Sir I residing in satyam co operative society b wing 1st floor sir there are lot of mosquitos in our society no tmc service for spraying chemical and isolation please look for our complaint

Niece of resident miss kala issardas abuja 67yrs, at mamta building, flat no 9, first floor, near shankar mandir,
Kalva west thane pin 400605.
Would bring to your kind notice the following
*my massi alone residing in above flat since1991 her husband had left her all alone and now from august 2019 she is staying here in nasik with me and my mother 72yrs, for her medical reason.
*we are been pressurized to give flat for redevelopment to the builder who is collectively chosen by few residents in same building, maximum of them are actually not stamp duty paid ones.
*our documents are 100% cleared and we are not been called in to attain any of the meetings.
And when the last stage comes when money / documents are asked that time we are called there.
* secondly the residents have chosen a builder who asks construction cost
₹1, 650/- per square. Ft.
But the flat we will get will be in illegal construction.
*the flats will be given under lottery system
*ground +8 floors will be constructed there.

Sir,
In our absence last month patra shed on our terrace was removed without bringing that to our notice..
Sir we are registered owners and in that wing half of them are notarized ones.. Just bcoz few people want to eat up the cream they are trying to create mental pressures on us.. And our strength is being tested at every time.
This also means purposely we are been isolated and trying to be avoided at last the things may not be under our control.

My prayer to you is, please protect our rights and save our things which today are legal but, if not taken under your charge may get on llegal ground in future.
Hope so you will surely take timely action and save us from compromising on illegal activities.

My building undergoine recustraction and flat number change. I recieved two bills on 2017 for a flat with old and new flat number.
I have been instructed.
1) submit application to close old flat number account.
2) ask to duduct old flat number bill from new. Pay old nad differd bill of new flat number.
I did per instruction but the differed amount again come as outsanding in next bill. I shown application and then again i have ask to submit copy of application and paid only current amount. But again in next bill outstanding amount show with the addinal charges. This is happenign sice 2017 and no action taken yet. Kindly note application letter attached.

I am resident of jai maa laxmi chawl, paund pada, near shramik society, kalwa e, thane.

Recently, since the last 4-5 weeks, we are getting bad quality of drinking water. Because there is leakage in pipe and nallah (Gutter) water is mixing in it.

The water is impure and not drinkable.

Can the tmc commissioner take a look into this matter since this impacts our health.

Or can comissioner assign this to someone to look in it for pipe repairing?

This is ashish adhyapak and i am staying in indonesia with my family.
I had a plan for thread ceremony in the month of may 2020 but due to covid19 global issue we can not travel to india and our ceremony must be cancelled.
We booked one banquet hall in thane for ceremony purpose and paid deposits of inr 25, 000
Now we request hotel to refund our deposit but they denied and they are asking to reschedule ceremony before nov. 2020.
But due to global issue we will not travel to india and there are no suitable/auspicious date in this year so we would like to get refund of deposit money considering this special case.
Pls. Advice what is possibility for this?

Shops in the area of vasant vihar on glady alvares road are facing trouble as the garbage collection van has not been coming since the lockdown. Now restaurants are allowed to keep the kitchen delivery service open and hence we have done the cleaning of the place as well as sanitation of the kitchen. We have garbage to throw off as the place was opened after 8days. We would request the collection to be started again. I would highly help us. Hope you do the needful.

This is regarding illegal shed erected by some of the flat owners in our building called prakruti pearl at hiranandani estate. Respected corporator filled a complaint against request of some member against which notice from tmc was issued for demolition in 2 days time (Noticed served on 30th nov 2019) but no action from tmc till date. Notice attached

Every night there is a plastic or garbage burning smoke at Waghbill area. The smell is very disturbing to sleep. I don't know where this burning happens but it always happens in the night. Can you please look into this and find the people responsible for this ?

Hi, i am leaving in cosmos enclave just adjacent to everest countryside society. At the back of this society there is an under construction area, since past few days we have observe that there drainage pipe has been leaked and complete water is just filling up in this area, due to which we are facing problems like drainage smell, mosquito and etc. We have communicated the same with the society watchman but didn't get any response.

Kindly look into this matter at earliest as currently we are avoiding unhygienic condition due to this pandemic situation.

There are three stray dogs in our adjacent society who attack me and my pet dog whenever i take my fog for a walk. They growl fiercely and enter our building premises and almost bit my dog on two occasions. They have also attacked small kids and other pets in the adjoing buildings. Please help!
I was also injured badly in both the incidents. The residents of prabhat upvan society are regularly feeding these dogs inspite of requesting them not to. Sir things van turn out to be worse if nothing is done. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest sir. Thanking you.

The whole country is scared about coron virus, and said to be clean every hour
This is the biggest issue of drainage in shivaji nagar which is coming from the building, but there is no one of the building who is taken responsibility to clean this drainage chamber coming from their building name tripathi building

So i request to take strict actions against on this and soon as soon try to clean this drainage chamber

As i have time and again raised voice against the raising day by day unauthorized construction in the area of shil, abhay nagar, khardi, phadakepada, siblinagar, dawale, the assistant commissioner mr. Sunil more is most reluctant to resolve the same and take stringent action against the said illegal activitie. The reason best known to him, there is unauthorized construction is going on in front of diva prabhag samiti itself but still mr. More and his surveillance team are unable to see the same. May be they are suffer ring from cataract and unable to see the same. But if this is the case then they are liable to be removed from their duty burden. All the employees of prabhag samiti working in unauthorized construction removal department are having hand in glow with the builders and wrong doers. On 3/5/2013 the same ignorance towards the illegal construction lead to death of 74 innocent peoples in the incident of lucky compound. Same strategy as used by builders in lucky compound matter is obtained by many builder with the help of mr. More and in future it may lead to disaster. Mr. More and his team are immediately revealing the names of person making complaint against gal construction to the concerned builder and his gundas. After that siad gundas immediately call that person and give life threats which results in withdrawal of complaints. Mr. More have not resolved any complaint received by him against illegal construction. It may be seen from the register and the actual spot inspection as on paper the construction is shown to be removed, but in actually the construction is as it is. Mr. More and his team have created chaos in the vicinity. These illegal acts of mr. More and his associates have created burden upon the basic municipal facilities and tax payer is suffering from it even the municipal corporation is also suffering from loss of development charges as well as tax. So i request you to take appropriate measures against the same.

This is to bring to your attention an unauthorised construction coming up near casa royale chs at balkum pada no 3. Requesting authorities to please check the legality of the building as it poses a serious health and safety hazard to the residents around.

The structure does not have sufficient access space in case of any situation like a fire. There are 3 buildings that are in very close vicinity to this upcoming construction and in case of fire it will endanger the lives of the people living in and around the upcoming structure.

Moreover since there is no sufficient and proper access to this structure, it will also increase the risk of trespassing for the nearby residential buildings

Hello, i would like to bring to your notice that some places are still serving hookah till late night even in this corona virus curfew. This is very risky. Please look into the matter. One is cafe mojito in thane and another i know is janat cafe in yeoor hills near bombay duck restaurant. I request you to please take appropriate action against them and stop crowding these places.

I need to bring employee harassment’s done by teleperformance company in ashar it park thane west despite corona epidemic they asking employee to resume office from tomorrow onwards 21/03/2020 we are running on stage 3 of corona epidemic they are keeping their office at more than 50% capacity i am taking this personally because my wife also working in same company. This company influencing the outbreak.

Please help my wife and others from this harassment.

Hi i stay in kalwa but most o[censored]s people need to take sudama society road to reach kalwa west station in the premises od sudama society some stray dogs create nuisance and they are not just 1 or 2 but 4 to 6 dogs chasing the office goers many senior citizens also pass by the road the dogs are already vaccinated but can palika help us to get rid of them people are really insecure d please help us

Since last 4 month we are not getting water from bmc, only 1 hour in a day.
Which is not sufficient for family. We all are working hence unable to store water in a mid day time, every morning hardly we are getting water to make food. Our society members had requested for same but till now no action has taken.in vijay park only building number 1-2-3 is having this issue.
In other building they are getting at least 4-5 hour water supply daily.

This is regarding the irregular water supply in brahmand - ghodbunder road area. Since last 3 - 4 moths there is irregular water supply in the mentioned area. We resident of brahmand - ghodbunder road use to get min 2 hrs of water from municipal corporation in morning and 2 hrs in evening. Since last 3-4 months we are not getting adequate water. We hardly get 20-30 min of water supply and that too with low pressure due to which the water is not sufficient for the residential complex/
I have tried to raise this with municipal corporation, multiple times but not getting any response. The situation is becoming worse day by day and not action have been taken.
We have a doubt that there is some irregularity happening in supplying water to our area and water of our share is diverted somewhere else.

I stay in shukla building, padwal nagar, wagle estate, thane west -400604. There are 15-20 dogs who regularly keep barking and disturb whole society. They are couple of dogs which are injured and keep buying children around
This dogs are really headache for resident, we have complained in thane municipal organisation (Tmc) but no action is taken they just say that we are in process but the process is never ending
Please can you catch them asap.
