Hello sir there are illegall hawkers increasing day by day near mahtma phule market we residenst are not able to take car. Scooters in our buldings due to there occurance.They fight with us if we saw anything to them please sir take this issue seriously

Where in live there are 8 to 10 Dogs which getting aggressive day by day
They attack numerous times on me and kids for no reason
While going to institute at morning they attack and chase for no reason
In afternoon they do same to womens and kids. My request is to you get them away from this area because it is so difficult to get out of home
Do it apas its my humble request to you.

I live in gurukripa chawl sainath nagar, near sai temple, near ground inside chawl there is one gully. Im complaining that there is no light in that small gully where i live and alot people get slip just because of darkness at that place, so kindly im requesting you please fix the light bulb issue in that road

I live in Roshan Appartment, I Siddhart nagar, Majiwada, Thane west. A dog near our building is highly injured in his back...Also various pests and germs have developed in his back...Previuos he was took by municipal people and sent back with recovery but again the same condition has happened.. He enters our and neighborhood building and all his blood gets spilled in the stairs and also the smells is very bad.. However hard we try to avoid him he still seeks into our society.. I request you to take that dog and treat because it's highly unhygenic situation is there..we are suffering from a lot because of this... Hope you will take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

I am staying in Fernandes Chawl, Dhobi Ali, Thane west near Mavli Mandal school... We are harassed by street dogs in slum area (Fernandes Chawl) Here are 5-6 street dogs and few puppies regularly barking.. Come to bite people and kids.. Early morning and late evening we won't able to came out of home due to this. Small children's and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs.
They have also bitten and killed domestic cats. They even keep dirty the area by pooping anywhere on the street. And no one take responsibility of those dogs. Also the dogs are not sterelized.

Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these dogs as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
For the past few weeks we have been facing the problem of increased mosquitoes in our society. Our society is surrounded by 2 new construction sites and I believe the mosquitoes have been increased because of the water that they store.

From today I have noted a hawker has put up a cart in the traffic island opposite Tropica lagoon, naear Anand nagar bus depot, obstructing movment, he is selling maize wit a coal sigdi, already foot path is occupied by hawkers and this man has shifted to traffic island.please remove him as this may ncourage others to do the same.lication opposite tropical lagoon gate

I had paid the TMC Water Bill on 15-Jun-2021 via your Billdesk (HDFC Bank Netbanking) amounting to Rs.2520/- (Payment Ref Number:[protected] for connection number: 11021083/00002 at Brahmand, Thane.

The payment went through and money got deducted from my account however the transaction failed on your website. The amount still has not reversed back to my account.

HDFC Bank says to check with you as the money has not been sent back to my account.

I had visited your office and enclosed the necessary documents with the letter. However, yesterday when I received the Water Bill 2021-22 the name change has not been done. A copy of Property Tax in my name (TARACHAND NARAYANDAS KOTWANI) FOR THE YEAR 2021-22 IS ATTACHED herewith for your kind perusal please. Hence, it is requested that the necessary changes may be carried out by you immediately. I have already paid the Water Tax for the current period today..

This is Soham Suresh Vatandar and I reside in Pankhanda, in remote areas of owala, Thane .

I would like to inform you that garbage bins are not installed in our location . I see the tribal people living here either dump the garbage in the forests here or burn it . Even my family members do this cause we don't have any option other than this . If we collect the garbage in the dustbins we have no source to dispose it other than the forest lands here . This is so
unhealthy for the environment. People have made kind of dumping grounds in the forests at some places .

The people here are illiterate . They are unaware of the hazardous effects of such actions taken by them . Thus some awareness creating program also must be carried here . Also segregation of waste should be promoted by providing red and green bins

I request you to kindly look into the matter and get some garbage bins installed in our area as soon as possible . I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.

Dear Sir,

With regard to my property at Amara, Kolshet, Thane, I have been provided with property id[protected]/00097 for my flat at W3/1703, Amara.

I wish to pay the property tax for the above mentioned property.

I downloaded by bill from the property tax website. The property mentioned is W3/1603 Amara.

Kindly issue me a duplicate / manual bill against my property which is registered as W3/1703.

Further, I am not able to apply for change in name of the property as it requires copy of property tax paid.

My second year of property tax is due and I am unable to pay my taxes.

Kindly rectify the issue so that I can pay the property tax as soon as possible.

I purchased rainy shoes at eve on 22/06/2021 from Pravashi Shoes, Station Road, Jambhali Naka Thane(West) for which the owner of the shop has charged me Rs. 400/-. I having trust on him, have paid the amount without any bargaining immediately and took the shoes at home. When I reached home and inspect the shoes I found that a price tag of Rs. 299/- is fixed on both the pairs of shoes. So I came to know that, the shop owner has mis guided me and sold the product to me above MRP. Hence, on next day morning at 9.30 ie. on 23/06/2021(today) I went to the said shop and showed the shop owner, the price tag on both the pairs and requested him to return my Rs. 101/- which he has charged additionally by mis- guiding me. On my request, the shop owner get annoyed and started quarreling with me that, it's a china item and price tag is immaterial and I can show you that, the I am selling the items for half of the price that if price tag is 800/- I am selling it for 400/-. On his argument, I explain him that you can sell the product below MRP tag but not above MRP tag. MRP is the maximum price for which any product can be sold, so kindly return my Rs. 100/-. However, he arrogantly replied that, you take your entire money and return my product, I cant give you Rs. 100/- back. This attitude of the Shop Owner is shocking to me and hence, I decided to take my money back as I need to reach office in time . However, this kind of attitude of a shop owner towards the innocent customer is not acceptable. I hereby want to lodge my complaint against the above shop owner, that the said shop owner, is charging above MRP and even not ready to accept his fault when pointed out, which shows, he will sell his products in the same manner in future also. The receipt which he is issuing against his products also do not have either any Registration No of shop or GST Registration. I have the receipt issued by him against the product which is annexed herewith.
The entire conduct of the shop owner, shows that he is not ready to abide the laws and having the attitude of looting of innocent customer by mis-guiding and mis-representing them. He is least bother about the customers time and money. I repeat that, the above mentioned shop owner is charging above MRP which is an offence under law and hence required to be punished by the competent authority. I am lodging this complaint in the faith that, I and hundreds of customers like me will get justice.

For the past 2-3 years..the tank of each building of our society is damaged due to which water keeps overflowing in huge volume and that too at least 2 times a day..so much water is being wasted that i guarantee the whole city would bathe in that water.The society committee hasn't looked into the matter for so many months..they are busy in avoiding children to play football..they think that is a more severe problem than wastage of water
I request you please look into this matter and hold these members accountable for this act..i can't explain in words how much water is being wasted
Please look into this matter as soon as possible..even when I'm writing this water is overflowing from one building

On June 4, at Gandhinagar TMC hospital they refused vaccination for being below 45. Today (June 21) they are saying that u r 44+ and are refusing vaccination. When will people born in 1976 get vaccination? (between 44 and 45)

Dear Sri,
I am a resident of shreerang society Thane, specifically near dutta mandir bapuji nagar. There is a dumping area right in front of my building and the garbage deposited is not cleared completely since few months. Every morning garbage collection van comes but takes away only a fraction of garbage deposited and the rest of garbage is lying there itself for months now. The rotting garbage has caused huge health hazards and breeding of mosquito and other pests like rats.
I request you to please take a look in this growing problem of our locality as there are pregnant woman and children residing in our locality.
