There have been several illegal constructions happening in Yeoor hills recently. Especially near Shamiyana Hotel. Poor peoples land is being taken by fraud at a very cheap rate. Bribes are given to other officers to allow construction material trucks up. Major person behind this is Raju Iyer a.k.a Sridhar Iyer. He is the same person who was few years back caught for 2 crores electricity scam with MSEB. However, he still is safe and had made a lot of money with it.

There is a porperty in kolshet upper village near hardik appartment which is a abandoned construction site since so long there is a lot of waste and garbage in it which cause a bad smell and no one is taking care of it . It has been more than three years that in rainy season the water gets contained in it and stays there to cause pungent smell and mosquitos around the area .

Leading to various diseases and the piles of garbage are not taken care of there is no way for the water to drain along with the garbage .

Hello,
I am a resident of Jama Masjid road since 6 years. In the past there never has been water logging issue on Jama Masjid road due to scanty rainfall or even normal rainfall. This even with little rains water is getting logged on the road. Kindly look in to the matter.

People throw garbage here.. And it stinks after the rain. There is no bin and the place is very dirty

Kalyanphata, Chintamani nagar, A series o[censored]nauthorized constructions has been going on for many days at Chintamani Nagar in Daighar village. No action has been taken. With the completion of this unauthorized construction, poor people will be able to live in it at low cost. The building is more likely to collapse as there is no security for the visitors and the Diwa Ward Committee will be the sole cause of death of the victims.

Hi my name is Sagar, I live in Waghoba Nagar Kalwa East. A few days ago, the road was broken while laying water pipeline here. It has been almost 3 to 4 months since the pipeline was laid but the road has not been repaired yet. It is a rainy day and mud is falling everywhere. The trouble is happening. However, this is a request to pay attention to.
They are also very dirty in the public toilets near Bada Durga Temple in Waghoba Nagar. It is not cleaned regularly, so it can spread a big disease. It has not been cleaned even once in the last 20 days, but it is requested to pay attention.

In Chintamani Nagar, Diaghargaon, a large number of such unauthorized constructions have been going on for several days now. These works are done from 12 pm to 8 am, without any status or security. Tomorrow the poor people will go to live in this house as they will get a house at low cost. If those people die due to the collapse of this building, only the corrupt officials of Thane Municipal Corporation who are taking money from this builder lobby will be responsible for it.

I am a resident of Jai Trimurti Society near Sahyadri Society Opp Prashant Corner located at Kalwa (West) Thane-400605, would like to bring to your kind attention about the rising menace of stray dogs in our society.
Every night dogs bark continuously in a group and disturb sleep. Even they run behind passer-by and our small children while they play in the society ground because of which children are afraid of playing inside the society premises.
Would request to please send a Dog Van and safely take them all (approx. 8-10) stray dogs and place them in a safe place where the proper care is taken, and food is given. We are not against of dogs but when they bark and run behind, it’s difficult to pass from the society premises itself.
I am requesting you to look at the matter and take action as soon as possible.
I hope absolute measures will be taken immediately to handle this issue.

We, Pinnacle Gloria cooperative housing society, resides at survey no. 33, kolshet road, Thane (w) - 400607, facing huge water shortage since 2-3 weeks. In our society, we have 73 flats and facing huge water shortage. Please regularize the water supply as earlier and cooperate us. we all are paying huge property tax against such facilities and the same are not being provided.
We also would like to mention that, in front of our building, the waste water gutter is open and very bad smell is coming. In our society along with youth, Childers and senior citizens are also staying and it is not good for health.
We request you please take necessary actions at the earliest and help us.

It's unhealthy and uncomfortable for us. Due to that we are facing health issue like fever.

I had earlier complained online that unauthorized constructions have been started behind Shiva Hotel in Chintamani Nagar and no action has been taken against the unauthorized constructions so far. Although it should not be done, my request is that the unauthorized construction should be demolished as soon as possible.

Over the last few days, a network o[censored]nauthorized constructions has been dismantled at Chintamani Nagar Kalyan Fata Diaghar. In this network, unauthorized builder lobbies are offering houses to the poor to die at low cost. Earlier I had given you a detailed complaint about this construction online but it is of no use as the nearby Diva Ward Committee only comes and does the work of seeing it. The hands of these builder lobbies are so wide that they are managed by the officers in the ward committee. With no action taken, the builder lobby hastily resumes construction. However, we request you through this online complaint that by taking appropriate action to bring this builder to the lobby, it will help to bring about good changes in the area.

Hi Team,
Since last two weeks our Yashraj Park Main Gate was blocked. Due to new pipeline connection in Kasarwadavli Thane GB road. We are unable to move out from our main gate.
During emergency, we are unable to move out side of main gate. And there is no other gate for Yashraj Park building. Since last weeks digging process is going on for pipeline connection.
This digging process is too long. How should we proceed please guide us.
Do needful action so we can avoid emergency situations.

I respectfully submit my complant as under :
At Kharigaon, kalwa, opp kaveri heights, off old Mumbai Pune road, opp saffire hospital, there is TMC lake named Swatantrya Sainik Nagnath Mhatre Talav where at evening between 5 to 9 boating available for commuters everyday. This boating is operating by Ganesh Machimar Society as per signboard displayed there. On weekends normally crowd are there. Mostly parents with their childrens do and enjoy boating there.

It is shocking to notice that there is no safety measures over there. No safety jackets are given to commuters. Secondly no life guards deputed there to save the commuters if any calamity happened. If any boat calamity happened there no one can survive because non safety jackets and non availability of life guards.

Last week only one calamity happened near tarkarli sea, malvan because of such kind of negligence.

Dear Thane Municipal Corporation,
I humbly request you to please add a Speed Breaker at Near Dutta mandir, Diva agson Road, Ansh Nagar, Mumbra Devi Colony, Phase 2 Diva East 400612. Vehicles passing that turn go above 50-60 Km/hr speed and cause alot of accidents and fatalities amond street animals too. I have myself got hurt by a speeding car there. I have seen couple of dog accidents as well and there has been numerous accidents reported by people. This is a serious cause of concern. Please take the necessary action and add speed breakers alonside that dangerous near Mahlaxmi Apartment 2.

I am staying at Garden Estate Ruby Cooperative Housing society., Manpada Near D mart, Thane .. We are harassed by street dogs in society.. Here more then 10-12 street dogs regularly barking.. Came to bite people.. Small children's, elderly people and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these dogs as soon as possible.

There is a society in Kalyan East of name Narayan Darshan Co-Operative Housing Society, F-Cabin Road, Waldhuni, Kalyan East, Dist. Thane-421301. The Secretary is cutting trees inside building compound, when asked, he replied, people complained. Why people should complain of trees and what harm trees are doing to people, Infact TREES are nature, saving us from calamities and environmental disasters. If one is cutting trees at one place, then they are supposed to plant trees at another place, which is not happening in this building. No new plants are planted, and existing ones are cut off. These educated-uneducated people don't understand the importance of trees. It is my humble request to ask the Secretary of this Housing Society to stop cutting trees and ensure that new plants are planted in the Society. Please penalize the stubborn Secretary if required, so that they can learn a lesson and teach others to follow the same.
