I have submitted my application for the name change property transfer at Manpada-Majiwada Prabhag Samiti on 01 Feb 2021 (application OC attached).

I understand that it may take time for the name change but it has already been 27 days. I was told that I will get a call from the Kasarvadavali Municipal Corporation, however, I haven't received any calls or emails or any communications so far.br...

माझा कऺझुमर नऺबर आहे. 5011170/00019 मि प्रत्येक वर्षी पाणी बिल भरत असुन मला प्रत्येक वर्षी मागील बाकी दाखवत असुन मि अर्ज देऊन हि काही हि झाले नसुन माझ्या बहुतेक ऑगस्ट2020 महिन्याची भरलेली बिलाची Entry तुमच्या system मध्ये दिसत नाही आहे असे मुंब्रा ऑफिसमध्ये सांगितले आहे। कृपया करून उचित दुरुस्ती करण्यात यावी। जर का कोणत्याही वर्षी ची भरलेली पावती लागली तर ती मी दाखवायला तैयार आहे।

Would like to bring to your notice that unauthorised building construction work has been started in mumbra.
After calamity like lucky compound shillphata happened where so many innocent lost their lives due to unauthorised construction.
Now its in almas colony opp kausa qabrastan near almas hospital kgn society.
Area has been barricated and demolition of old structure has been started.
Request you to please take action against them so that no more people lost their loved ones like tht happened in shillphata.
Also after such stirct vigillant by your team i dont understand how these people has started work.

Hello Sir,

At Balkum pada no. 1, people are using public toilet tank water to wash car and other vehicle. They use the water and it get accumulated on the road making it difficult for the people to walk or drive bike. Due to this mud bike got slip and 3 person fell into that mud from bike. Attached the video of the scenario. We request you to remove the water tank which is outside the public toilet as already there are taps inside the toilet and tank is fitted at the top.

Respected Sir/Ma'm - Writing this w.r.t draw your attention that since 4 weeks in our society where we stay, have noticed that someone has abandoned two stray puppies in our society unnoticed. When inquired about the same, Noone knows from where these two puppies have come. These two puppies look 3 months old & we are afraid that they might cause a problem to residents once grown. we want you to please look into this matter & re-allocate them to a suitable place of your knowledge. This is a letter to draw your attention to the problem of mosquitoes in our locality. Our area located in Kismat colony Thane Mumbra 400612. For the past 3-4 months the problem of mosquitoes have increased rapidly. It is a result of the insanitary slum areas and overflowing of drains. These drains and the uncovered drums and water reservoirs of slum areas are the breeding areas of the mosquitoes. In the last month there were cases reported on dengue, and malaria. This could be really fatal for all o[censored]s in the society. Since few months no corporation representative came to spread DDT powder in the drains and other concerned places. This will severe the situation to the worst. Thus, it is a request from all o[censored]s of kismat colony kausa Mumbra People, that it would be really nice if you could personally visit our area and see the vulnerable condition yourself. If visiting personally is not possible then please send some of your representatives to take necessary action to stop the breeding of mosquito larvae.

Water pump has been installed on municipal pipeline, due to this other people are not getting proper water .

Pls help to solve the problem or close the piped connection which is illegal connected via pump.

There are illegal hawkers who sell non-veg food in front of my shop. They mostly every day do unethical behaviour. Due to them everyone have to smell a very bad odour, Hence, threat for each local public nearby.They block any parking areas nearby. Referring to the bus stop nearby, sometimes an enormous number of public may even gather which are forced to smell the odour as they are helpless against the hawkers.
Hawkers timing: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm(Average)
Shop Address:Shop no.4, Ground floor, Bldg No. S/1, Golden Dyes, Muktai Nagar, L.B.S. Road, Thane-400601(Hawkers stand infront of this shop)

Location- Chitalsar Manpada behind Cosmos Lounge Jungle, constructiin debris are being dumped in mass quantity, surrounded by residential bulding as well damging the jungle trees badly. This will be health hazard due to constructiin wast to local people in Happy Valey, Nilkanth Greens, Cosmos Lounge and Zopadpatti slunms. Pl look at it urgently before further damage happens.

Property tax paid to builder but till date not received payment receipt from builder,
Already requested over the email to builder but till date no response from builder.

Mahanagar gas employees who are working on fitting gas pipelines in Lodha Splendora, Bhayenderpada, Ghodbunder Road, Thane-400615 are not wearing face masks and they need access to our homes. They have to enter our homes and use the kitchen area for some time. In these times when Covid cases are surging again this is the least that we want. This is risking our lives and the lives of the employees working for Mahanagar gas too.

Just want to inform you that there is one big patch on road near Geeta society, Charai, ( Opp : Shiva Graphics )
This is there from the last few months but nobody is looking after it. Kindly take the necessary and fill it. Many vehicles get damage. and traffic gets jam.

I am a resident of Ramchandra tower, near gurukul society, PANCHPAKHADI, thane west. We are just behind the TMC building.
In a day, we get hardly 2 hours of water supply. In COVID situation, we need extra water to maintain hygiene.
Please help by supplying additional water to our area.

We, the residents of Rabodi would like to draw your kind attention toward problem facing by local vendors, Shopkeeper & Hawkers. Even this MARKET UNION is helpless to do anything about this issue. This market is fully occupied by outside vendors coming from different places if they belong to Thane itself well and good. But they are coming from Bhiwandi, Bandra, Santacruz, Navi Mumbai and they have made the market very cheap they selling cheapest of the cheapest things where our local shopkeeper Hawkers facing lot's of problems.
Sir we are the tax payers of the shop legally and in our own locality if we can't do the business properly they we have to raise the voice against the outsiders and Want to give you attention that some people have occupied space in market and they giving on daily rent basis to outsiders. They don't have a commercial Licence or Permission illegally they are giving there housing space to outside venndors
So we just want you to give a attention on Rabodi Market problem and take a action ASAP.

I am writing this from Sharifa Road, Near Wafa Tower, Mumbra to bring your kind notice on this increasing no. of stray dogs & their puppies in our locality.

Today I had observed one of the dog barking & chasing some kids (reason unknown), those scared & frightened kids ran to seek shelter in near by society entrance gate to save themselves from the dog. Also with this new born pups Will add more threat to kids in future.

Request you to make a kind note of the matter and take immediate action by arranging dog pick up van visit in our locality relieving us from the threat of these dogs & their puppies.

We have been complaining without result. Complaints to the police station have been futile as police say that TMC will demolish the structure.

Earlier the illegal construction was running of an office. But now the vested interests with the connivance of TMC officials and Police have constructed a hotel as the pictures will show.

his is to notify you that the structure is completely unauthorized and illegal. It has been built without any permission.

It is illegal, risky & dangerous construction which can cause harmful to people living in near surrounding. As this construction is very dangerous and can collapse anytime due to its structure.

Since so many years, tax collected on only two residential properties instead o[censored]nauthorized 18 rooms and 3 commercial shops which caused loss to the government treasury and promoting bribe and haftaraaj.

Have the documents of ownership been checked before granting the licence or is the hotel being allowed to run without a licence

I request you to kindly look into this matter and demolish this unauthorized and risky construction & encroachment as soon as possible, and take action at the earliest.

we are the resident of TMC Corporation. Staying at Khidkali area,
near to Khidkhaleshwar Mandir, Building Name Mukta heights and Sai shrushti annex. over all resident are staying above 650+ Resident in this area But in area there is no Road.Even we have paid Development charges will buying flat .but their is not development is going on . during any emergency of night time we cannot walk outside of the building . we are afraid with Street dog and many thing.

Dear sir we stay in tanwar Nagar near office of Mr Jitendra awad sir on the road the building repairing material is dam so badly

In my Locality Stray dogs are increasing day by day they bite people for no reason and start barking. They make noises whole night people are afraid to go out please send dog catching Van.
