The attached pictures clearly are visible of the amount of garbage which is lying on street at the above address. After elections there are no pick up garbage van arranged to collect the waste. This has resulted in garbage piling on streets. Even an ambulance, fire brigade will not be able to pass in case of an emergency. Kindly look into the matter on top most priority and arrange to do get this area cleaned inorder to create A SMART AND CLEAR THANE CITY.

I am Kiran Ekhande residence of Sheetal kiran CHS, near jai bharat maidan next to OM vishni bldg, Vilram nagar behind Gaon devi temple, like to bring in to notice that there is Gutter which is chock up from two weeks and also electric cable of adjoining bldg have passed ther bilding connection cable through this gutter
Watter is overflowng on road also electric cable might be dangerous.

Due to this chockup rain watter also get logged in our bldg and enters in groundfloor house.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice about the illegal construction happening at The Walk, Hiranandani Estate, Thane.
According to the Floor plan of The Walk the total area of 1Bhk is 420 sqft which includes hall, kitchen, 1bedroom and 2 bathrooms.The approx rate of the property is around 95 lakhs .

Now the twist is ..

There is a hidden duct in some of the buildings which acts as an elevation part of the building, especially Ventana A, Surprisingly the size of the duct is around 430-450 sqft each owner is acquiring and converting 1BHK into 3.5 BHK which they does not own it and is absolutely illegal.

This duct is constructed on MS ANGELS which is 17' long and is fixed on nut bolts, which causes heavy vibrations .Where is the safety here ? If incase any accident takes place who is responsible ? How dare the owners can steal this place .

And to your notice all the people around are aware of this including the brokers .
Now the owners and brokers have started selling these flats as 3.5 BHK and the price they are quoting is 1.50 CR to 1.60 CR

Its my humble and genuine request to take this case at serious note and take immediate and strict action on this before any mishap.

Resident of Flat No.11, Mr. Mane has done renovation in his flat and kept the debris in the building premise which creates hurdles. It may create mosquitoes and other diseases.

I request you to instruct Mr. Mane to clear the debris immediately from the building premise.

These dogs are attacking members as well as visitors coming to the society. Considering safety of all we request thane municipal corporation to take immedioate action & send dog van. Specially it has become dangerous for children.

Hello i am a resident of dombivli and the reason behind i m complaining you is the fire in diva dumping ground. It has become a mess to everyone as the smoke is thick that it effects the people living here in dombivli as well. It also effects the whole region of thane-dombivli as people are getting severely effected due to it. The aqi is usually going high and making everyone restless. The people don't even know how this fire lits up everytime but plz take some measures against this or else it's going to be more dangerous for everyone. I hope you resolve this public complaint by me as soon as possible.

Hello, new sathi co-operative housing society located opposite sai baba mandir in louis wadi indulges in illegal burning of garbage in their premises. Because of this, there is huge amount of air pollution which is affecting nearby residents who have breathing problems. Please take strict action against the society for illegal burning of garbage. If no action is taken, you will be responsible for any loss of lives because of breathing problems.

I am facing the problem of irregular water supply in my building we are not getting supply of water from last 5 days, and even over a week. But the problem is that water supply is regular in different nearby areas of my building, due this we are facing big problems this is due to some building issue or local body problem
This is the humble request to the department plz solve our problem or give us some other alternative of water supply.

Property details: survey no.285/2, property no.11010467 and 11010468, block no.101, house no. 660, near commissioner bungalow, patlipada, g b road, thane west.

This is to notify you that the property built on the collector (Government) land is completely unauthorized and illegal. It has been built without any permission.

There are unauthorized 18 rooms and 3 commercial shops have been built on only two property receipts no 11010467 and 11010468. It is illegal, risky & dangerous construction which can cause harmful to people living in near surrounding. As this construction is very dangerous and can collapse anytime due to its structure.

Since so many years, tax collected on only two residential properties instead o[censored]nauthorized 18 rooms and 3 commercial shops which caused loss to the government treasury and promoting bribe and haftaraaj.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and demolish this unauthorized and risky construction & encroachment as soon as possible.

I currently stay at Sparta society, Hiranandani west. There is a major concern of stray dogs over here. There are about 10 stray dogs roaming around randomly and starting from around 11pm until morning 8-9am their randomly and almost continuous barking the entire night and morning makes very difficult for us to sleep. I contacted the dog control dept. However, they said that they can do something about this situation only if the dogs attack or bite someone.
That's a quite lame excuse to give because these stray dogs are practically of no use and are just adding more problems to the society. Can someone please do something about this situation?

I m a resident of kalwa thane near, there is a severe wastage of drinking water in our neighbour building near gaondevi kalwa i request the muncipal to come and check the problem of the residents living there as soon as possible. I am a citizen o[censored]lhasnagar 3. It has been since a year there is a big water leakage problem in punjabi colony, near to nagina palace. Tonnes of litres of water is wasted everyday. Inspite of these leakages no action is taken by the authorities.

Request you to look in to the matter and solve the issue as this will save our precious drinking water.

We have one street dogs at attached road to our building. He is wild and come to bite.

He also bark at scooter and bikes and at few instance bike rider have met accident due to dog.

There have been incidences of 8 to 10 dogs barking running at a time and almost attacking people in a pack including pregnant women and small children, dogs robbing parcels from people delivering hotel food, dogs biting people who had to take injections. Dogs tearing off bike seats etc.
Mostly they are chasing children's and elderly people so please do the needful it's mostly happening near tjsb bank k villa thane west

I am residing in parsik nagar complex of kalwa.

We have many street dogs in the society. They are wild and they come to bite if we have any food in hand.

They also bark at scooter and bikes and at few instance bike rider have met accident due to these dogs.

We cannot even walk and jog in the area. There is one lady constantly feeding biscuits to these dogs and because of her dogs think all with bags of food in hand are going to feed them and they attack if we don't give food

Please take appropriate action as soon as possible as it has become impossible to bring food stuff at home and walk through the lane.

My self tushar patil residing in diva sonu plaza building pin is 400612 where drinking water is not available since last 2 weeks also the water supplied for other purpose is also highly contaminated and even we are not able to bath with the same

If their is any courtesy towards us please look into the matter very urgently

I am qureshi pranay nandgaonkar, residing at kamles chs, kopri colony, opp. Kanya nagar society, kopri, thane east, reason for writing the letter is that there are many street dogs in our locality and the they are wild, they keep barking and fighting over the night and we couldn't have sound sleep. Also they come to bite us most of the times. I don't understand how come dogs come here and that also so many dogs and they are furious.

Requesting you to please take action against such dogs so that we don't have to live in fear and also it's easy for kids and ladies to go out of the house for buying grocery and to go to schools and classes.

Kindly help us with this situation.

Dogs chasing and biting me and other people there are about 5 to 6 dogs all are agressive and they just came here frequently, please send a dog catching squad and take care off them. This happend on 9th april 2019 contact me on - [protected]. I was cycling and 3 dogs came in front of me and were growling and started chasing me and were jumping in front of my cycle to stop me, i was saved by a watchman who shouted after seeing me being chased, please take care of my problem i request you.

I am a resident of Sector 3, Shree Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane. Our area is infested with stray feral dogs that chaise locals during the day as well as night. They climb on parked cars and scratch them with their paws. They ### on doorsteps and gate entrances. This is a serious hygiene issue and needs to be dealt with ASAP. In the past, TMC dog vans have been spotted in the area but they seem to have failed to resolve the issue. Last night I visually counted 15 dogs alone in a single street (Sector 3).
Please assist.
