This payment is being made without prejudice. This cheque is replacement of previous cheque that we sent but the Cheque and envelope was lost by TMC staff. The envelope was sent on 21st January 2021.

On 03rd February, 2020 we sent a letter to investigate and to correct the error in Municipal property tax calculation for the year 2018, 2019 and 2020. Almost one and a half year has passed and till date no action has been taken by "Thane Municipal Corporation" on our request.

Please consider our previous letter where we requested you to reduce Property Tax amount based on new leave and license agreement.

We have not been getting water bills for ward 94, house 166-1, consumer No:
[protected]/00005, Gemini coop soc.

Others in the building are getting bills but when we inquired, our records are not showing up in TMC records.

Kindly find out why our bills are not generated and let is know the amount to pay....

Hello i have live in diva east in mumbra devi old transfarmer road, there are alote of scrap in road and never clean the road only take the dustbin scraps and never clean the the side road thats why the guttle will go over flow if you find this complain pls do the clean progress

I have made an application for name change in oct 2019 and Jan 2020 at Kalwa branch. Have submitted all the required documents and they said it would take around a month for processing.
The name on my property has not been changed even till today. We have made multiple visits but we always get some weird answers that its in process, seniors are on leave, we are unable to trace your document etc.

Request your intervention to expedite the matter.

In our society premises, one tree felt down due to heavy rain and thunderstorm on 18.07.2021. We contact fire brigade immediately, they came and cut the tree and clear the society road for vehicle movement, they ask us to contact TMC to lift the branches and leaves of this tree, accordingly we have registered a complaint with TMC on contact number [protected], but till date there is no response from TMC.
Now this become very injurious for the health of society members.
Please attend this complaint urgently.

I Mrs. Kelkar staying in Devidarshan co-op hsg society, ghantali. Since 3-4 days water supply is not getting properly. Morning only 2-3 hours water then again water comes around 12 night time.
When this problem will resolve??

We have not been getting water supply since last few days.
Whatever supply comes is just for about an hour or so and that too at a very low pressure.
This is causing tremendous inconvenience to us and we are also not able to maintain COVID-19 related hygiene.
Please take action and ensure adequate supply of water to us.

From month of june there is extreme shortage of water. There is not proper supply. There is lot of problem for drinking water, also the water is not purified.
We have complained so many times on call but no use. Hope this messages reach to concerned authority n take the needful action.

The female safaiwali is a real loud mouthed cleaner who shouts and argues with any one be it the people staying in the houses on the road or even the municipal staff who work along with her.
At divali time if she does not get baksheesh then she purposely keeps that house dirty and does not clean the area around that house. someone was telling me that she even brought the garbage bag from the dustbin and kept it outside their house.
the leaves and branches that fall outside my house she throws inside the compound wall.
she throws dirt into the open drain to avoid picking it up
she urinates beside my compound wall and the car parked ouside the wall.

A shop named Super Frankie in CIDCO's area, despite being closed on Saturdays and Sundays, allows customers inside its shop.
That is why we are causing inconvenience to all the shop or hotel people.
please take action on it as soon as possible

Subject: External Leakage (ICON 403) since last one year

Dear Sir,

I've been following up with the Manage (Ashar Enclave Society, Kolshet Road, Next to DMart, Dhokali, Thane -400607) for external leakages since last year (AUG 2020), but there has been no action taken on the leakages, and society has taken these issues lightly. My property has been severely damaged, and this has a negative impact on the life of the building too. It also appears to be the result of internal changes made at the individual flat level. All walls of bedroom (Dry Balcony) facing are wet, All Pillars from that side also wet.
Recently Society spent ~60 Lakhs (2020) on renovation and repairs but no work has conducted for such issues. Society has done the audit also on leakages and saying that its because of internal leakages. My personal feeling that, changes made to individuals flat owners after the OC/Possession without any legal approval which may be the cause of leakages to further investigate.
Due to wet its possibilities of Dengue, Malaria and Chikungunya
Please suggest if TMC can do the structural audit and instruct to stop the leakages.

There has been water supply shortage in the aforesaid society for past 2-3 months. The condition has become worse for the past 1 month. Extreme and abrupt water supply shortage without prior intimation is becoming very stressful for people with many members in the family. The supply at times is not even enough for drinking water for everyone. Please look into the matter at the earliest

I am Resident member of Swami Krupa, Phase 1 society, Kolshet Road, Dhokali Naka, Thane West. It is to bring to your notice that we are suffering problem of accute water shortage from last few months. Water supply has been extremely less, On day today basis making our lives miserable.We all Society members are paying large amount on tankers, as last resort for water provision. Such paid tankers are being called in our society even when our nearby societies are getting sufficient water. We feel soo much discriminated in this matter, in my humble opinion.
I request you to please look in this serious issue, and solve our problem at earliest.
