad bridge in the morning hours at around 5.30am...
It's too dark that we have to depend only on our vehicle lights.

Don't know if government is trying to save the money by endangering human lives?

Kindly look into this at the earliest and resolve the issue.

I don't know if the issue has been read by PMC or not... But, I can see the Street lights functioning now between Punawale & Bhumkar Chowk. But, still it has to be work out between Bhumkar Chowk & Wakad Bridge.

Kudos to the PMC, if they've really worked on it till Bhumkar Chowk.

Hope the PMC will resolve this at the earliest.

This number belongs to a farmer who says it’s a wrong number provided to you

I would request to PMC pls look into this matter seriously the debris is getting extended people are putting garbage there and creating a big mess over here it’s difficult for the local residents and for pedestrians to pass by
