Sir/madam,
I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents in our area. There are numerous street dogs (Almost 8 to 10 dogs) in our areas they bark on residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially in the morning and at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite. They keep barking whole night, disturbing everyone sleep specially babies and old ill people. We are afraid to send our children alone outside.

So, i humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Hoep, you will take necessary action regarding this.

The road between thane and mulund is also bad due to naka (See picture of the girl)
So emergent renewal adopting this technique should start
1) clear the road with air oressure cleaners
2) spray bitumen by using bitumen sprayers
3) primary layer of 75 mm sdbmc mixture of emulsified bitumen bs -90 grade mixed with chips in a ratio of 9.5 kg per 10 sq meter of road surface
4) secondary layer 35 mm dbc
5) wearing coat of 25 mm macadem mix of 2 mm chips mixed with cold latex polymer bitumen + lime powder + sand
6) both flanks should be made strong by solvent coated paver blocks

Dear sir/madam,
There are many potholes on roads of thane from toll naka to ghodbunder road. It has become very painful to travel on this road. Why can't municipal corporation make concrete road and put an end to every years problem of potholes. Are we not wise enough to take this action rather than resolving problem temporarily by filling in the potholes with paverblocks? To make thane smart city first make our roads better.

There are many potholes between mulund toll naka to kapurbavdi but municipal corporation is inactive as after so many incidents took place potholes are as it is. Citizens are not paying taxes for potholes and roads which gets damage due to rains.

Atleast municipal can plan to fill potholes.

Atleast provide wake up call to municipal corporation so that they can listen to media and watch their corrupt officer/engineers work.

The highland residency dhokali road thane west 400607 is playing very loud music over 100dbs after 10 pm (Currently 10:30pm) on occasion of ganpati visarjan. Its really going on too long to bear this. At times the woofer tremors are felt throughout the building. Society has no regard for the municipal rules of no music after 10pm. Please take action against noise pollution.

Our building is situated at panchpakadi opposite gurukul society named motil nagar. The building next to us has gone for redevelopment but our builder has been ignorant to all our efforts. The condition of the roofs are now falling in bits and pieces. The builder does not seem to bother or reply about the same. Please take into consideration this complaint as the standalone building as well as its surrounding is degrading day by day

Recently i paid property tax and water tax online through municipal portal, after payment of the tax there is no receipt for the payment generated and municipal authorities have no answers for it but holding the my property transfer from my deceased father to me as no receipt of tax payment attached.
Also municipal authorities are denying the property transfer in my name in spite of my name added by my father during his application for property transfer in 2008.

I am the owner and the resident of flat no. 703 of sunrise enclave, b-wing, near suraj water park, ghodbunder road, thane. The lift in our building stops working very frequently causing severe inconvenience to the residents, in spite of the complete lift has been renovated recently by the company named silver line elevator pvt. Ltd., (Office at f/32, 1st floor, eternity mall, teen haath naka, thane west, thane -400604.) still the problem has not been solved. After complaining several times of the inconvenience caused, no measures have been taken. Have also learnt that the lift installed is illegal and no license has been obtained.

Kindly request to please take the matter as priority and take appropriate action.

I would request you and thane municipal stray dogs and cats collection department, there are 6 to 7 stray cats in our society which disturbs our day to day healthy living by doing toilet on every floor which spread disease also infant baby and kids are affected, please take this stray cats from our society and leave them to suitable area as per their living

Dear sir,

I have a 1 rk flat no. 324 in hasan bldg., zainy chs, anand koliwada, mumbra. Theres's been water leakage in the bathroom of my from the flat no. 424, which is directly above my flat for last 1 year. We have repeatedly inform the owner of the flat about the issue but he is not done any repairing work. I would like to file a complaint with the housing department of tmc regarding the same.

I have registered complaint last week, but till date no action taken, on dirty water issue. Request concern authority to spare some of their precious time to look in this matter, as it related to water, which is one of the most important and basic requirement of every living being

Complain: we resident of 22, himalaya building, b wing, vartak nagar facing the issue with extremely dirty tap water, which has been persistent since june 2019. All of the houses in my building are facing the same issue. Water being most important part of our life, i request the concern authority to look in to it.

I am writing this complaint in relation to the building where we are currently residing. This is an 32 yrs old building and it's condition is very bad now still the residents of the building are not taking any necessary precautions to safeguard the building. We are staying at thane in lokmanya nagar pada no. - 4 and the building name is ganesh prasad, a - wing.

Our own house is entirely leaking. Our kitchen has become a mini swimming pool where water keeps dropping from the ceiling. The situation is so worse that i'm afraid the ceiling may fall anytime. We have a family at home. This is really disturbing. Last year we had an incident where some portion of the ceiling had fallen off which we have repaired. That time some government officials came did some investigation and went. After that there is no action taken.

I don't understand why such old buildings are not taken for re-development by the government. I'm sure this building may fall anytime and the residents of the building should be moved from there. This is to inform you that i have registered a complaint at tmc panch pakhadi & kopri prabhag samiti having (Inward no.7556 & 524. Dated 13/06/2019) regarding illegal construction.
A shop below my house has increased height above my floor level saying there is water logging problem in his shop, while constructing have also damaged the column of already old building, to this i met asst. Commissioner mr maruti gaikwad several times but received only lingering comment and no results yet, according to him and the team height increased is illegal but not to that extent for which necessary action can be taken.

Respected sir my question is how can one cross floor level and increase height stating such reason and it's illegal but no action is been taken, so are there any parameters set for illegally constructed activities, that one can at least know rather wasting time complaining / having faith in official to act on their complaints, should be quite and face the problem as nothing can be done to same, don't know when such illegal constructions will be stopped. As same goes on increasing day by day.

With hopes of necessary action request you to kindly look into same.

There are seven huge drains which have been pried open by pranksters along the footpath right outside Vasant lawns, Majiwada Thane west.

Apart from residents of buildings in the vicinity, the people from the nearby slum (especially kids) as well as several people who walk from respective bus stops towards their offices inside TCS office campus and Lodha i Think use this path. There is a school in this area towards which many parents and school kids also walk daily. This makes it a high transit, highly used walking space.

I have mailed pictures of all seven open drains along with one picture of the footpath to the emailID [protected]@thanecity.gov.in requesting the municipal corporation to address this issue as soon as possible.

There is a high risk of potential mishaps happening. Request you to please help close these drains as soon as possible to avoid any unfortunate incident. Attaching three pictures out of the seven due to the size limit.

Dear sir,
I am (Shridhar shripad padhye) residing in solitaire tower, manpada (Opp. Thane r mall & dosti imperia). We are staying in flat no 201, a-wing for last 12 & 1/2 yrs.
Since last 3 yrs. We are facing severe seepage problem in our flat. This is mainly due to lot of alterations done in the flat 301, which is exactly above my flat. According to us many of the alterations are illegal although we are not experts to decide that.
Despite our several requests, flat owner is not ready to do anything. We have given formal complaint to society, however there is almost no response from the society.
We are in the helpless situation & we do not know what we should do to remedy the situation.
We will be really grateful if you can guide & help us to resolve this issue.
Needless to mention that we have to bear financial loss due to this problem & mental trauma as well.

Everyday, after 12am, there are almost 7-8 dogs barking continuously throughout midnight causing disturbance during sleep. People across the society are tired of this daily problem. No one is able to sleep properly.

Watchmen sometimes try to get rid of them but they come back.
I sincerely request for a solution to this problem since it's affecting our daily routine.

This is to bring to your notice about the garbage heap in front of our office building atul ltd plot no 68 road no 21 wagle estate. We have our corporate office where we have visitors coming from europe and this gives a bad impression about our country.

Request you to kindly take note of this and make arrangements for frequent collection and also notify about fine to the local people and also the hotel located there.

Furthermore, the entire wagle estate is maintained in a very bad condition inspite of the fact that it has maximum corporate offices. We actually need to beautify such places which earn revenue. Kindly take this matter seriously and do support to beautify our thane.

I want to bring this to your notice that where we are running a school just adjacent to it theres a vacant ground where theres a lot of dumped garbage and sewage. Which is spoiling the atmosphere. Our parents and students are facing a lot of troublem due to this garbage which is accumulated here roadside.
Many of our students have got ill due to uncleanliness.
I have already complained regarding this problem but then no action has been taken yet.
Visitors and the future leaders has to pass through this garbage to enter the school as the garbage is almost in front of the school's gate.

Currently, i am facing the issue with dirty drinking water which comes through my tap. All of the houses in my building are facing the same issue with water as it comes yellow in color from our tap which is not hygienic for us, so i would want raise a complain about it. Currently, my location in padwal nagar, wagale estate, thane. I look forward for resolution.
