Stray dogs posed a threat to our society members and the threat has increased more now as one of the them had given birth to many puppies. The dog barks at us when we work around in the society and may bite anyone o[censored]s. So i request to to take this complain very seriously and remove all the stray dogs from our society at the earliest before something bad happens with anyone o[censored]s because of these stray dogs.
Our society had given call to tmc many a times regarding this but no one answered the calls. So we sincerely request you to take action at the earliest.

I am shaibaaz form khan social welfare association in amrut nagar dargha road near ashrafi building in my area street light not working properly the people complain our association we want led street light in our area because the road is their for people you also contact our social worker president mr. I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have proper street lights.

Since 6-7 years we are facing a problem of drainage (Gutter over flow) in our area located in mumbra, amrut nagar, nobody take's an action for such a sewages. People who resides there is facing so much problem like dangue, maleria. Mostly senior citizens are facing this problem who already heart patients.
Sir/ madam, we all requesting you to please solve this problem and take out from this trouble.

We the residents of rajpark, parsik nagar, kalwa have been facing shortage of water since the past month and is worsened lately so much so that we have to buy water tankers to meet our water requirements. New complexes in the locality are having adequate water supply and the indira nagar slums behind our complex have abundant water. We have started feeling that we have become the point for accommodating for any shortfall or excess requirement whether be water or electricity. Even illegal slums are receiving water and electricity uninterrupted. If there are habitual offenders and nonpayers because of which facilities to this locality are being disturbed then there should be further seggregation in supplies so only that particular area suffers rather than entire area.

I am resident of the gulistan colony; people are facing the problem of street dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation. The street dogs killed my cat. And we are facing so many problems because of that.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

This is with reference to the extremely bad condition of the road before & on the bridge of mumbra_kalwa by-pass & in between the stretch from kalwa to shill phata.

I am a daily traveller by private bus as i work in taloja midc. I travel 4 hours daily. Please help with the relaying and smoothing of road since it is very painful and tiring.

I am resident of diva east area. Their is major issues regarding roads. From 2 years their is not any development regarding infrastructure here in diva.
1) roads are becoming more worst day by day. Autos even public can't able to travel on roads.
2) electricity is not even works for full day, after every two to three hours their power cut down. Getting diffcult to stay here. Means some times full day and night light is not their.
3) diva is full of garbage place. Bedekar area, near talao, etc. Are not getting worse. Grabages, waste plastics, are spread all over. Which smells to bad. And getting infacted to stay crowd here.

Kindly humble request is their to look to it. As diva between thane to dombivali major junction station but lack of development its not developing.

After continous rainfall, the already broken road of diva is in their worst condition.
The potholes which were already there since years have now become so big that it is becoming impossible to ply over the diva road. Although whole of diva mumbra road need attention, road at ganesh nagar and bedekar nagar needs urgent focus.

I request on behalf of all affected public here that please do something.
This area just cannot be ignored and isolated like this.
The condition of road is so bad that a pregnant woman would have delivery in mid way to hospital.
The condition is very vulnerable to fatal accident and need urgent work.
I request higher authorities to please monitor the situation. I wonder if there is any realistic plan for development in diva?

I travel daily from thane towards mumbai and i have to cross the eastern express highway toll naka daily. The roads have become so dusty that the dust rises above height of 10 -12 feet. Our kids travel by school bus and they fall sick owing to the dust. Eeh is known for being pot hole free and a nice experience till mulund. Its a shame when we enter thane it's so dirty on both side of the highway.
As a responsible citizen of thane i am throwing light on the issue.
I hope that the roads are clean and the dust dumped in the toll naka area by the new construction building is cleaned up

I am staying at n. M. M. Society kalwa west near sahyadri society... We are harassed by street dogs in society.. Here more then 10-12 street dogs regularly barking.. Came to bite people.. Early morning and late evening we won't able to came out of home due to this. Small children's and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these...

To, honorable devendra fadnavis sub:complaint against parking of illegal truck, heavy vehicles and commercial vehicles and storing of cable, bricks, metal sheet in society premises respected, chief minister devendra fadnanvis i am writing you with deep sense of disappointment, that an illegal committee is formed which truly in illegal activities such as extortion and our society premises been used for the same like storing of bricks, metal sheets, cable wire etc. The committe is known as apex committee which is unregistered body, nothing to do with social growth of society, always social activity, always demanding money for any social program. Which would be big cause/barrier for social, mental, environment growth. Our society access road was been maintained and constructed by ssa-trust in association with honorable mla narendra pawar, because the road was having many patholes due to regular transportation of heavy vehicle. Still the bridge including the maintained road is now damaged by heavy vehicle. Although we pay the yearly property tax to society which is approximately 10000000/- annually so we urge you kindly take most serious action against such illegal body, or the guy who is supposed to store such commercial material in our society premises which is nothing but kdmc space. With reference to the above.We are members of Ram kutir CHS Yashashvi Nagar Balkum thane west are living in a unhygienic conditions where the gutters in the society are leaking for the past few months dirty water keeps coming out and water is stagnant inviting mosquitoes to breed which could invite sicknesses like dengue etc.
Kindly look into the matter and please take some action before its too late.

1)Unauthorised Franky Dealer next to Bhavani Medicals Shop no.1
There is an unauthorized franky vendor who is situated outside Bhavani medical shop and within society premises. He operated by having a cylinder Oil gas stove which can be harmful in the event of emergency. The franky dealer uses water from society's toilet for his regular operations.
The medical shop owner has also extended his fridge and eatables racks outside the shop premises. They are been regularly informed to remove their unauthorized displacements but do not adhere to notices. No one is ready to take the responsibility with whose permission he is operating in the society premises. He needs to be removed with immediate effect and to be arrested.

2) Krishna Sweets :- Shop No.5 The owner also prepares everything with an open oil stove exposed outside the shop premises and also observed of keeping few cylinder’s in premises. As there are few colleges around the premises and frequent fights are observed in near by premises. If he continues to cook outside the premises this might prove fatal in future.

Re: farid noorie, the proprietor of noorie group of companies, having its construction business in kausa, behind bharat english high school, behind kausa kabrastan chandnagar, has flouted the rules of construction of the thane municipal corporation. A 7-storey building is constructed on the land bearing survey no:7, next to survey no:46, belonging to abdul wahid gulbar, kausa.
Between the two plots is a nullah drainage of which the route or direction has been changed from old naksha / drawing/ map to take full advantage of the adjoining plot bearing survey no:46 of which 6 guntas plot is consumed by the builder.

As the builder had insufficient space / land to make available access road to the plot he has utilized a portion of survey no:46 along with the nullah / drainage. This has resulted in the loss of fsi or tdr on the land bearing survey no:46, the access road crosses the nullah / drainage and crosses through the portion of land bearing survey no:46, and has constructed the building close to the nullah / drainage

This has made him impossible to construct a boundry wall and is now expecting the municipal authorities to issue an occupation certificate for the constructed 7-storey building.
Other 3 to 4 towers are constructed on the same plot.
There were no chances of constructing the 7-storey building on the plot, as the high tension wire [electric wire] of the tata company is just 12 to 13 feet away from the tower which poses a threat to the lives of the residents or the occupants. He has also constructed a garden under the high tension tata electric tower within the garden or in order words the garden surrounds the tata electric tower.

It seems that the officers of the tmc are hand in glove with the builder and the work done is in complete agreement with the shahar vikas department.

I would like to draw your attention towards the construction site and would request you to visit the site along with your team to find out how the builder and another builder known as ‘grace builder’ next to farid noorie’s complex have flouted the rules set by tmc.

I would request the demolition officers to have a look at the site. Excess fsi has also been utilized on such a small sized plot, which appears to be legally illegal.

Visit the site personally, get the building demolished and stoppage and unathorised work and occupation certificate. Please find out as to how the officer have sanctioned the plan and have gone hand in gloves with the builder and have done the work taking bribe. The loss of our 6 gunthas land is unbereable. Photocopy is attached. Surprised as to why you haven’t checked or gone through the letter yet. No action has been taken.
I repeatedly request you to stop the oc.

My advocate will issue a notice and take the matter to the court of law. Please do not issue the occupation certificate to the builder.
Kindly do the needful and oblige.

The roads from shilphata to mahape has gone from bad to worst.. Its a menace travelling for work every morning... Bikers and cars are getting stuck in the potholes which endangers their life from the huge trucks passing... For what are we paying taxes when we dont feel safe on roads... The nalas in mumbra are overflowing... Why... Because the filth was removed from it to show the people and left there itself whichwith the rain water went back to the gutters... Its wasting the citizens money...

I am staying at Mira Road, Silver Park, as there is bunch of garbage pile up at the entrance of our complex, after checking with our watchman, the garbage truck didn't collect the garbage since last week, cause the garbage from all the complex pile up on the road from last one week, in this rainy season if it will not collect on daily basis we r inviting diseases + pollution, can some one look into this ASAP, Thanks.

There are many pot holes on both the sides of the road of thane bhiwandi bypass road. I seen many cars and trucks breakdowns because of these big holes. I myself have experienced it and was saved with a major accident.

The roads needs to be repaired at the earliest or the road authority will be responsible for any life loss.
