Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue we are facing near residential, in front of Deepika co. op. HSG Society, located at Kharegaon Kalwa near D mart ready, in Thane.
Over the past few month, unknown individuals have been regularly dumping garbage in front of the society premises / Road side Entry gate at night time. This has not only created an unhygienic and unpleasant environment but has also led to concerns about the health and safety of the residents, nearby people especially children and senior citizens.
Despite our efforts to keep the area clean and discourage such activities, the problem persists. We request the Thane Municipal Corporation to kindly take necessary steps to:
1. Investigate and identify those responsible for dumping garbage.
2. Install warning signage or CCTV cameras in the affected area, if possible.
3. Increase garbage collection frequency and deploy patrols in vulnerable spots.
4. Take strict action as per municipal regulations to prevent further occurrences.
We sincerely hope that the authorities will look into this matter urgently and help restore cleanliness in our locality.
