My name is Imran Qureshi, a resident of Mumbra, Thane. I am writing to urgently bring to your attention the growing menace of stray dogs in our locality.
Today, my son was attacked by a stray dog, which has left us extremely concerned about the safety of our children and other residents. Such incidents are becoming increasingly frequent, posing a serious threat to public safety. The presence of aggressive stray dogs is causing fear among pedestrians, especially school-going children and elderly citizens.
I request the Thane Municipal Corporation to kindly send a dog-catching van immediately to our area and take appropriate action to capture and relocate these stray dogs.
