Since the last many days we are facing severe water crisis.
The water comes at a very low pressure and that too for just about 1 hour each day.
This is causing tremendous inconvenience to us.
We are not even able to maintain COVID-19 related hygiene.
Please look into this and rectify the situation.

I have filed a plenty of complaints about branches of tree over my whole house, however in last week when the thunderstorm affected in our city, some of branches of the tree has fallen on my house and the cement sheets had broken critically.

From.past 8 days in our wagle estate thane hajuri gaon near khetale garden ...dump garbage. But no one come here from TMC to collect and clean... Now the covid 19 situation and local areas people suffer from bad smells and no they are not take fresh air because of garbage...many time I am complaint bt still not take any action...please look in this matter priority basis

Hi, This is Minal Kimmatkar residing at Uthalsar naka Thane opposite Babubhai petrol Pump, LBS Rd, Thane 400601.I wanted to adress the issue of garbage site just beside my building, daily the garbage truck picks all the garbage in morning, though their in no such container and all for the garbage throwing.Still people use to throw all the waste to this place.At day time their is less mess but after late nights people use to throw n no of things.To this the rag picker’s added more trouble by spreading it more.In summer this garbage use to spread foul smell.Our bedroom window is at side only, we use to wake up with is strong smell which is hazardous to health also.Please look into the matter urgently.My contact no is [protected].Thank you and hoping for the speedy support.

Respective sir/ma'am,
This is to inform you that toilet and drainage pipe line work was held in our locality during last year in September. The work is not yet completed properly the workers broke all the tiles in our chawl to put the pine, but as mentioned the work was not completed they aaplied cement in place of tiles which is uneven and not according to the level due to which the water is completely blocking in front of some houses. During this cyclone water blocked in front of my house which caused trouble to me even the chamber is not properly placed which causes to injuries. Once the official of tmc visited our area i informed him about this issue but the feedback from him was not proper. Kindly look after this matter and reconstruct the tiles with proper level, so we won't face any issue in rainy season.

I am senior citizen & member of Marotrao Tarantalav, since last 40 years. Since March 2020, swimming tank is closed due to pandemic.

On 17/05/2020 I renewed my yearly swimming pass by paying Rs. 3151/-

Now again this year, I am supposed to renew it. There is no clear instructions to staff at swimming tank, whether to renew without taking fees. My last year fees are still with TMC.

In this Pandemic everybody is facing the monatory crunch.

Please give clear instruction to your staff about it. I am afraid if I do not renew & tank starts, I may refused the entry as it is not renewed for this year.
Please consider my genuine complaint & give feedback

This is with regards to frequent power cuts in our area Chitalsar, Manpada Thane West 400607.

This is a serious problem as many people these days are at home recovering from COVID 19 and are on oxygen concentrators. Oxygen concentrators run on electricity and some people require constant oxygen support.

This poses a serious threat to their life. Please look into it that the maintenance is done properly.
