A pipeline has broken near me 15 days ago.
Nobody take any action.
Its totally waste of water.
So please immediately close this broken pipe line.

I'm a resident o[censored]thalsar Area in Thane West. The drinking water quality since last two weeks is very pathetic. The water quality is polluted where there is layer of oil on it making it unhygienic to consume. The taste is also very degraded. Even if boiled the taste remains of substandard quality. PFA pictures for your reference. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and action it ASAP as it is difficult to consume such unhygienic water. It can lead to diseases harming our health. Who will be held responsible for it? Therefore, kindly resolve this problem and provide hygienic drinking water. It's the most important responsibility of the TMC to provide hygienic drinking water to the public!

I am residing at Chawl No.1Room No.5 Om Sai Chawl, Mousm Takize Mumbra devi Colony Diva East.

I last few days some persons using our Water supply without our permission and not ready to move out after giving such warnings and request.

Dear Sirs,

Would like to bring to your attention the lane between Dosti Imperia till Acme Zone there are lots of street dogs which are not sterilized. There are more than 30-35 dogs in the lane. Appreciate if you can have them sterilized or relocated.

Dear Sir,

With Reference to above property tax no please to inform your that our society for the premises yet not formed and property tax bill is on builders name from last two year. Out of 28 flats 10 flats till are in name of builder and 18 flats are in name of individual owner.

Now the issue is, this 18 flat owners has already paid the property tax as per the propornate amount provided by local TMC office with interest and for builder's side tax for 10 flats yet not paid.

Myself has paid last year's[protected] tax on time instead for year 2020-21 TMC has collected tax with Interest from all those who have already paid for last year. This is not fare and ethical, why i pay and suffer interest if others not paid their dues ?

myself taken initiative, conveyed, collected the tax amount with interest from all 18 flat and paid the same for both the year 2019-20 & 2020-21. Dues for remaining 10 flats till pending from builders side and we are not responsible for the same.

Request, please generate next property tax bill for FY 2021-22 in individual's name which enable us to pay in time without interest and penelty. if builder not paid his dues we will not responsible for the same and charging intererst for all is not at all acceptable by this 18 flat owners and we will not pay the same to TMC untill bill will not generate in individulas name.

Secondly, property tax charged is seems very high as compare to other areas, no one has provide the proper calculations and in our area there is no basic facilities provided by TMC but charged high in the bill. e.g

No Drainage Line
No Street Light on Road,
Dangerous And Risky Road
No Trees plantation
No Schools
Employment Guarantee ??
Tax on garbage ??
Dumping issue ? yet open

There are no basic development by TMC but charging and collecting high tax on same.

Kindly take into consideration, please visit once in mentioned area and at-least start basic development so it can be justify with the property tax amount. other-wise it looks like we are paying from our pocket to TMC free of cost only and not getting any basic development also.

Dear sir,
It has been observe that the new join which is open at upvan near gawand baug under the name of dosti katta or Chinese hut does not provide the quality food and we found living bug in the food which order.more over when enquire they have not taken necessary license and water is not suitable to use in food. Higiene at covid 19 is at higest level. Please take stick action against the owner

Number of places parking not available causing serious trouble to old citizens, patients and common people.
I visited metropolis hospital on Ghodbunder road. Despite wide road no parking available in both sides. Traffic constable on towing duty advised ys to talk to hospital for no parking. Very brutal way to reply.
Please need your attention.

Noise pollution from breaking walls in flat alterations in Nebula, Cosmos Paradise building

I request TMC to stop prospective illegal modification’s and extensions conducted by society members of Cosmos Paradise society. I have formally complained to society committee but they denied taking any action. Formal complaint is also submitted in TMC Vartak Nagar, Thane on 2-Mar-21.

Building walls are being removed to occupy open balcony, kitchen and bedroom space. Dry balcony is converted in second toilet. These structural changes are deteriorating building structure, reducing building lifespan and thus eventually endangering life of occupants. This is a security risk. Its causing immense noise pollution and disturbs residents who are working from home and students studying from home.

I am resident of Shri Krishna darshan Pancharatna Dwar kharegoan kalwa. There has been increasing number of dog population in our locality which is making traveling to market difficult for ladies and children's . There has been incident dogs following cycles of children making children afraid to play.

There is a pipeline breakage near Ranka Jewellers at Ram Maruti Road. The water is leaking since two days continuously.

Public utility services have carried out digging work & left the road without replacing the damage portion causing inconvenience to general public, your urgent attention is expected.

I live in Naupada B-cabin area Building Name Osho Prakash housing socity. We are getting foul smell and dirty TMC water for last 7 days. And today morning i found worms in water. And i will share picture

We/I am a resident of Nutan jeevan cooperative apartment (thane w) and I would like to bring to your notice about the water shortage in our building. We even complaint the secretary about it but she isn't taking those complaints seriously. The problem is within the building as water is provided in our locality. We didn't know what to do so I'm writing this complaint. Kindly do the needful if possible.

The amount of female toilet is written 2rs.but the lady who sit on cash counter she is forcing ladies to give rupees 5 .

Too mch arguement she is doing.
Kindly register the complainant stop bribe for females.

Since last one month debris is been dumped in the creek at Janaki nagar Kalwa next to chawl no 17 (A). Around 5 to 7 trucks are been brought every day.
