I have complained about the pathetic concrete roads in Cherai, but the TMC is giving me lame excuses about the contractor. is the tmc SLEEPING or DEAF to complaints, is the TMC COMMISSIONER INDIFFERENT and DEAF to complaints submitted to it. OR ARE THEY TAKING THE CITIZENS FOR GRANTED AND ### AND BARKING DOGS.

Since last 3 months TMC is putting all the garbage collected in Mumbra Kausa area at the backside of Betheseda Church Maryam Manzil Mumbra. There is lot of foul smell and mosquitoes because of which people staying in the area are facing difficulties. My sincere request to TMC is to find an alternative place where garbage can be dumped. The place is not livable and reason for diseases. REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CONSIDER THIS REQUEST AND DO NECESSARY ACTION. THANKS.

Before the monsoon, the thane municipal corporation (tmc), concretised all the roads in cherai (this is between the footpath and the already concrete road), I was very happy that at last these stretches would be even. But after a cement or concrete work is done, the work should be cured by letting water remain over the concrete so that the water can soak into the cement, BUT THIS IMPORTANT CURING WAS NOT DONE, EITHER DELIBERATELY OR DUE TO NEGLIGENCE. With the result all the concrete work done by the contractor was useless, because now all the cement and gravel (stones) are loose and coming out making this part unwalkable especially for senior citizens (like me), because one can hurt your legs, THIS IS VERY PROMINENT JUST OUTSIDE ST JOHN THE BAPTIST SCHOOL, and wherever the concrete work was done, in cherai.
I have been complaining to tmc through their website, but they give me a lame excuse that the contractor is taking long time to respond to complaints, this is ridiculous because obviously has taken large amount of money for the work, and has filled the pockets of the corrupt officials in the municipality in getting the contract, so all responsible should be penalised, because it is taxpayers money that is wasted.

society have taken permission from TMC for society premises tree cutting .
But the extent and the way tree has been cutting is beyond rules.
Tree cutting done as below on 20/09/22 and 21/09/22 full day.
1) Trees cut from root
2) Trees top branch removed
3) Compliant tree is cut like keeping only Main stem.

The recently concrete work done outside st john the baptist church, right from janta sarkari bank past st john the baptist church down royal chemist mahesh milk dairy down to opposite the bakery, the concrete between the footpath and the concrete road has been done but not cured by allowing water to soak into the concrete, with the result with the heavy traffic passing on the road, the cement has come out leaving the stones below surfacing and making the stretch that was concretised unwalkable, resulting in hardship to citizens using this stretch especially senior citizens.
the contractor and all those involved in this concretisation need to be penalised for the improper work, in that they have taken money but failed to deliver the goods.
can the municipal authorities of thane look into this urgently and remedy it so that this stretch is walk able for the citizens of thane.

Since last 3 days pranav blg water supply has stopped due to this we are facing especially corporate are facing issue.
We struggle to contact with miss priti bhoir but no response it's inconvenience to employee as well as client to work in such environment

I am resident of Keshav Heights Parsik Nagar Kalwa, Thane.
We are totally frustrated by stray dogs. there are almost 20-25 dogs in our area, and roaming at all entrance of our society, they are now started coming inside the society and ### everywhere in our campus. they bark and even try to bite the people if someone try to drive out them of society campus.
It's becoming very serious issue for us.
It very difficult to walk in area of Parsik Nagar especially near 90 Feet Road.
Please send dog van and take away dogs and control the population of dogs in our area ASAP.

In front of my shop one hand barrow of shoes are selling his shoes and no entry for my customer please remove their handbarrow in front of my shop.my shop is of medical in kalwa east shivaji nagar samarth chawl.

I live in Shubharambh Complex, Manpada Thane west where we have a common connecting road to multiple societies which like many roads across Thane is so badly damaged that it is a disaster waiting to happen.
Irrespective of how slow your drive the entire patch of road is so bad that you can't avoid it with the 2-wheeler being badly affected. The local authorities have tried to do a shoddy job in the past...

Bad news - Even though we've managed to contact the company, they're quite slow at resolving complaints.
This is a lame excuse I receive, does the company that has done the concrete work do it for free, the company knows to take large sums of money even for small work
THIS SHOWS THAT THERE IS A UNHOLY NEXUS BETWEEN THE TMC OFFICIALS (WHO AWARD TIME AND AGAIN TO THEIR FAVOURITE CROOK CONTRACTORS) AND THE ROGUE CONTRACTORS.,
CAN THE TMC COMMISSIONER COME AND GO AROUND CHERAI THANE, TO VERIFY THE TRUTH IN MY COMPLAINTS, AND THEN BRING THE CONTRACTOR AND THE CORRUPT OFFICIALS IN THE TMC TO BOOK.
The concrete work done hardly a month ago has become so bad that it has to be seen to be believed, and pity the young school children who go to st johns school and the senior citizens who use the roads in Cherai, who SILENTLY HAVE TO BEAR UP TO THE SHODDY WORK DONE BY A FEW CORRUPT PEOPLE IN THE TMC WHO ALONG WITH THE CORRUPT CONTRACTOR TAKE MONEY FOR THE SHODDY WORK THEY DO.
WHAT IS THE USE OF PUTTING DAILY COMPLAINTS AND RECEIVING LAME EXCUSES (Bad news - Even though we've managed to contact the company, they're quite slow at resolving complaints). AS GIVEN ABOVE WHEN NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THE COMPLAINTS .

I stay in Krishna Greenland Park G. B. road near Mahindra Showroom Kasarvadavali here suddenly there is rise in street dogs around 20 to 25 dogs and coz of that it is very difficult for the people who come late night after work as soon as they here the sound of vehicle they start running towards them we have small kids with us sometimes due to which the risk of accident can be there and they have started barking in nights due to which it is very difficult for us to sleep and now they have started biting as well if you stop on road while they are running towards your vehicle can be dangerous.

Please its a request from me to take the urgent action towards this.

Earlier I had complained that garbage is being deliberately dumped near the entrance of Kharvali temple with the intention of hurting the sentiments of Hindu devotees. By giving a proper reply to that complaint, you sent some employees and removed the garbage from here. Immediately in the evening, twice as much garbage was dumped back there. Appropriate action should be taken against the people who create hatred in the society by throwing waste there, otherwise the results are very different here.

There are around 20 stray dogs present in our society, they attack and bite children and adults on daily basis. They have started biting and tearing of vehicle seat cover and tyres.

Please send a stray dog van to pick up.

This is a stupid and lame excuse that the tmc has given me, this shows that the people and officials concerned are not bothered of rectifying and resolving complaints because they are not paying money for the work and money is not going out of their pockets,
PULL THE PEOPLE CONCERNED TO COURT AND PENALISE THEM FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT, THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS LAX AND THE CULPRITS GET AWAY, DRAG THEM TO COURT AND FINE THEM BECAUSE THE MONEY INVOLVED IS A HUGE SUM, THE OFFICIALS IN THE TMC ALSO SHOULD BE DISMISSED AND PENALISED FOR THE CRIME.

The plight of the recently concretised roads in cherai is pathetic, more especially as concrete has been broken and the debris just filled in. the concrete work done (on both sides of the concrete main roads) has been done but curing with water has not been done, with the result the stones and gravel have come out with the upper cement washed away, and deep cracks developing with the result it is very difficult to walk especially FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
CAN THE TMC COMMISSIONER TAKE A SURVEY OF THE ROADS AND ALL THAT I AM INDICATING IN CHERAI AS PROOF OF MY COMPLAINS AND PENALISE THE CONTRACTOR AND THE TMC OFFICIALS INVOLVED BECAUSE IT IS UTTER WASTE AND FOOLISHNESS OF THE PEOPLE INVOLVED FOR THE WASTE OF PRECIOUS PUBLIC MONEY DUE TO NEGLIGIANCE OF CORRUPT OFFICIALS.

The concreteation of the roads in cherai thane are in a miserable condition, because after laying the concrete the contractor or the people in the tmc failed to cure the concrete with water thus all the cement has come out and the lower gravel has come out and is loose and the condition of the concrete work done is miserable.
this pertains to the sides of the concrete roads already done, and to make matters worse the sides have been dug up to lay electric cables and the concrete blocks that have been removed are put back making it more difficult to walk with heavy traffic plying on the roads.
This is noticable in front of st john the baptist school (on both sides), making it extremely difficult for senior citizens to walk.
Can the thane municipal commissioner come and see the condition of the concrete work recently done and take immediate action.

Our land is disputed and matter is in Highcourt don't proceed any kind of legal activities.

This road has been in this condition Potholes, bumps, portion around manholes is damaged, topping of the entire road is coming off. since over 2 years now. It appears to be worse than the surface of the moon.

Do acknowledge this complaint and kindly provide me a complaint number for follow up.

Garbage Collection team is not coming properly in our layout
