Respected Sir,

I am one of responsible citizen living in Dombivli, wanted to informed you one of the local builder name Bhagwati Builder has block our daily pathway by putting compund.

We had requested him but he said that he have purchased that property and he can do anything he want.

But wanted to bring you notice that the compound he build is on the main pathway and we don't have any other ways to commute outside. Around 50 families living in that area but the builder is having local political support so no one is coming affront and opposing him directly.

If sudden medical emergency happen in that particular area there is no way left to enter ambulance services or emergency services.

We agreed that he have bought that property, but the way he has blocked is the main pathway and we don't have any other way to do daily commute.

So it is request please kindly look into this matter and sort this out.

There is a illegal fish Market near the New Rachana Park society, Manorama Nagar Thane West. We are facing lot of problems due to these feriwalas. There is a Traffic ham, road block. Society people's are facing health problems like dengue, thyphoid etc. due to these fish Market.
Our humble request to TMC is to remove these fish feriwalas from society area and give us relief.

In Shilphata M.K. Thakur Complex Chs LTd there is a shortage of water supply. Water supply department is not supplying sufficient water.

Dear Sir,
From quite some time there is a restaurant called Agri Kutta which operating at the start of our main gate. Slowly they have also encroached and have started building permanent structure illegally.

It is a nuisance with their customer car / bikes parked at our gate alongwith constant ruckus. Slowly other hawkers have started putting their stalls on the foot path such a garage and others..and footpath is not usable at all.

The footpath is being captured by Shawarma stall, a food outlet outside Swamikrupa phase 1. The food outlet has also captured the inner lane towards the society. Kindly look into this matter. It is very uncomfortable

Since last 15 days there is no proper water supply in Everest countryside iris building hence its said that some gala has stuck in water supply motor due to which there will be same scenario for whole month.As we all know we have festivals in coming few days how will one sustain with guests at home with such kind of water supply issue.

Kind request to resolve this at earliest.

Post a wonderfully full monsoon, which still lingers - the TMC has cut water for half a day WITHOUT prior announcement on a Sunday - so atleast residents can arrange alternative means.

Atleast prior intimation should be given and especially on weekend.

Opposite Platina building located on Kolshet Road across road, a developer has excavated the plot for construction. And no work is happening since last 18 Months. Excavated pit is filled with water which is a major breeding ground for mosquitos.
Due to this the residents of Platina are facing mosquito problem which has lead to multiple cases of Dengue & Malaria.
There is regular fogging in platina premises

We at Swamikrupa Complex Phase I Dhokali Kolshet Road Thane West facing water crisis since last few months. It's very difficult situation and despite of paying our water taxes on time we are facing this issue. Please kindly look into this and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Opened waste water pond at new construction building causes increasing mosquito count

Respected Sir/Ma'am, I and my fellow residents of Swamikrupa Phase 1 CHS located on Kolshet Road, Dhokali Thane West, have been facing Acute Shortage of Water supply since last few months. We had complained on this forum last month and we were assured that the problem would be resolved. However, it has not happened yet. We have been forced to call tankers regularly for last 2 to 3 months. This is an additional cost to us DESPITE PAYING WATER TAXES REGULARLY. Moreover, the quality of water from the tankers is muddy and stinky which leads to numerous health issues. I would request your prompt action in this regards to resolve the acute water shortage and provide us with ample supply of water. Thanking you in anticipation.

Gutter is flowing in front of house from 1month.

Sir we are having hardship of driving on Pokhran Road no.2 in front of TMC office as three fourth part of Road is occupied by trucks 3 side by side thereby leaving little space for traffic. At peak hours there is always traffic jam as cars from highway, Jupiter hospital service road and cars going to cadbury junction all are held up due to this bottle neck. Kindly remove this illegal parking of trucks shifting to some other site.Photo of same is attached.

In Bhaskar Nagar Kalwa East water supply is not regular although we have water meter still we are not getting water regularly. They are not given it properly because they are running Boring wa

In Dr Ambedkar Road uthalsar thane there is a shortage of water supply. Water supply department is not supplying sufficient water.
So sir I kindly request you to resolve our problem as soon as possible

Since almost 4 to 5 months now we are facing water problem in New Matru Chhaya Building Shivaji Nagar Wagle Estate. None of the building is receiving water. What is wrong we don't know. When we got to tmc office they don't respond. And no other building or society is facing this problem then why are we not receiving? also at morning time water supply force is okay but evening time water supply is nothing.

Please check and confirm and solve this issue ASAP.

I stay in Tikam society, Kopri colony, Thane east, there are about 5-6 street dogs in our premises, one of them has bit me and the group of dogs barks at people passing by for no reason, walking on the street is no longer safe.
