Municipal Corporation Of Thane — Open gutter on the side of ANUNAGAR CHS Ltd. side, lying open, uncompleted and encroachment on footpath side

Open gutter outside Anunagar CHS Ltd. is not only emitting foul smell but also health issue as it is a breeding place for mosquitoes. Every now and then you find some work being carried out since so many years but is left half way always.
Another major problem is the encroachment being done by some people on the widened area for the road by building shops on the periphery when there is hardly any space for footpath. already two shops have been built till now and given on rents and it seems more are bound to come.
When the boundary wall of Anunagar society was demolished to facilitate road widening then how can shops come up in those areas.
Please look into the matter before its too late.
