This is with reference to my earlier applications/allegations mentioned below:

For the past three months I have been continuously bringing to your notice about the illegal constructions being carried out in ward .no.110. under the jurisdication of you and your staff, and on our verbal conversation you had said you are not provided with the necessary staff and machineries and police protection from the commissioner of Thane and hence you are unable to stop these illegal construction but I have seen that for the past three months you have been provided by police protection and staff every months for more than 15 days per month. In this month of November you have been provided with staff, machineries and police from 5th November 2009 but no action is been taken from your side in this ward. Also you had been provided with the above staff from 9th October 2009 for the whole month and till date but you did nothing to stop these constructions. Hence I just want to know if you or the commissioner is responsible for these illegal constructions as the government has provided a separate department to stop these types of constructions. If this department cannot stop these constructions then what is this department doing there and why are you paying them for?

Also in my previous application I had warned you if any accident occurs just like one happened in ulhasnagar in the previous month but this application also got unheard from your side. Hence I don’t think so your are looking towards the life of those innocent people who are living in these buildings whose constructions are not as specified by I.S.Codes. If any accident occurs in mumbra I will see to it that criminal case u/s 302&307 is lodged against you only as being the Asst. Commisioner you are responsible for that accident.

I think since I don’t have any political support behind me you and your staff are taking this lightly. Hence I just want to remin you that this is my final reminder to you and your staff and if the information is not provided to me I will have to move to court and you will have to pay me the delay charges and for the loss of time I had for the past two months.
For the past two months a number of illegal constructions have flourished in this ward and a number of constructions have been finalized since I have the photos of day to day work of all the illegal activities in this ward it is easy for me to prove in court that you are whole and sole responsible of the ongoing illegal constructions and you may be having some profit from these activities hence you are allowing this kind of constructions to flourish.

The letters and photos which I have taken and which I have submitted to you is enough to prove that you are guilty and are encouraging illegal constructions in ward. No.110 in Mumbra, Kausa and hence M.R.T.P act is applicable on you also sir. I have enough documents to prove this in court and your delay in providing me the information is a key point for me.

No water supply in our Chawls — No Water for last 3 -5 months

We have not been receiving water in our house for last 4- 5months at Hirabai Chawl, Davari Nagar Gate No.1, Nehru Road, Chaitanya Lane, Vakola Bridge, Santacruz (E) H/E-Ward.
We have brought water from the others neighbour who is resident of other part of our area.

We have brought a private plumber to inspect & clean the water meter as well as water pipe
.
I would therefore like you to look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

In mumbra there is around two housand new illegl construction is goining on, builders constructing 8th floors building in gram panchayat but no one is taking action against that even any police, any municipal officer or any goverment employee, the all are involved in this illgal work.

Sir,
I own a shop at Murbad, Thane Dist. Address : "Shetkari Sangh", Congress Bhawan building. Murbad main road, Murbad, Thane, Maharashtra.
Sir, the society "Shetkari Sangh" was started way back in 1985, for local farmers. Building was suppose to have shops for farmers. My shop was inaugurated in 1985 by famous local congress leader. I have original membership agreement and share-certificate.
Subsequently, many commities have formed, and each of them have constructed illegal shops and sold or rented them to shop-keepers. Today, situation is so bad, that out of 25 tenants, only 4 of the earlier members have some legal-documents. All others are illegally running shops and hotels in the heart of the town.
Today, I am being threatened by the local mafia's to vacate, or compramise at my business. My business is to stand-still, due to illegal activities in the area. This free-form behaviour of the so called "authorities" will not end, untill strong legal action is initiated.

construction — Drinking water is being used in construction

Dear Sir,

This is to complain that a house is being constructed at B-87, Gali no.-11, Shashi Garden, Delhi-110091, where huge quantity if drinking water is being used in house construction. also 50% of road width is occupied with the building material due to which public is facing problem passing through.
Moreover, the plinth level of the house has been kept so high, entrance step will come upto the road and will occupy at least 2 feet width of the road and house is being constructed without the map approval for the authority.. You are requested to take suitable action.

I reside in Mumbra-Kausa, from last 3 Year I have seen near Bharat English high school lots of illegal constructions are being carried out, Because of that we are facing lots of issue like electric, water Supply etc. we have complaint for this so many time but know one is ready to take any action.

I would like to inform you that after making the building by illegal construction you using the way of Hunger strike. Where you was when the building was under construct. Why action is not taking by govt on that time and now asking for action for demolish of the building.
Where those will go who taken flats in the building. How Power Meters and water connection is approved in the building. Why there was ''NO Routine Checkup'' from Municipality.
I am not aware from illegall construction in Kausa Mumbra but those are seating chair what they are doing for this and they should have to setup a team to survey on timely basis.
Now municipalty must have to approve those illegal construction and my opinion to make a team and make site visit to all places etc.

I stay in mumbra last 20 yrs, lot o[censored]p and down seen in their, but now illegal contraction is going in very high level and most of the corporators supported to local builders, in word no-109 and 110 illegal contraction is going herein request you please take immediate action again builder or please stop work, Aslam Ansari and other corporator took 2 lac for each illegal slab or took 1 flat for entire building.this is sham on us and our government supporting these bad builders.

Please municipal commissioner take immediate again these builders and stop their illegal work.

I Agree with you, and would also add that there is no proper RTO (Traffic Police), as there is lots of Auto-Rickshaw rising in kausa-Mumbra, with that there is no proper parking Areas, Its on people wish where ever they want they can park there vehicle making congestion on roads.

Please also see to it that, most of the footpath are occoupied by the hawkers,

I had already made several complaints about illegal constructions but TMC authorities are not acting or rather hand in gloves with the illegal builder lobby. I would like to know the channel for complaints and if their is any NGO operating for the cause. If any one knows please contact me at [protected]

Ganeshkrupa building in ganeshwadi, Thane west is an illegal building built in 1993. There is no registeration done of the building, then also society is formed with illegal members involved in it. illegal process of plastering is carried out.Building is declared as most dangerous by TMC as it may fall any time.TMC is aware of this but there is no action taken.Thus TMC should restrict this type of illegal buildings that are constructed without any fear of legal terms.

Please does not OPEN my IDENTY or NAME or search to me because the community of builder is not good man which you know, they can may be damage to me on account of that complain.
I would like to draw your attention that At Plot No. 145/7 i.e. (Survey No. 145 and Hissa No. 7) there is an illegal construction is doing Continue by some unknown builder I do not know the name of builders perhaps his name is Jamal.
Before the start of construction there was a Bunglow of ground floor in the name of TAHIRA MANZIL, the builder have purchased and demolished to the said Bunglow. Only out side wall (Boundries) is existing till date and planed to construct 7th floor building to that place. The PHOTOGRAPHS of Bunglow before demolition are available and attached. I am giving you right information it is not misguide from my side.

Illegal construction is going on in Dattu wadi - Mumbra near Mumbra Petrol Pump which is very horrible. Muncipal officer demolisted the foundation but still they are working on the project . I request muncipal officers to take drastic action to stop illegal construction otherwise customers will suffer.

Thats true .. If illegal contruction is not been stopped then it will become a serious issue... Also people who resides in such illegal buildings are innocent.. so govt should take certain steps to arrange a home at a cheaper rate to those peoples, so that they do not switch to these illegal buildings.

ill-legal construction has been stop but same builder from smarat nagar opp. mumbra police station are still ready to start the ill-legal construction . the name are 1.ankush gutam hatkar 2.shiva sinde ect are ready to start the construction.the ill-legal builder are start to buy the material and they are forcing the tenant to pay money for which they are not liable or they given them a statement to kill. i request to govt do not give him any relife to start the construction/

The Thane Muncipal Corporation is turning blind eye to a spate of illegal hoardings of political persons in Kisan Nagar, Thane west-400604.
The hoardings are been placed on the building because of which the area is been polluted. this is a serious offence and thane muncipal commisioner should look after that.

My dear docile TMC officials, please get into action before its too late and pressure is on from this losy policticians to regularize these encroachments

Khopat — encroachment by Fishland Khopat

I want to compalin about Fishland hotel which is located in Khopat thane (west).

This hotel has encroched footpath and chairs are kept on the footpath. It's very Inconvinient for the people who stay in khopat as even car parking is being occupied by hotels consumer.

I would like to request TMC or some authority to take strict action against it.

there is a illegal building constructed in you area, which was half demolished by goverment, but

late he start reconstructing it & rented almost all the flats, he is redevloping the damage

portion of the building B wing & 5th floor, sorry to revial my detals as they guys are reloated

Encroachment -Illegal cosntruction in Mumbra and Kausa
The Thane Muncipal Corporation is turning blind eye to a spate of illegal constructions going on in Mumbra and kausa, Thane 400612.

A builiding which was demolished thrice is again constructed and now with 7 floors. When will the encroachment team wake up? The TMC will not only help proliferate but also will extend the public amenties like electricity, water etc.

there are couple of other dangerous constructions going on with zero planning. A three flooried building is being added up with another floor with no approvals.

Also just recently a G+2 building collapsed in sainik nagar kausa but still with the help of the local corporators and the sitting MLA Mr. Jitendra Awad these constructions are going on.

My dear docile TMC officials, please get into action before its too late and pressure is on from this losy policticians to regularize these encroachments.
