This is a serious and sincere request to curb noise pollution in vijaynagar area of bhanpuri. Here, sound box are set up for bhajan and all, for whole day continously, which is really disgusting and disturbing for other citizens as well as students. So, please take immediate action as soon as possible... This is a great request from students of this area 😭🙏

This is to bring to your notice the menace created by street dogs inside ashoka ratan society in vip estate, vidhan sabha road, raipur. The number of street dogs have increased considerably and they have started attacking passerby in groups. There are numerous instances where they have attacked the residents. Kindly do the needful and relocate the street dogs from this area.

Few days back i saw 2 people climbing the poles of street lights in front of our house and removing the sodium vapour lamps and fixing 35 watts led light in its repalcement! Up on enquiring they told. Me that it's now compulsory to change all the lights and it's rule by nagar nigam to save electricity?? I failed to understand that how changing only one sodium vapour lamp which was fitted in from of my house will save a hell lot of electricity for cseb when there are more 3 similar lamps in the same lane of my house, which were not replaced by them??? Are they not consuming any electricity?? Or is it because they are in front of some influential persons house who has contacts with higher authorities - for which this rule is not applicable??

Over that upon some talks and i guess with some setting of money with those guys who were changing the lamps - my immediate neighbour managed to get a led light fixed up in a pole of bsnl which is in immediate front of his house and that too facing his house not the street, thereby saving on his electricity bills since now he doesn't have to use his gate light at night!! How can cseb fix up street light on bsnl poles??? Is it a fair practise?? And how your system is allowing to do such things??

Request you please take necessary actions against such mal practices asap!! Am also going to give a written complaint in the white house office of nagar nigam and cseb both very soon!!

I had been trying to pay property tax online for last 5 days but unable to complete he process. The website www.mcraipur.in is first of all insecure and redirects to axis bank easy pay option with error message provide crn number.

Citizen user manual ptis application provided in the site is useless and does not provide any help.

There is no technical support/contact no. To get help.

This complaint is to draw the attention of concerned authorities about the irregularity of the collection of garbage in area of srinagar. As we know srinagar is one of the densely populated areas of raipur, hence lot of garbage is accumulated is as well from the household, which includes organic waste, which is supposed to be disposed on daily basis.
But due to irregularity & unruly behavior of the garbage collectors, disposing garbage have become a very cumbersome job.
So, i kindly request to look into this matter at earliest as possible.

Sir, i am a resident living at sector 27 in nayaraipur. Since four days the person who should dispose the garbage is not coming all the garbage is piling up. Atleast there is no garbage bin at the street. So, please take the immediate action nd so that we can keep the street neat nd clean. When we are keeping the garbage on the payment cows are pulling it out and making the street dirty so that we are unable to walk on the streets.

हम अनुव्रत विहार कोटा कालोनी (वार्ड 2 ) रायपुर के निवासी हैं, हमारे घर के पास एक शिव मंदिर है जो टी टाइप रोड के कोने मे है! यहीं पर एक बड़ा ट्रान्स्फ़ोर्मर भी लगा है यहीं टी जंक्शन पर एक अनाधृकृत कंक्रीट का स्पीड ब्रेकर, कालोनी के 1-2 लोगो के द्वारा बगैर सोचे समझे इस बनवा दिया गया है ! यहाँ पर टर्निंग की जगह कम होने से मै खुद बाईं तरफ से आ रहे बाइक वाले को बचाने के लिए धीमी गति मे भी होने के बावजूद ब्रेकर होने के वजह से डगमगा कर नाली मे बेटी के साथ गिर गया जिससे हमे और बेटी को भी चोटें आई । अतएव ऐसी दुर्घटना को भविष्य मे रोकने के लिए ट्रान्स्फ़ोर्मर के एकदम सामने बने इस ब्रेकर को शीघ्र तुड़वाया जाय!

Ews building construction behind avanti rajdhani vihar colony mowa, construction on bank of nala, nala size was reduced by builder ashok khemka by filling soil and then constructing on it. Previously no land was present at site but they acquired nala land by filling soil, due to this over flooding problem is caused every rainy season. Kindly resolve the issue and dismantle the illelag construction. Photos are attached.

Dear sir/madam,

This is for information that garbage stacked in between two buildings of kabir nagar dindayal awas i. E. Block no. 14 & 16 not been done almost more than 3 years, it is also the mistakes of people residing in these two blocks.

For the above it is my humble request to remove all the garbage as soon as possible which may be cause serious health problems.

Also garbage collection cycle not coming regularly here.

Hello, i live in shraddha vihar boriya khurd raipur.
Here no one is coming to collect the household Garbage and all the colony people are throwing in empty plots, this is a new colony please arrange for collection of garbage. Otherewise this clean colony will become a garbage dump. I'm posting only one photo but besides every house, empty plots have become a garbage dump.

One more problem is no buddy is cleaning the roads only in rainy season it is cleaned naturally. So request you to please clean all the roads here atleast once in a week.

Other then this nagar nigam has done good job in my colony, streets light, roads and sewerage system.

I am komal brijwani, resident of kumhar para fafadih, raipur. Four days ago when i was crossing from a road known as chuna bhatti (Situated behing kumhar para fafadih), i saw a dead dog lying on the road (Beside trilochan kirana store) and today also i. E on 25/04/2018 the same dog was lying there.. It means municipal corporation is not doing its work properly.. Sir, plz do the needful.. I will be highly obliged..

Sir, recently here in lodhi para kapa roads have been constructed not cleaned properly all the garbage is lying here in roads also because of mosquitoe we are not able to sit for a minute please spray insect repellant here in our society and also because of this we are facing alot of problem... Sir i request u to take some strict actions against this... Send someone as soon as possible so that our problem can be resolved... Thankyou sir

Dear sir,
I request u to pls do something about street dogs in our colony. Too much bad noise or crying at mid night disturbs our sleep and our child too. This is going on since last 2 years and we can't it tolerate it any more because it is very bad and scary. So it's a humble request to catch all the dogs as soon as possible.

I am mayank jain from bhairav society, and nowadays here construction of drainage and road is taking place. And during this construction water pipeline from society to my house is damaged by the workers, i have complaint regarding this to contractor's man, and they have repair it once.. But they have not repair it upto the mark... So again it got damaged and water is going in drain.. Plz help us regarding this and take initiative to save water which is leaking from that pipeline.

I am the resident of shyam nagar raipur ward no 42 opp old iti, there is a godown of a "kiraya bhandar" behind my residence, where a lot of labour are residing under the godown who cook their food there itself. They are burning wood plastic and other thing to cook. It is creating a lot of smoke which is directly comming to our bedroom bedroom. We are facing breathing health problem because of smoke. You are requested to please see this problem on priority and resove the issue.

आपके कहने पर मैं अपनी शिकायत को विस्तार में कहता हूँ मुझे शिकायत थी अपने वार्ड में सफाई से सम्बंधित तो उसके लिए मैंने ऑनलाइन रायपुर नगर निगम की प्रोफाइल से निम्न नंबर[protected],[protected] पर कॉल किया तब उन्होंने कहा कि यह नंबर जो ऑनलाइन कंप्लेन नंबर दिया हैं ये नही हैं 1100 पर कॉल कीजिये और जब मैंने 1100 पर कॉल किया तो वह गलत बात रहा हैं ऐसे में मुझे इनटरनेट का इस्तेमाल आता हैं तो ठीक हैं मैं अपनी परेशानी आपके समक्ष रख पा रहा हूँ जब आम नागरिक कॉल करेगा तो वह 2-3 कॉल करेगे, और कॉल नही लगने पर कंप्लेन नही करेगा तो उसकी परेशानी कैसे खत्म हो पाएंगे तो निवेदन हैं कि आप उस नम्बर पर सुधार करे...

मेरे वार्ड में 2-3माह से नालिये की सफाई नही हुई हैं और लगभग 1वर्ष होने को हैं नई पाइपलाइन के लिए सड़क के किनारे टाइल्स को उखड़ा गया था जो काम पूरा होने के बाद वैसा ही अव्यवस्थित छोर्ड दिया गया और कुछ महीनों पहले हमने वार्ड के कार्यो के लिए उसने शिकायत की थी पर भी इस पर ध्यान नही दे रहे हैं तो कृपया मेरी शिकायत का निराकरण करवाई

In our area friends nagar, mowa no one is coming to collect the waste and all the colony people are throwing beside my house in empty plot due to which smell and our health is affecting and also drainage line is not cleaned due to which all area is dirty we cannot go out also, please provide proper arrangement to us as soon as possible sir cleaning is very important to our surrounding area so that we can go out but it is very uncomfortable to go out for a walk also our raipur should be cleaned but our area is very dirty i am in friends nagar the whole area is dirty
